    While fried tilapia
    Thommy S.

I felt that this place was pretty above average. They had great customer service. The people here were pretty friendly. It's located in a plaza so it wasn't hard at all to find a parking. Food wise: they had a lot on their menu. Their menu was what brought me here. I tried their whole fried tilapia. I felt that it was cooked perfectly. It wasn't undercooked or overcooked. Seasoning wise, I liked it. I liked how it wasn't too salty. I requested my fish with a side of white rice. There's other options with this fish, as well. For the seafood flavors, we tried all 3 sauces. My favorite really was the lemon pepper sauce. The garlic butter wasn't bad, either. My spice level was a 2, and it was perfect for me since I don't eat spicy foods. A level 2 wasn't too spicy. In all, I didn't have a bad experience here.

I am a huge crawfish lover, I am always down to try a new place. Every state and city I visit, I always try their crawfish. This place was located in a decent location with plenty of parking. The service itself is average. Not super attentive, but when you wave them down, they get what you need. I did 2lbs of crawfish garlic butter extra spicy. Flavor was delicious. Boyfriend got the combo which includes 2lbs crawfish, 1lb snow crab, corn, and sausages. We also ordered the fried oyster basket that comes with fried fish and fries. 2 pops with our order as well. Total after tip was $90. I think that is a great deal. I go to one in bellaire that is 5 stars in my book ,but at the moment it's $120 after tip with the same order. This place is a bit of a drive for me ,however If I am in the area, I would come back. Great price.

Great spot for fresh tasty Cajun boil! Crawfish were great sized and cooked perfectly, shrimp were tasty and easy to peel. Flavor was awesome! Staff was super nice. Highly recommend.

Food is always really well seasoned! Our favorite is getting the garlic butter + Cajun seasoning and always comes with SO MUCH garlic. There's a lot of butter and seasoning in the pan and we love dipping and smothering our crab legs or crawfish tails in it before we take our bites. Service isn't as good as it used to be but it isn't terrible. It's a little hole in the wall and definitely a good spot to splurge at.

If you like an instant head ache that last for 4 hours by all means give this place your money. We ordered the grilled oysters with butter garlic sauce. We scrapped the garlic off and ate the oysters. The crawfish and crab was okay, it was just hidden in a pool of garlic. ‍ Then the water.....it tasted like dish water and I automatically spit it out. Yea, so this is a buyer be aware situation.

Our go to place for crawfish! LA Crawfish is very reliable and their garlic butter sauce is amazing! The food was fresh and service is fast as well. 5 lbs is about enough with rice on the side.

    PURPOSELY GIVEN DIRTY CRAB LEGS!!!

I'm very disappointed that I have to let this place go. It was legit my go to spot. I usually order to go but I had family visiting and decided to dine in for the first time and the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I sat down with my family party of seven , 3 adults 4 kids. We ordered 6lbs of crawfish and two lbs of crab legs. The amount of crawfish we received was ridiculous, it only filled up 4 small bowls once. While we we proceeded to eating our crawfish our crab legs were nowhere to found. I waited patiently to explain to our server (because it literally felt like he was avoiding our table and going to others) that I didn't feel like this was enough crawfish compared to the price. He explained that crawfish season is coming to an end so the crawfish may weigh less than they usually do (basically insulting my intelligence because regardless of what they weigh GIVE ME ALL MY LBS THAT I PAID FOR) if you didn't have enough crawfish to go around and cheated us just say that. I let it slide because I didn't want to be that person. I explained to the server that we're still waiting on the crab legs and would like to eat them together. *time goes by* we still haven't received our crab legs but have finished our lil crawfish. This man walks out of the kitchen *still hasn't been to our table* and bring crab legs to another table with only 2 people. At this point you playing with me. He finally decides to bring the crab legs out and slide them on the table and say here's 2lbs of crab legs with a little voice all I took it as was "here bitch" Baby I proceeded to eat these crab legs turned them over baby and they're were fucking filthy and I've never seen anything like that before. I literally couldn't finish eating them, my appetite was ruined. I wasn't going to write this review but I honestly feel like y'all did that shit on purpose because it was only on 2 crab legs that look like they were broken from another cluster. I'm literally sick to my stomach every time I think about it and after this I still left a $5 tip because I'm not trifling like y'all . If you gave me dirty crab legs on purpose the Lord will take care of you!!!!!!

    Crawfish!!!! W extra garlic

Maybe it's the winter but the crawfish are just so sad looking (super small and were a chore to peel) I had Crawfish, oysters & shrimps on my first time there. Oysters were alright ... can't compare to Pacific Northwest kind of flavor. I should just stop trying to find good oysters down in the south, not their fault. Oysters were fresh. Shrimps ...no head and didn't really get the Gulf Shrimps flavor (good w rice when I Togo but not amazing) Second time was Crawfish (i gotta give them another chance) and snow crabs. Crawfish were worst than last time, super small and takes forever to peel. Flavor were good but so not worth the effort. Snow crabs ... I paid the price so I'll try to finish but they're prefrozen and I don't think the attempt to thaw the thing out before they dumped them in the broiler (meat were sticking to the shell) 3 stars on the flavor ...service & the rest were just mediocre.

I've been going here for years and the crawfish has been consistently amazing every time!! I always get the spicy garlic butter flavor. Their crawfish is soooo well seasoned and fragrant. You can actually taste the seasoning in the meat- not just on the shells. I've noticed that this place tends to have bigger sized crawfish than other places I go to so that's another plus. I tried their razor clams and would not order again. They were slightly overcooked and weren't anything special. However, their crawfish is cooked perfectly every time! It's not in the cutest location, but the crawfish is what I come here for and will continue to revisit for. Do yourself a favor and come try it for yourself!

Feels good when an establishment takes pride in their customer's feedback and puts a plan into action. Honestly, part of me was hoping that last time was just a fluke or an off day. This time around, everything from the service to the food was great. We had a 12:30 Sunday reservation for two and opted to sit inside this time. We ordered the cast-iron cornbread, chargrilled oysters, and a cup of gumbo each to start. For entrées, I had the Gulf Fish, while my husband went with the crawfish Florentine. Everything came out beautifully timed, almost like a perfectly paced three-course meal, which obviously made the whole experience feel elevated and relaxed. Our waiter was knowledgeable, attentive, and on top of everything without being overbearing. I also tried the prickly pear aid (non-alcoholic), and it was super refreshing, definitely worth ordering if you like a little tartness to cleanse your palate. Overall, this visit felt like a completely different experience than last time. It delivered the elevated experience a place like Eunice promises and what I was used to originally. Looking forward to celebrating my birthday here in June!

Unfortunately, the overall dining experience was disappointing due to both the service and the food quality. Our server was very slow throughout the evening. After ordering cocktails, it took approximately 20 minutes for them to arrive. We then ordered our meals... I had the burger and fries, while my girlfriend ordered the shrimp and grits. Both dishes were noticeably over salted. After finishing our meals, we waited an additional 15-20 minutes just to receive a dessert menu. Eventually, we decided not to wait any longer and went to Dessert Gallery down the street instead. While the atmosphere and appearance of the restaurant were excellent, the slow service and food issues negatively impacted the experience. Based on this visit, I would likely not return.

When we arrived, the host let us choose where we wanted to sit. I originally spotted a cozy booth by the window, but since we were asked if we'd like to sit where we could watch the TV during the Cup match, we opted for one of the high-top tables instead. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake because there isn't any lighting at the high tables. We could barely see our food. Adding pendant or drop-down lighting above those tables would make a huge difference. If you plan to visit, I'd recommend requesting a regular table or booth for better lighting. The menu is definitely unique, though I found it somewhat limited compared to other seafood restaurants. To start, I ordered the roasted oysters while my friend had a dozen raw oysters with all the traditional fixings. The roasted oysters were delicious, but there was so much topping that it almost took the shine away from the oysters themselves. Next time, I'd ask for lighter toppings and no scallions. For my entrée, I had the Halfshell Grilled Redfish. The fish itself was cooked beautifully--moist, flaky, and perfectly prepared. The only downside was the chermoula, which leaned far too heavily on the citrus. The lemon flavor completely overpowered the fish. As my side, I ordered the Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo. Unfortunately, it had a distinct burnt taste, which made it seem like the roux had been overcooked. A good gumbo should have a deep, rich flavor, but this one was overshadowed by that burnt note. My friend ordered the Jerk Fish Collars, and we both agreed they would have been much better if the fish had been marinated to allow the jerk seasoning to really penetrate. I also ordered a Lemon Drop Martini, and I have to admit I was surprised when it arrived in such a tiny martini glass, especially considering the price. Overall, the quality of the seafood is evident, and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. I think a few adjustments to the lighting, better balance in some of the flavors, and more attention to details like the gumbo and cocktail portions would elevate the experience even further. I'd definitely return to try more of the menu and hope for a more polished experience next time.

Inside it's a nice restaurant with an upscale feel to it. I ordered a house salad for $9 to start and the Pasta Rosa entree for another $28. The salad arrived first with a generous amount of romaine lettuce with diced tomatoes, cucumber, shredded carrots and chopped eggs on top. With my chosen ranch dressing it was a good tasting salad. The Pasta Rosa dish had sliced Parmesan strips on top of penne with shrimp, crawfish and sausage for the protein with mushrooms and a tomato cream sauce. This meal initially tricked me. My first impression was that while there was plenty of protein the taste of the tomato cream sauce was lacking some flavor. I expected more. However as I kept eating and getting beyond the top layer of the food the flavor increased significantly. I think that the proteins caused the sauce in the lower half of the dish to create more punch. This dish got better and better and I changed my mind. It turned out to be a very good tasting and filling meal. Finally the table service was very good too. P.S. I also tried part of another appetizer which was the bar b q shrimp for $16. They were tasty. I like Rouxpour and would return. My only negative is that their prices are a little on the high side in my opinion.
