I used to go to Bollywood in rancho cucamonga since i used to work there but since i don't drive down there anymore it became kind of a drive for me. its always scary to check a new eyebrow spot & pray you don't walk out of their with horrendous eyebrows. But came here & was seated quickly, i didn't get her name but she was very nice & did an amazing job on my eyebrows. Unfortunately when my mom got her side burns threaded she didn't notice the threading the older woman was doing actually cut her skin. Since they put Aloe Vera (which most places do with any threading being done) too soothe the slight burning sensation she didn't notice until this morning when the dry blood turned into scabs. Definitely do not recommend going there or to be more specific have the older lady do your threading. We trust these people to be safe and not damage peoples skin. I'm sure she noticed she did this to my mom 'cause I quote "She didn't hesitate to put the Aloe Vera as soon as she was done". Terrible work. Very disappointed. read more

This place is horrible and I will never return. I guess you can say that I got what I paid for for $5 but I was in the area and decided to give them a try. The only thing that was somewhat decent was the clean up in between my eyebrows but she took off more from one than the other. Smh. No definition to my eyebrows at all and no shape. The sad part is I came in with a visible arch line. Now I'm going to have to go home and tweeze some to clean them up. If I wanted to tweeze I would t have come to a threading studio in the first place. Smh. The first chair and second chair ladies as soon as you walk in are my GO TO! I am so loyal to these girls I refuse to go anywhere else. Once you find your brow lady, never let her go. In my case I have two wonderful girls to choose from. If I walk in and see that they are not there (usually it is because they are at school) I walk right back out. I would rather walk around with bushy brows than to let any of the other girls there mess up my pretty little caterpillars or anyone for that matter. Sometimes they even have a tiny wait because they're so good and everyone who comes here knows that. No one ever does my eyebrows justice like them. I have pretty thin brows so it's really easy to thread mine too much and leave me looking like a mime artist, however these girls somehow with their magical thread leave me looking like a clean cut Frida Khalo. I don't even have to tell them anything! Before I met them I made sure I told everyone who threaded me "clean only! Not too thin" and with them I just sit on the chair, relax, and wait for beautiful results. Love love love chair one and two! See you girls soon :) read more

I had been coming here for a while since I moved to the area but today I went in after not going in for over a month so you could imagine how hairy they were but they were thick and shaped...just hairy. Here comes this older lady and just fucks them allllllll up. Low key kinda felt like she was taking forever but I figured since it had been a while, that was why, nope this lady threaded half my damn eyebrow off. Too top it all off she fuckin rubs aloe gel on them without asking, wtf is wrong with her??? Everyone else always asks! I sure as hell let her know as soon as i saw them in the mirror, I told her to clean them and she tried telling me I said to shape them too that's when I got really irritated because i specifically said only clean to avoid this. Ruined my eyebrows! I specifically told her to keep them thick (took me 2 months to grow them out because my last lady started doing them to thin) and asked her to just clean them up. One brow is so thin, worse then before and the other one thick! Now I have to tweeze the thick one just to match the butchered one. I'm so completely bummed out! I absolutely love this place and there staff are so sweet! They also give the best eyebrow massages I have ever received! They popped my little sisters eyebrow cherry, and she has never gone to any other eyebrow places because she loves everyone here! Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here yesterday. I requested to have my eyebrows, upper lip and sides to be threaded. My eye lids have many cuts and they were bleeding during my service. Today they are starting to scab up and still burn. I will never come back here again. read more

Came in today to have my brows done. Was greeted with a friendly smile and shown to a chair right away. The lady worked quickly and professionally. She did a great job. My brows came out perfect. I have been coming to this eyebrow joint since they opened. It's $5 for eyebrow threading which seems scary at first because people always say you get what you pay for but they were cheaper AND gave you quality service. I loved them so much, one girl who used to work here always did my eyebrows just the way I wanted them and it was always easy come easy go. It wasn't until recently when the older looking woman and the girl all the way at the end started doing my eyebrows. Every time I come in they are usually the only two in there so I always get one or the either and every time I ask to clean up because I want to keep the shape and thickness, they ALWAYS thin my eyebrows out and mess the shape up! I went a few days ago and she thinned mine out so badly. My skin also gets irritated easily so I informed her of that and when I said yes to her offer of aloe vera, she didn't even put any on!
