Have been going for over 10 years. Great spa pedicures however I will no longer go back. I recieved a giftcard for Christmas that I lost but my father purchased 3 giftcards that day so I have my moms and grandmoms gc number therefore mine is either before or after # wise. Amy (employee) found the card number and we know what card it is and how much. Ive gone for about 5 pedicures since then she then told me the last time that if I dont find it by the next time they would honor it. Well today I go back and Amy says she cant she can give me 45 of my giftcard. Giftcard was for $60. How does that even make sense? I get the fact that I lost the giftcard however she said she would honor it the following time. And now its a different story for not only a lifelong customer but someone who brings a lot of people in and she knows that. I read the reviews before going back honestly they all seemed like a bunch of pretentious older women writing them so I decided to give them a try anyway! I am SOOOO glad I did! There was no wait, the ladies were so super friendly. I was on a time limit and they got me out super fast but with all the service! Will definitely go back again. Always a great experience at this salon! Everyone is very nice and welcoming. I always come in with design ideas and Steph makes them come to life! They are relatively inexpensive, offer a mani/pedi deal on certain days of the week & offer a loyalty card - after 10 visits you get eyebrow wax for free! I had my first full pedi yesterday at New Millenium (I've only done polish change and mini pedis before) and I was surprised at the quality of work the technician did. She has been the only one in my experience with pedicures (which has been a long time!) to actually trim the cuticles on my toes! And she actually made conversation with me the entire time which is very rare in salons nowadays. Definitely worth checking out. I went here with for a daddy/daughter mani-pedi. They are located in Lawnside adjacent to the Pathmark market. The salon is clean and the staff is very friendly. They tried to upsell me on services, but they weren't pushy about it. My daughter upgraded to a cute floral design on her toes which was well done. I thought the trimming/shaping on my fingernails was a bit uneven and could have been better, but it looks okay and I was satisfied considering the price. The pedicure (by a different technician) came out fantastic. I did call ahead and they recommended that I make an appointment, especially for the two of us together, but the salon wasn't packed and there was a group of five women who came in later without an appointment. They only accept cash payment, but they have a $1 ATM in the back part of the salon. They have a great combo special for $26 from Monday to Wednesday. I will definitely go here again. read more

Decent clean space, large and updated more than most salons I've been to in this area. For the most part everyone is friendly, but I've had a few issues with 1 person in particular. Tried to chalk it up to cultural differences, but sometimes rude is just rude. If you go, Plan on being there for a while if you don't have an appointment. Twice now I've walked in for a pedicure when they're seemingly not busy. They insinuate they can get me right in, but both times I've waited for WELL over an hour with my feet in lukewarm to then ultimately cold water. Then they rush through the service to make up time. I understand and expect I may have to wait longer as a walk in, but I'd like to know up front if it's going to be a while. read more

I am so disappointed. I went back for the first time to this nail salon apparently they have new owners. The cleanliness is OK however they make you sign a waiver in case you get infected with the COVID-19 there, they are not responsible. I sat down to start my spa pedicure the water was extremely hot and the technician was not very good. My pedicure was a complete disaster. When I got home I decided to re-color my toes and saw what a terrible job The technician did. ther was still wax around my toes from the pedicure and she actually cut my baby toe as I said, so disappointed. I went in yesterday for a manicure. They tried to pressure me to get a gel manicure which I did not want and told me I needed my eye brows done, which I also did not want. I got my $10 manicure, went home and by that night, my polish was peeling off of my fingers! I went in today to ask them to take the polish off and asked for a refund. They kept telling me to pick out a new color because I had picked the wrong one. I told them that I didn't have time for another manicure and I didn't want one from there because I wanted it to last longer than five hours. They blamed the color I chose and told me they had said I should get gel. I tried to argue that I understand it doesn't last too long. I only wanted it to last until my first day of work tomorrow. They refused to give me a refund. Very rude. Unacceptable customer service. read more

I saw them refuse to honor a gift certificate, saying it was expired. The owner of the gift certificate was a college girl who lives out of the area most of the time. I came here today for an acrylic overlay, nothing extraordinary, just an overlay. My first issue is, when I started there was no one else getting their nails done and three techs free. Three people arrived after me (two full sets and a mani pedi) and they all left before me. My hands were soaking for a solid hour (from 5:18 to 6:20) and I was moved into four different chairs...all of this was annoying but I stayed. Finally...Kelly begins filing my nails (I asked for round) and none of them are the same shape and some are pointing left or right! So I tell her three times that my nails are not straight and she hands me the filing board and tells me to file them myself!!! She also left polish on my nails and put acrylic over it and huffed and puffed when I mentioned it. I'm from the town so I'm very familiar with this nail salon and I have NEVER had an experience like this, ever. Btw...I was still charged for the polish removal and whatever is currently on my hand. read more

My daughter and I have been going to New Millennium off and on since they opened. We went yesterday for mani/pedis and I have never been so disappointed in nail services. We were told our wait would be about 1/2 an hour. It was a holiday, so that was fine. We waited well over an hour. They did our pedis first. I felt like they were rushing because they just wanted to get done. I still have some dead skin on my feet and nail polish on the skin around my nails. My daughter's pedi was okay, but she also felt rushed. She got a dip gel mani. It honestly looks awful. The gel polish is so thick it looks like she has bubbles on her nails, and the bottom of all her nails is not covered. When she asked to have it redone, the woman acted as though she didn't speak English well enough to understand and just walked away. I got a standard mani. My nails were clipped with a clipper, barely filed, and polished just as sloppily as my feet were. One of my thumbs was so bad I asked to have it redone, which led to the nail tech angrily taking off the old polish, slapping on two new coats - no base coat - and a top coat in quick succession, so it's still a mess. By then, we'd had enough, so we just left. I also noticed that one of the sanitizers was filthy, the techs seemed to be sharing basic supplies, they were out of paper towels at one of the sinks, and they didn't disinfect and scrub the pedi tubs between uses. Like I said earlier, we've been New Millenium customers for years, but yesterday was our last visit. The new owners are driving a good business into the ground. It's sad. read more

Once again, my favorite place to be, relax, and get the best nail designs around. They take such great care of you. Customers are always # 1. Steph, is the manager and she knows how to take care of all your nail and pedicure needs. She makes sure you get what you want, and the other girls that work there are funny and do an excellent job. Normally this place would be out of my way but we needed a nail salon close to where we had brunch and found this spot. They were able to take 4 pedicures at once with out a wait. That was awesome. The staff was friendly and they did an awesome job on all of our pedicures. The price wasn't bad either. The only thing was that it was a hot day and they didn't seem to have the air on, so we were sweating our balls off! read more

I've been to this establishment in the past but it uhh as been some time. As of more recent, it is more convenient to me because I work at the Shop Rite next door. So in the beginning of Dec I went in to get a gel mani for the holidays- I was lucky enough to get Stephanie, the owner, to do my nails. They looked phenomenal, to say the least. They lasted 5 weeks and I could have let them go longer if it wasn't for the holiday colors I chose. Then about the 3rd week in Jan I decided it was time to change them up, unfortunately I stopped across the street first to grab a coffee from DD's and noticed there was a nail salon next door right there- that's where my instincts led me wrong. I got the gel mani there that only lasted 2 weeks and 2 of my natural nails broke in the process. So today, after only having my nails painted for 2 weeks and also had 2 nails hanging on by a thread went back to New Millennium to see Stephanie and she fixed my right up and they look GREAT!! I def learned my lesson. It wasn't about saving money or any other reason then me being to lazy after I grabbed ny coffee to cross the street- but I'll tell u, I paid for it big time in the long run. Millennium Nails does a great job at an affordable price and I'd your able to get Stephanie that's just as extra plus for you....take it from me, it'll be worth it. I am a customer frequenting this salon for the last year and half. I will take my business elsewhere. There are long waits times, inadequate and low skilled staffing, and total unprofessional behavior. I've experienced the behavior of the owner "Stefanie" towards customer's once they leave the salon. One can be a little discreet. She does not take ownership of any unacceptable or poor workmanship of her employees. One of her techs spilled nail polish on my new suede sandals. She did not apologize or make any attempt to correct the situation. All she can do is just nod her head. She suddenly forgot how to speak English. My question was how are going to fix this? I'm pretty sure the English language came back to her after I left. I'm still trying to remove the nail polish. Never again read more

i had to give them a star because it wouldn't let me go any lower. i went here 2x. the first time i waited for like 10 minutes. the second time i waited in the chair for an hour being told i'll be right with you. both times they told me i needed full sets when i just came in for a refill. and the first time i said i just wanted a refill and then they still did a full set??? and then the kept pressuring me into getting gel. the last time i was there (yesterday) the lady asked me if i wanted gel 14 times. and then when i said no she messed up my nails and wouldn't fix them she didn't see anything wrong with them, when it's the paint is obviously smeared on my nails so it looks like a ripple. my nails already look like they've grown out and i only got them less than 24 hours ago.. the designs awful. worst $27 i've ever spent. read more

If I could rate no stars I would. First and foremost I waited over an hour, I understand it gets busy and you are short on people but don't lie and say 5/10 minutes. "Stephanie" sent me back and told me someone would be with me to do my pedicure.... another thirty minutes goes by there's not even water in my foot bath. Then once my feet were done I had to wait again for someone to do my nails??? Second, how can you change 80 for a refil, pedicure (that turned out absolutely terrible might add... the women literally scrubbed at my feet for a second) and eye brow wax? She said it's 22 for a pedicure for 39 because I got gel?? 17 extra dollars for gel???? And on top, of it all she didn't even go my my nails how I asked for them to be done. My guess is because she was in such a rush to get to the next customer she just didn't care. LASTLY, I asked for my eyebrows to get done and now I have a huge gap in between my face because she screwed up miserably. I should have known it was going to be a nightmare given the terrible experience. Never again will I return, nor do I suggest you to. read more

The only reason i'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because other than Michelle and Stephanie the other techs don't seem to know a lot about current nail trends so that can get a little tricky trying to explain exactly what you want. i went to millennium with my 12 yr old cousin and mother. first pedi. my husband gave me a gift card. also mom got lip done. they would not accept gift card due to expiration date 40.00 they were rude did not consider we were first timers or that by not accepting the card they were getting paid twice. the owner was not there. there attitude and grasp of the english language was horrible also not very sanitary. no customer service skills at all. no wonder the government has recently changed the regulations regarding gift cards. also what business today is so cheap they will not accept debit or visa cards? terrible place all the way around. horrible and over priced. read more
