I have been coming to Cajun Town for years and it is honestly one of the best places in Houston for good, creole seafood. One of my favorite dishes is the blackened salmo with the number 5 topping. The topping is a butter topping with shrimp and avocado. It comes with dirty rice and steamed vegetables! The flavor is awesome and it's quite literally some of the best food I have ever had.
