Fortunately, we have a proprty mgmt company that genuinely cares for their tenants. The interor temperature of our place would reach up to 92 degrees but our AC just couldn't mitigate despite a slightly cooler temperature outside at night.we all had trouble sleeping and with all fans running nothing helped. i eventually reached out to our landlord team out of desperation, i followed all their instructions still no change it the AC unit was still struggling. So our landlord team Mesa (Edgar) specifically took immediaite action and requested a professional HVAC company to look at the matter.Normally because of the heat and cries for help you would expect maybe 4-5 days turnaround service, well that wasn't the case because Edgar's sense of urgency we got a technician out to look at the AC unit the following morning. Due to my health issue i booked a room at a nearby hotel not anticipating a technician to arrive so soon. the tech discovered the issue at it was a leak somewhere. Edgar instructed the tech to add some refrigerant just to make it comfortable for us and then revisit the location of leak when it was cooler. Amazing what a difference it made. All thanks to Edgar fast acting decision. Edgar M. is part of the Rustin Team. they are phenomenal and care. As of right now we are still waiting to hear back from them even though we have tried on multiple occasions. This is in regards to us getting our key and our control back for our property.

We had a very disappointing experience with the property management - Gemma - regarding a lease…read moretransition request. We submitted a request through property management regarding an early lease termination and were initially told they were waiting on the owner's response. However, we later learned that the owner was not aware of our request at that time. After we contacted the owner directly, the owner immediately followed up with property management upon learning about the situation. When we followed up again later, the owner informed us that he had already responded to Gemma 2 weeks ago and believed we had been updated. However, there had been zero communication provided to us throughout the entire process. Overall, there was a complete breakdown in communication between property management, the owner, and the tenant, which resulted in unnecessary confusion and delay. A simple timely update would have prevented this entire situation. As of today, we still HAVE NOT received any update.

My husband & I were interested in a rental property. They make it a little difficult to schedule viewings. You have to make an account on a website they use called Showing Hero. You then have to upload your ID and a selfie. If they "match" your pictures, then you're allowed to schedule a viewing. Their system was having issues. My husband kept trying, but the pictures weren't matching. My husband & myself called to ask about it & Dexter suggested having any friend or family member do it to get the showing scheduled. He also explained that several people have been reporting the issue, but they had absolutely no back up plan. So I did it & after several tries, it finally worked. I was home with our kids, so my husband went. He got there for our appt & I had to text a code to a phone number which then tracked my location, but wouldn't provide the code to get in the property because I specifically wasn't at the location. I called Dexter, gave all the necessary proof & they refused to provide the code. I explained my frustration & explained that Dexter never said I personally had to be there. He wanted us to use any friend or family member to make the appt, but not once did he say we would have to pick up the person who did it & bring them over there. I told him that the miscommunication was done on his part, but he refused to do anything about it & then proceeded to hang up on me. If he truly is a manager, it just shows how poorly this company is run. Complete waste of time & horrible customer service. If you do have to work with this company, avoid Dexter at all costs. Highly unprofessional.

I was not able to access or respond to those updates at the time. The original issues, including ongoing noise disturbances and lack of hot water, remain unresolved. As well as restrictions on driveway parking despite my lease providing access. The timing and handling of these updates raise concerns about how tenant communications are being managed.
