If I could give this place a -5, I would. However, please take the advice of everyone who gave it 1 star. Anything higher than 1 star is someone Azi, or Ozzie asked to give him a good review. If this place is so great, why is the business always empty? This is a prime location, and I have NEVER seen cars lined up to be repaired there. I had my transmission rebuilt in October 2022 with a six-month warranty. A couple of weeks ago, the transmission was messed up again. I had the car towed, and Azi or Ozzie called me and told me it was the line to the transmission and not the transmission. He said he had already fixed it without consulting me first. The lines are not included in the warranty, which he did not replace when he rebuilt the transmission (if it was rebuilt the first time). He also said my car needed oil (which he claims he added) and other fluids and included it in the price. All of this was without my consent, and we didn't pay for it either when we picked up the car. Two days later, I heard this shaking sound underneath the car, and then the car started smoking. I thought the plate underneath the car was improperly secured when they changed the lines. I got out of the car, and all the fluid leaked out. I called him, and he said it was the water pump. Shocking, right? How could he diagnose it by phone? It could have been the radiator, a hose, or something completely unrelated. I think he damaged the water pump when he changed the lines two days prior, so he knew what the issue was when I called. Again, I had the car towed; low and behold, it was the water pump. He tried to charge us $550 to have someone replace it. That was not happening!!! So, again I had my car towed to my regular mechanic in Queens. I should have had it towed there initially, but I thought Azi would be honorable and admit he screwed up. Instead, he wanted to drain us for more money. I had the water pumped fixed in Queens for $325. I am big on a person's energy and spirit. This guy's energy is wicked, and he is money hungry. So please take my advice and do not take your car here, and if you do, do not leave your car while they work on it. read more

Found this shop Through a referral. My wife and I needed an experienced shop to work on our car. Millennium transmission was definitely worth the time and money we had spent. The owner took the time to explain all the issues that can happen and what to do to prevent any issues in the future. We are satisfied and highly refer millennium transmission. They are the worse transmission place ever. First they over charge and don't do the job right. The guys that work there look and act like they no clue as to what to do. They tell you things need fixing that wasn't even broke to begin with. Then after awhile you car tends to break down for no reason to have to go back to get something else fix. I have my Dodge Journey sxt 2009 they just play w me the all warranty time to don't finish repair how supuse when i get there they tell me is gonna be 1600 so i accepted and the time past like one week and there is when everything star the ask me for another 300 because my torkeconverter was not good i say ok later 2 days the call me again saying o my computer was not good and the wan another 300 and there i tell him i don have no more money so for finish this that cost me 2200 but the thing the car runs good for hust one week and i have to come back because the car get worse so i come back and i have to left the car another week and they call me again o is gonna be another 300 i say what so i discussed w the guys and say i don't gonna pay a single cent more so he get angry. the transmission make noise but the all ways put new thing on the table like middle axel shift that piece cost me 200 but the wanna sale to me for 250 plus the work my be cost me like 350 and they tell me o if u buy this part ur car don't gonna make any noise if make other noise i repair so now my warranty time us finish but my car still make noise and kick when-is shifting i don't know what more to do Aaa plus i hit my pan oil a little and they say oo u need new one cost me 190 but when i back the last time they use the same for another transmission but that was my fouls but a just saying because that transmission is going to use for another car read more

Do not let them rebuild your transmission I took my 1998 BMW 528I sedan there in June of 2019, to have the transmission rebuilt. I paid $1750 to rebuild my transmission. The car drove better after I picked it up, then eventually got worse. I have another car, so I didn't drive it that much. After less than 5000 miles and right after the 6 month warranty expired, the transmission started failing, eventually failed completely after 13 months and less than 8000 miles. They told me there is nothing they can do, since The car drove out the shop OK. The quality of their work is poor. Their excuses are ludicrous. Stay away !!!!!!!! read more

Stay clear of this shop! Ozzie and the other guy that runs this place are CROOKS!...They promise to rebuild your transmission new but only to leave you coming back multiple times for the same problem. I had an emergency and was in the neighborhood, I felt my car couldn't go another mile so I stopped to get my car check out because I was told from a previous shop that I have a tranny problem. I told Ozzie this and he told me well they would have to open up my transmission in order to determine the root of the problem not telling me that was their way on scamming people to stay and get the job done with them.... I asked him to put my transmission back once I didn't agree with the price and he told me it was too much work to put back and they would charge me $1000 in order to put the tranny back which was ridiculous to me. If I would've known better I would've never let this guy con man me into giving him the job that they weren't fit for.. I just figured that was the way this place did things as far as opening it up and checking it out but instead they open it up and basically force you to do the job with them. They never told me if they opened it up I would pay or that it would be be hard to put back which makes no sense if that's what your shop is known for. Ozzie gave no option or choice to say no I'm good on your service and will take my car some where else... instead he tells me the price was $2k plus and they already started working on my car. Every car shop I've ever been to has always given me the option to if I would want to deal with them according to price...they usually run a diagnostics and give me an estimate of how much it will be to get the work done. All and All stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.. you will be coming back more than once for a problem that should've been fixed the first time over and over again with no solution but instead Ozzie telling you well things happen and no one is perfect smh. read more

My husband and I went to this shop due to transmission issues. Met with Azi/Ozzie and he seemed very nice and knowledgeable. He was so confident he could fix the issue by rebuilding the transmission instead of replacing it. He said the car would be good to last us another 2 years and we paid him $1600! Less than 30 days after the so called rebuild the transmission was doing the same exact thing it was doing before. He claimed the 3 month warranty we had was for the work he did which was replace a valve not if there was a problem with it. He told us the valve replacement would fix the problem and the car would give us another 2 years but now he's saying sometimes things happen and he's not liable even though the problem isn't a new problem it's the same problem he claimed he fixed for $1600. We have gone back a total of 5x since the so called rebuild and haven't gotten nowhere. He now had the nerve to say we would need to pay again for anything else that needs to be done when the original problem has never been fixed. Phone calls and going back to him have gotten us nowhere. We are now having to pursue legal action against him and this company. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. read more

I have to say, I took a chance with Ozzie and am glad I did. I was really looking for a reputable and affordable shop to do a flywheel job and found Ozzie. His price was a little less expensive than the the mechanic I normally use, but, I didn't know him. I checked New Millenium's reviews and decided to give them a try. I wasn't happy when Ozzie advised me to also change my torque converter (for another $265), but, I did it anyway and am glad I did. My truck runs so much better! I hope I don't need any work like this done anytime soon, but, if I do, I'm going straight to Ozzie at New Millenium! I really appreciate his honesty and fair pricing!
