So far this has been the best place in the area. Very clean. Prices are reasonable. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. Only weird thing for me is that the guys do the pedicure. It a lil weird I always had females doing my pedicure before. Manicure was okay. First coating was light so they did another one but on the second one the lady didn't cover the sides so you can see missing spots. If I had put up this review 2 years ago it would have been much higher. They are always changing staff. As soon as you like someone they are gone. I went here with a friend last week and I will never be back. I even took my personal box I paid for with my file and scrub and stuff when I left since they will never see me again. They did an awful job and when my friend asked them to fix it they tried to charge her $6 for a polish change! What?! They are unhappy and get down right nasty if you say can you fix this nail or file that rough edge. We will never be back. read more

I have been dying to get a pedicure, honestly my feet were too! So glad my mother called ahead for an appointment because when we arrived this little place was full of people. Which really doesn't surprise me, this team of people really know nails, and massage. So when we walk in we are greeted with lots of hellos, and welcomes. After that we explain about our appointment (which is not needed, but I recommend making one), anyway we select our colors and we are whisked away to spa heaven. Granted the selection of colors is not too vast,but does vary. We pick up our personal boxes that contain the tools used for the pedicure. These are such a great idea, you buy a box of tools for $3.00 and no one else uses them, they shall only touch your tootsies. Anyway we are both placed in very comfortable leather massage chairs and the pampering begins. We both decide to splurge a bit and get the most expensive option ($55), it was worth it! It is called the papaya massage, and comes with two scrubs and a 20 minute foot massage. However if you are looking for a cheaper option you could always get the hot rocks massage (really relaxing after a long day on your feet), or some other types. When your feet are all done and painted you are walked back to the drying area, here they then give you a nice neck and back massage, for free of course! Overall the experience and the results were great, my feet have never looked better. I will definitely be back, and not only for the pedicure. I always have trouble getting my eyebrows perfectly aligned, and that embarrassing mustache line is just dreadful. I come to the New li to get them both down. The lady that does it is very good and does her work quick. They bring you to a private room so it is less obvious to other costumers what is happening. I truly have nothing bad to say about the salon, the service, or the staff. The only problem for me is parking. The building is tucked back behind a friendly's restaurant and wedged between two other businesses, so finding parking can be bit of a hassle. But once you enter the space, and pick up your free water all of your stress melts away. read more

The man that did my nails put a big blob of glue it looks horrible. I'm sitting here waiting for someone to fix it. I've been sitting here for a very long time. My co workers told me to try this place despise their rating on yelp i said why not - so I go basic pedicure and and a gel French Manicure who can fuck that up. Apparently this place. My mom and I used to go here.... Maybe every 3 weeks or so. We loved it. Great quality, massages, good prices. Today, The one lady, who I think is the owner, would not honor the coupon card. It is the type of card where you buy 10 manicures get the 10th free. The card clearly states a manicure not an eyebrow. The lady would not honor the manicure/discount. I tried this place because a friend of mine gets her nails done here and they always looked so good so I decided to try. I got my nails done here a while ago for my birthday and I will NEVER go back. The woman doing my nails was so incompetent. I had her do a gel coat top coat over my paint and she was SO confused like that's unheard of?? The woman was then pushed out of the way as another tech showed her how to do it??? When I left, EVERY single one of my nail were SO bumpy. I had to go to my go-to salon (Pro Nails in East Stroudsburg) and have them fix them because they were so horrible. I didn't care at that point if I had to pay somewhere else that's how angry I was after leaving this place because I knew they would not fix them how I liked. Terrible. read more

This is my 5th time here & my cuticles were cut multiple times here by the owner while getting a simple manicure. I shouldn't have come back after the first time it happened. When I approached the owner about it happening on multiple occasions, she said she'd be more careful this time. Yet, it happened again and this time I was bleeding a bit. All I got was a "sorry". Any well-run establishment with good customer service would've done more to show that they were sorry. I asked if I had to pay full price since she could see I was bleeding and after explaining that she shouldn't treat customers this way, she reluctantly took off $3. I've gone here numerous times in the past and will never return. The older gentleman who did my SNS nails used the wrong color. I asked for pink and got a disgusting red orange color. He was rude to me and yelled at me during the process about one of my nails being too short. When the process was complete, I couldn't believe how terrible my nails looked and thought that maybe the lighting was causing my nails to look so horrible. I went back a few hours later to show them how terrible my nails looked, not only the color, but the appearance of the nails looked dull and smudged. The owner of the salon and the gentleman argued profusely in front of me and then both started yelling at me, with the owner telling me that she would change the color on my toes, which were pink, the color of my nails. I pretty much demanded that they redo my SNS to the color and quality that I am used to. She told me that they were too busy the next day, but meanwhile they only had 2 appointments in the book. She also argued that the SNS could not be taken off, even though I've soaked mine off myself numerous times. The next day I decided I didn't have time to go through this, and sometime after noon, my index finger nail completely shattered. This experience was a waste of time and money. If you go to this salon, be warned, the owner is very rude, and do not allow the older gentleman to do your nails. I will never return. read more

I was very disappointed. Seems to me that they are only good for pedicures. I got acrylics done here last week and I was pleased with how they came out but I asked the guy for a design and he thought he was just going to draw anything but I told him I'd like to pick it out. When I asked to change the black design to a pink one he argued with me how it would look bad, personally I think that's rude! It was way over priced. I paid $40 for regular white tip acrylics that requires no painting and a design on two fingers. The next day the bottom of my acrylics were already chipping off. Never had a manicure in my life, and one day, only a year ago, my daughter convinced me to go with her and get one here. I am in my mid-60's. I felt uncomfortable, going "outside my comfort level" but, oh, it was lovely..and I loved how pretty my hands looked. I can't speak for their manicures and pedicures, because I've never had one here, however their foot reflexology and massage services are excellent. Foot reflexology is a ridiculously cheap $20 for 30 minutes (also available at an affordable hourly rate), and it takes place in a back room, where they play relaxing music, keep the lights down, and cover you with a warm blanket while they do the reflexology, which is essentially a very good, deep massage of the feet and legs, combined with pressure point techniques. I've found I need to go home and take a nap afterward, I'm so relaxed. It is an excellent value. If you're in a hurry, call ahead (same day is fine) to secure an appointment, otherwise, you may have to wait 20 minutes or so. If you do have to wait, however, you can enjoy any one of a number of fantastic trashy magazines they have in the comfortable waiting area, along with complimentary coffee. At the holidays, they even gave me a choice of a number of hand-beaded rings that were super cute - a free gift. They also have a discount card program for repeat visitors. Service is excellent. Went here for our back to school pampering...with my daughters (10 and 11) got pedicure,manicure, eyes and lips waxed and was very happy with all of it...although the lemon and other pedicures seemed GREAT....we got the basic and were surprised by all the extras that were part of the basic including the massage chairs, the heel wax. Super busy when we went, but everyone was very nice and never felt rushed..... Were super nice to my kids prices were reasonable.... i had a young man do my pedi and color gel manicure. He just doesn't listen. I asked him to leave my nails as long as my shortest nail to even them out. He looked at me and cut 3 nails really short. ( my nails were a really nice length) I said to him what are you doing and pulled my hand away , my nails were cut REALLY short. He told me short nails won't break. I said that's not what I asked you to do. I should have left at that point but no stupid me had him finish. The design I asked for was all wrong, again he didn't listen. this place was a joke. thought they were rude from the moment I walked in. the lady was in my face talking to me and I thought it was over priced. the place itself completely turned me off. it was so small and the smell was so strong, they had the door open on a humid day which made it unbearable and no air flow or air conditioning what so ever. didn't even stay to get my nails done after kicking me out of chair.
