    We can't thank Daniel enough for helping us finally get the car we've been searching for over the last 3 years. Finding this exact car and spec has honestly been so difficult, and after years of searching, we were starting to think it just wasn't going to happen. The spec was beyond perfect , exactly what we had hoped for and more. Daniel went above and beyond by holding the car for us while we drove 2 hours to come purchase it, which truly meant a lot. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and exciting from start to finish.     We've been shopping for a Mitsubishi for about a month and had spoken to quite a few dealers online and visited another in person. No one was as transparent and easy to work with as Fernanda at Redondo Mitsubishi. From the start she was very helpful in conversations with my husband. When we finally came down to the dealer last night she was incredibly patient, diligent, and just a kind person. She and Tony were so great and helpful when we worked out the details. Albert in finance was also very patient, transparent and kind with us. Everyone here is a 180 from the typical dreaded experience of a car dealership. We were so happy to find them and are so happy with the car we ended up with.

    Wasn't going to review at all but hit the breaking point lol. Very poor service during the buying process. Yes, got the car I wanted which is a super rare car given it's discontinued but the salesman Freddie, young kid, needs a bit more training when it comes to customer service even if the person who originally speaks with customers isn't him. Was told I could go see the car and possibly make a deal without my co-signer present. Come to find out this wasn't the case (mind you the commute was 2hrs). I never fought Freddie but I did stand my ground on it given I've done this in the past with dealerships (some mom and pop and others bigger such as Toyota), and I understand why they might be skeptical. Buying process took 3-4 days. Then when I finally got the car it left me stranded on the freeway . Car wouldn't go past 60-65mph and a light came on. Called and texted Freddie on both numbers he gave me and didn't even bother checking up on me as a customer . I mean I wouldn't either since I was a "tough" customer. Called the service department the next day and spoke with manager David who was beyond courteous and professional. 2 days later he had the car up and running and gave a full rundown and amazing communication unlike the sales dept and their managers. Later, as I'm cleaning the car they put stickers on the vehicle to advertise their dealer but are super difficult to take off. It's an 11 year old car.. why add more to it that could ruin it . The WORST dealership buying experience I've ever had! Expected more than this from someone as big as Mitsubishi, but then again it is Mitsubishi and slowly dying. Might be 50/50 with me being in the wrong in some parts, but I know forsure I wasn't in the wrong when it comes to communication and caring for your customer.

    Let me start by saying that Fernanda was friendly, welcoming, and never made me feel pressured. She was definitely a highlight of the experience. I also really love the car I purchased. However, shortly after leaving the dealership, things took a turn. On my drive to the hotel in my new-to-me car, the passenger side mirror casing flew off. I left a message that night and followed up the next day. When I spoke with Miguel, the sales manager, he told me to come in and assured me he would "take care of me." I drove 40 minutes out of my way expecting support, but was met with a completely different attitude. The person assigned to help me was cold and dismissive. He informed me they could order the part, but it would take a week to arrive, and I would need to pay for the part, labor, and an additional markup because "this is a business." At that point, I lost my cool. Not only was my time wasted, but I was also treated rudely. I reminded them that they had sent me a link asking for a Yelp review, and unfortunately, this is the experience that stayed with me. Bottom line: I love my car, but I would not buy from this dealership again. The lack of accountability and poor customer service after the sale left a lot to be desired.

    I recently bought a car at this dealer and it was great!!! I was helped by freddie and he was helpful through the process and it was good overall. It was a long standard process but compared to the other dealers were much easier and better. I felt like he was helpful and willing to make the deal happen rather than being an opposer going against me. He gave me confidence that i made a good choice in purchasing the car

    Big thank you to Freddie for working with me and getting it done on this beautiful 2011 Mitsubishi Evolution X. After spending a month and a half researching for the one that caught my eye I finally found it at Redondo Mitsubishi. Like most dealerships everyone is in the business to profit a little but I did leave with a good deal and I am happy. Clean dealership, nice staff.     We came here to Redondo Beach Mitsubishi to check out a 2017 Explorer XLT with the intention of just getting a price quote and a test drive. We were greeted by Jose Escobar, and he was able to work out a great deal with me with the approval of his manager. I was able to surprise my wife when she didn't even think I was going to get it for her. Thank you Jose for your help, my wife and I are happy!

    I live in the Nor Cal Bay Area, and I was hesitant to by sight unseen out of the area, but I was interested in a unique used car. It was a total waste of my time and credit inquire after I submitted all my personal verification. Poor communication, I called and txt back the people that were allegedly working on this, seems like 3 different people involved and nobody with solid answers. I received a great Golden1 credit union rate by mail from their inquiry before the dealership even called me back. Still no word on anything from these guys and I see that cars are still for sale. Very inconsiderate - Just avoid this place.

Kenia is one of the Internet Managers at the Manhattan Beach Toyota dealership and I was mainly communicating with her through text messages. I found her through an affiliate website. Right away she was very responsive in answering me. No BS, no games. She told me the car I wanted was out of stock but she would let me know when it was available. It took a few weeks but she helped me find the car that I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me one that was currently available on their lot. When I came in for a test drive she did not rush me. I felt no pressure at all as I was walking around the car. After all the paperwork was signed, instead of just giving me the keys to drive off, Kenia took the time to show me all the features of the car. For months I had reached out to many dealerships within a 100 mile radius asking for out the door pricing. Some dealerships wanted me to make a deposit upfront, others tried to push options I did not want and refused to remove them when i asked. Most dealerships would stop communication if they did not have what I was asking for. It was like pulling teeth trying to get transparent numbers with other dealers. Kenia really stood out because there was no hesitation with providing the final out the door pricing, and it still beat out most of the competition. Everything she presented was clearly laid out when I asked her to break it down. If you are buying a new car, make sure to do your research! Know what you want, get comparables from other dealerships, and do not rush. Be patient! If you do find the Toyota you are looking for at a different dealership, I would still recommend giving Manhattan Beach Toyota a call and give them a chance to earn your business. You might just be pleasantly surprised with the experience.

Helpful, accommodating. They are part of the Costco Auto Program, which comes in clutch. I love that they have such a great selection of cars. Some other dealerships have a small inventory of available vehicles, but I have consistently enjoyed the many options here. I appreciate that they have a Starbucks on site, with a nearby seating area where I can work for a few hours and keep my laptop/phones juiced up. This location is down the street from a bunch of eateries, shops and other areas to visit if you need to kill time.

They treat you like a longtime friend, not just another customer walking through the door. I've never felt pressured or like someone was just trying to make a buck off me. Over the years, I've brought my Outback in for all kinds of things. They've handled the regular maintenance, fixed a nail in my tire free of charge, and helped diagnose and repair an electrical issue without any hassle. Most recently, I had to replace a cracked windshield--thanks to a gravel truck. They gave me a great price, installed the new windshield, and calibrated the EyeSight system correctly. I couldn't be happier. Not having to stare at that giant crack every time I drive is a beautiful thing! Hahahaha. Now, to be completely honest, some repairs and services can be expensive. But when you have technicians who truly know what they're doing, take care of your vehicle properly, and seem to care about it almost as much as you do, that's a win-win in my book. I also want to give a special shout-out to Brandon. He is awesome in every way. He's professional, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great guy. I have a lot of respect for him and genuinely appreciate everything he's done for me over the years.     I never write reviews but…read more.. I came in to purchase a 2019 Subaru Impreza with a 720 credit score and $5,000 cash down -- a serious buyer ready to sign. During the financing process they tried to slip a $1,000 USWC warranty package into my contract without clearly disclosing it, which kept my monthly payment the same while quietly increasing my total loan amount. I caught it and had it removed. They agreed to a car wash as part of the deal, but after the wash was done the car was still visibly dirty. It was at that point I reasonably asked for a full detail to make sure the car I was about to spend $20,000 on was actually clean. Along with that I asked for a full tank of gas and an oil change credit -- basic customer appreciation on a deal of this size. Manager Manny Alba refused all three requests and told me the dealer was 'losing money' and that they sell hundreds of cars. That response from Manny ended the deal. I took my $5,000 back and walked out. A manager who talks to customers like that before they sign says everything about how you'll be treated after. Read every page of your contract carefully here -- especially the itemization page where add-ons can quietly appear. There are dealers in LA who actually value your business. Subaru Pacific is not one of them. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you're a dealer and are seeing this. Please contact me I'm ready to make a deal today. Thank you. Juan

Over 3 hours with appointment for Toyota care check up and oil change. Then I asked the front desk after waiting hours, ask a young lady about my status of the car and she gave me an additude and was not really helpful. I went to speak to adviser and he said another hour or so. Of course they did not find any issues. Even though my android auto keeps crashing and screen goes black while driving. I am going to have to reach out to Toyota directly and submit my proof and get this fixed. I can hear another customer complaining and they are trying so hard to upsale her on servcie when she is upset already. I ended up waiting over 6 hours even with appointment. Around 12pm they say I have wait another 2 hours more due to a glitch they just found out after hours of having my car. Hmmm... i ended up picking up my car around after 3pm total of over 6 hours of waiting to get a oil change is a bit much and then the front desk lady giving me an additude did not help with this review at all. Ridiculous. One star for the service guy being nice. Otherwise .negative star would be more like it. But, I can't justify the service here for my overall experience and don't want give a bad review. But have to be honest about reviews. I am very surprised because normally I had good experience here overall before. MAYBE A BAD visit. This is 2nd time babd experience in my last 2 visits. Hopefully this is not how it is here now. Went downhill in service and treatment towards customers.

Well, It's been a week now since owning the vehicle and so far everything's been running good without any issues. Happy to say we got a keeper! So it turns out that the vehicle we were interested in did not work out with the previous buyer who bought it impulsively. Sebastian kept in contact with me to let me know that the vehicle would be available for purchase again. Alejandro & Javier assisted me on the day of sale. Miguel, the manager, spoke with me personally and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Because of these guys, my faith has been restored. I would advise purchasing the extended warranty, but they will lower the price with some pushback. As soon as I got home with my car, one of the headlamps was not working. Turns out to be a technician fault, as the connector plug was removed during the engine cleaning process before putting the car on the lot. Always ask questions for a full demonstration of all mechanical and electronic systems. These are fleet (rental) vehicles, so their history is unknown, but they do a good of servicing while in their possession. Once you purchase a vehicle, you'll be directed to a 3rd party provider for service. They won't tell you this until you have an issues and request support. I'm not disappointed with the vehicle, but honest up-front should be a priority.

I'm 65 so I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, and this was BY FAR the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. They found me the exact car I wanted, worked with me on all the bells and whistles and got me off the lot with my new car for far less than I expected to pay. I just can't say enough about what a pleasant experience it was. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable. And I love my new car!

    I recently brought my vehicle into this dealership for a recall service and unfortunately had a…read morevery disappointing experience. When I dropped off my car, the paint on the hood was in good condition with no clear coat damage or chipping. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed multiple areas of chipped paint -- some down to primer and even bare metal -- along with visible clear coat damage and stripped coating on the hood. I brought this to the attention of the service manager, but instead of properly addressing the concern, I was told the damage was caused by "rocks" and that the clear coat stripping was due to "water penetration." These explanations do not make sense given that the vehicle was in the dealership's possession during the service and did not have these issues beforehand. I The vehicle was also washed by the dealership during service. Given that the paint damage and stripped coating appeared immediately after pickup, it is reasonable to conclude the damage may have occurred during that process, especially considering the severity of the clear coat removal." This appears to be a clear case of lot damage that occurred while the vehicle was under the dealership's care. The lack of accountability and dismissal of the issue by management is extremely concerning. I am not questioning warranty coverage -- I am pointing out that my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when I left it, which should fall under dealership responsibility. Keep in mind this is a 2024 Mustang - damage to the paint at that severity and not taking accountability is not professional. I am hoping this can still be resolved properly, but based on my current experience, I would advise others to thoroughly inspect their vehicles before and after service.
