We vacillated between two trucks... one was more practical, the other nicer with more bells and whistles. Mr. Hyman was instrumental in helping us decide. He was friendly, personable and pragmatic. Called and chatted with Charles and he confirmed I should do the changes at 5K instead of 10K if I plan to keep the car long term. He also advised that since the car is under warranty that I should do the oil changes at the dealer so that it is in their records and they can verify what's been done should a problem ever arise.
