I've been meaning to get some clothing repaired and brought them all to My-Le - including an inherited fur coat that I worried may have been beyond repair. Not only did she salvage it, she quoted a very fair price for it and everything else right up front that helped me figure out if it was worth rescuing the items or letting them go. She even said she might be able to save the fur coat. She was very upfront and honest about the time it would take, why it would cost that much, and I felt very comfortable with the service. When I came back to pick everything up, it was like magic. She really is a miracle worker, and managed to save the coat. I will be coming here from now on for any clothing repairs I need. The hours listed online are wrong. Apparently they close at five. The owners knew that I needed my dress today for a wedding that I am in tomorrow. I was supposed to leave tonight to go to the wedding. I got to the store at 5:10 and they were closed. There was no one to be found, and no one was answering the phone. Even if you close at five wouldn't you think you would be around for 10 more minutes especially if your hours are wrong and on the website, I will be waiting at the store until 7 PM so I can pick up my dress. If the owner sees this please call me on the number I provided you with my dress. read more

Bad customer service. I assume you gotta call first and ask for quote first. The lady gave me such an attitude when i didnt agree to do the alteration since the price is higher than what i paid for the clothes itself. I work volunteer EMS and needed to get a couple of men's uniform shirts altered to fit my non-masculine figure and My-Le did a wonderful job! Her pricing was amazing (less than half of what most places were quoting me), turn around time was super quick (only a few days and she offered to do it even quicker than that), and the quality of her work was phenomenal (you can't even tell where the original stitching ends and hers begins). She took a huge men's polo and a massive sweatshirt and tailored both of them so that they fit my slimmer, shorter and curvy frame -- now the sleeves are short enough and the torsos slim enough to not get in my way when I'm trying to treat patients. I'm definitely recommending My-Le to others at my fire station and I'm planning on taking her a whole closet of dresses that need to be altered before summer hits. read more

I went in during prom week to have my dress altered for a wedding 3 days away. She fitted me and corrected me on what I thought would be an appropriate height because it didn't match the sides of the dress.. which I would have never thought of. Can't recommend. Had pants hemmed. Agreed to have it done a certain way, but when I picked them up, it was not done that way and I was told it can't be done that way! Why didn't they say that in the first place!!?? Also, bunchy stitching and a bit too short. Not what I wanted. I paid, but have to have them done over.
