Really nice salon! It's been a few months but so far it's my fave nail spot that I've been to in the last two years. I went here for my birthday and got a gel manicure, tech was super nice, no cuts, tons of color options and I learned that some polishes could work or not work with your personal ph. Mine stayed on for over 3.5 weeks and looked good (grown out a bit) but good until I peeled them off. 10/10, will be back! I like that it's appointment only as well.

I was hoping to get a full set here again but they don't do acrylic anymore I guess. So sad because they did an amazing job last time.

I came in about a week ago to get a full set and holistically it was a great experience. I loved that it was appointment only which allows the salon to have a calm atmosphere and gets you in and out quickly. The quality of my nails is pretty good. I noticed when my tech put on the tips, they weren't glued to the very top of my nail which creates a bit of room between the tip of my natural nail and the acrylic. Lastly, while the quality is above average I wasn't 100% pleased with the design. I came in with a reference picture l, which was very simple, and ended up with a different result. My tech (who was a pleasure to speak and work with) said she doesn't do designs, only very simple nails. I will say I allowed the tech to take some creative liberty from there. I'd rather have cute nails that don't look like the reference than messed up nails that kind of do. Knowing this I'm unsure if I'll come back again as I prefer simple designs rather than plain French tips.

Jack is so friendly and good at what he does and Suzanne foot massages are absolutely worth it. This location is super clean (look behind the chairs!), doesn't smell of salon chemicals (not that that's ever a problem for me but some people can't stand that - it doesn't smell like chemicals at all!), and the staff are super friendly and fun to sit with. I'd definitely recommend

My Mom has dementia (Alzheimer's) and finding a place to get her nails (feet and toes) done where she feels comfortable and people are patient and receptive to her can be challenging. We walked in on a weekday afternoon, they were busy and were not able to get in same day, which is totally understandable. They were happy to make us an appointment for that Friday for 1pm (just 2 days later), so we gratefully booked it for her and returned on our scheduled day just before the appointed time. When we arrived, they were running right on time (to me, a sign of a salon that schedules responsibly, not just taking walks-in's to fill chairs) and my Mom went straight to a spa pedicure chair to being her experience (this is helpful since sitting and waiting in a new environment can be challenging for a person with dementia). I did not disclose off the bat that she has dementia (as she is not angry or mean or unsafe even when she is a bit confused), but sat close by to explain if needed, reassuring her that I was right there with her. She began repeating herself pretty immediately and the wonderful woman working on her pedicure caught on very quickly and turned to me and said, "it's ok" with a smile and answered her questions a few times without so much as a pause. While the price here is a bit higher than it is at the salon I go to in Lakewood (about 20 minutes North), I will gladly bring my Mom here to know she will be treated with respect and be given an amazing pedicure! They were so kind, patient, and did a great job on her nails and with "spoiling" my Mom a bit with a leg massage (even stopping to ask her if it was ok first!) and a beautiful pedicure. We plan to return every 3-4 weeks for a spa pedi for my Mom! Thank you!

I've been to a few nail spots in Lacey and none of them compare to the service you get at New Nails. Staff is friendly and my nails always look fantastic!!!

Great service and selection of colors and polish brands. They do not rush and only take walkins if there's no scheduled appointments so highly recommend making an appointment. This is my third visit here and the finished manicure/pedicure is always meticulous and well done. Decided to treat my mom for Mother's Day and again they did not disappoint!

I was looking for a nail salon in the Olympia/Lacey area and decided to come here after all the great reviews on Yelp. I called in last minute to see if they had any openings and was told I can come in ASAP. The nail techs here are amazing and friendly. Sally did an excellent job with my nails and was very meticulous with the detail. She made my natural nails look like they were acrylics! read more

I've been coming here for roughly four years and I LOOOOOVE the service I receive each time. The owner is amazing and he's always so good about remembering minute details about my personal life and strikes up a conversation with ease. He's fun to chat with and shares plenty of funny stories with me-- quite the comedian! I love that he also remembers exactly how I enjoy my pedicures. I don't like SUPER hot anything when it comes to my feet and he is great about making sure the temperature is just right before applying stones or hot towels, etc. And I never have to ask or remind him. I mean, I come into his establishment once every couple of months or so-- sometimes less often, just depends on my schedule-- but he is always just as friendly and considerate as he was the first time I met him. Talk about taking a chance and hitting the JACKPOT in nail salons! I was in the market to find a new nail salon so I did some research and found this little hidden gem. It's very quaint and the atmosphere was relaxed. Most places just try to get you in and out but they really go out of their way to make sure you actually ENJOY yourself. If you want the BEST mani-pedi experience possible, check out this little slice of heaven. Go ahead, pamper yourself. You DESERVE IT. read more

Stopped in here yesterday after my meeting so about 4:30pm. Was not busy so I was greeted and sat down right away. Very small salon. 4 nail stations and pedicure chairs. Very small space but clean and cozy. I was planning to do just a basic manicure but when I saw the menu that a basic manicure was $20 and the shellac manicure was $25, I went for the shellac which is $5 cheaper than what I usually pay. Kay did my nails and she was great and took her time and did a really nice job. The massage at the end was very basic. Would have enjoyed a little bit more and shoulder rub. I barely leave reviews but, this shop saved my messed up acrylics (from a different salon) to "slayyyyy szn" vibe. The service was great and they welcome walk-ins, but make sure to call ahead just to check. Thanks to yelp and the nail lady for blessing my nails! read more

This is the cleanest and most relaxing nail salon in the Olympia area, not to mention the ONLY one that has been able to do gel polish on my fingernails that actually stays and looks great for two weeks! I've been coming here for several years and have learned to ALWAYS schedule an appointment - they do take walk-ins, however, they are not a "pedicure mill" - they take the time to do it beautifully. I look forward to the feeling of being in an oasis - relaxing music, gentle conversation and always laughter. If you are looking for a place with TVs on the walls and children running around - this does not have those things and is NOT your place, lol. I haven't gotten my nails done in so long and I'm so glad I chose New Nails to get back into nail care. My hands were dry, nails a hot mess, and cuticles atrocious, but DAMN they hooked it up! I just got gel polish over my natural nails and they're shaped perfectly. I don't know the name of the girl that did my nails today but she was very nice and her attention to detail and perfection was crazy good. The salon was VERY clean and had a calm ambiance. I even got a hand and forearm massage and a warm towel placed over my arms and hands when my nails were done. So relaxing! read more

I took my mom here today for her birthday. We had the best pedicures we've had since moving here. I've never left a pedicure so relaxed and happy with the service. The husband and wife that did our nails were so friendly and did such a good job. We will definitely be back. Also, light and bright and very clean inside. I have been going to New Nails for years now and they always do an amazing job. I get really bad ingrown toenail's nails and they get them out with little to no pain at all. They really get the unwanted skin off and make your nails look great. Also they massage you for so long! I always feel revived after a trip to the nail salon and if you pay with cash they have a punch card. Overall 10/10 and my nails always look flawless. read more

Went here for the first time yesterday and everyone was absolutely amazing!! I am very picky when it comes to my nails and after just moving here I was nervous to try to find a new nail tech. Hailey did my nails and did an amazing job. Probably the best full set I've ever had. Jack did my pedicure and he was awesome! Took his time and my nails look great. New Nails has excellent customer service and truly care about the quality of their work. I haven't been to a nail salon in some months because I hate spending money just to be rushed through the experience. I was seated immediately and the gentleman who did my pedicure was so kind and took his time. My nails turned out perfectly and I felt pampered - truly the best experience I've had in a long time. To be honest, I never really had a good experience with nail salons. I knew I needed to get my toenails done because it started to hurt and well it looked gross. Looked at Yelp reviews and decided to try New Nails. I called around 2:30 and they had an opening at 5. Driving there it was easy to find. Parking in the front is limited but the parking wraps around the building so you can park at any parking spots attached to the building. As I walked in I was welcomed and asked to sanitize my hands and to pick a nail color. I was seated and I felt instantly relaxed and at ease. My nail tech, Jack, was very attentive and thorough when cleaning my toenails. He did a great job with my ingrown nails and was periodically asking if I felt any pain or if I was doing ok. My experience there ended up being awesome. Conversation flowed and the whole atmosphere was calming and positive. I was really impressed with this place and will be back again. My total time there was a little over an hour. The place was clean and tidy as well. I'm gonna put myself out there and attach a before and after of my feet. The after picture doesn't do it justice because my phone sucks. read more

ABSOLUTELY BEST PEDICURE & MANICURE my husband and I have ever had. Salon is clean, tidy & doesn't have the harsh chemical smell. We schedule and appointment on the same day, when we arrived we were promptly seated and seen. Zero wait. We were take care of from the moment we came in until we left. This salon is absolutely incredible and I will 100% recommend to anyone! They took their time and made sure he was doing exactly what I wanted! Recently moved to this area, I was looking for a new place to get a much needed pedicure. Their COVID policy was clearly followed! You were requested to sterilize your hands and temperature check as soon as you walked into the salon. Staff all worn a mask at all times, plastic dividers were between each pedicure and nail station. Both my husband and I got the Firewalker pedicure. Enjoyable experience, since it was our first time we were ask if we were comfortable every step of our pedicure. We will definitely be returning, love supporting a small local business. read more

So, after several visits, Jack and Hailey coaxed me from 28 years of French Nails back to color. I spent spring and summer in bright corals and turquoise, but fall colors, except on trees, don''t make me happy. So, I went with Seahawks colors, which Hailey amazingly drew by hand. I still have to figure out how to put up a picture. Also, my husband has Parkinson's, and was having trouble with clipping his toe nails. Mimi gave him such a good pedicure, he called me from the parking lot and said he was so relaxed, he felt like he was melting. And this was a guy who grew up in Oregon's cowboy country, and NEVER thought he'd be getting a pedicure! He's definitely going back. read more

I'm on a budget and wanted something simple so I got the least expensive pedicure service (number 9 out of 9 spa pedicure packages) with regular polish. The staff asked me if I wanted to add anything and if I was sure if I wanted the cheapest service and if I wanted to upgrade to gel and I politely declined. My mom got the number 6 which is the 6th most expensive service. The staff again questioned her choice, encouraging her to upgrade and she also politely declined. I would say it crossed the line of being a salesman and borderlined heckling. Since we were taken so late, we ended up being on a time crunch. A few minutes into the service, my mom decided to downgrade her service to the same one I had so we could get out quicker. The staff once again questioned her, but this time they asked her three separate times if she was sure she wanted to change to the number 9. It rubbed both of us the wrong way. Besides the service which we found to be rude, the pedicure itself was good quality. The massages felt short but that might have been either because we told them about our time crunch or because they felt offended that we got the lowest service. Not sure if it was worth the $37 plus tip for the experience we had but my toes do look nice.

Then when it came to my gel fill the woman doing them was not paying attention and shaped my nails all different lengths! I asked her for my nail color to match my toes nail color and she said "it's all gone".... I'm sorry what?! So I had to pick another color again. I picked a color and it took 5 people to help her look for it and they were laughing and looking back at us continuing to laugh. Then she just said "it's too bright of a pink" and started putting on a pink base color..... I finally was just over the whole 2 hour experience and said "Ok" When I finally got to checkout I was pretty upset. I never honestly worry about what my nails look like but these are for my engagement photos and are meant to be special and very detailed for memories. I will not be coming back to this nail salon.

I had some French acrylics done at another salon and it was absolutely terrible. Uneven, way too thick, just awful. A couple days and a lot of research later I found this place and read all the reviews. Everyone was so happy with it, so I finally decided I would go to this salon and get fixed up. I am so happy I did! Not only did they take the time to remove my former set carefully even though it was only a few days old, but they listened to what I wanted and made absolute sure that we were on the same page with it. They took their time and didn't rush even though there were people waiting. They really cared that I left happy. I'm so in love with my nails now, and this is definitely my new nails place. The prices are awesome, and the quality of their work is better than any I've ever had. I love this salon! read more

I've been going to New Nails salon for almost 4 years now and it has been such a delight. Each time I go all the staff members are polite and I don't feel pressured to get the most expensive services. I am very indecisive when it comes to colors and each time my nail tech has been so great with helping me make a choice. With Covid going on I feel safe as this salon has forms to still out, asks us to use sanitizers, has separators for each customer and they check your temperature. They've always been sanitizing their equipment as well so I'm at ease. Highly recommend going to this salon for the best care, service, and hospitality. read more

I absolutely love this place. I've been here many times, and have meant to leave a review....everyone here is so nice, and attentive, and they really make you feel like you're the only one there. All of the manicures I've gotten have looked amazing and I've gotten many compliments on them. Yesterday afternoon I called and told Jack that I wanted some Patriots nails, and they drew up designs for me! I went in and they showed me. It truly touched me that they would go and take a couple hours out of their day to draw designs specifically for me. My nails turned out amazing, and the designs are HAND PAINTED! read more

New Nails would get hundreds of stars if I could rate them that much! I had the most wonderful time today getting a soothing, relaxing, pedicure. Their attention to the customer is par excellant. They listened to exactly what I wanted and everything I got done was better than I could have imagined! They are friendly, easy to talk to, and their salon is very very clean and bright. This is by far the best nail salon hands down. My daughter and I have been going for years. The staff is wonderful and personable, and because they don't take walk-ins and only book by appointment I've never (seriously never) had to wait; they're ready for me every time. The salon is bright and clean and everything still looks new and well maintained. I keep my nails pretty short and they do an incredible job every time. They are meticulous and efficient. I personally don't want to spend all day at the nail salon so I appreciate that they can give me a perfect manicure in under an hour. read more

I was house sitting in lacey and found this salon on yelp. They were nice and the salon was clean and very nice. I've been to many different salons but this one is by far my favorite. I got coffin shaped nails and they turned out amazing. Seriously the best shaped nails I've had. I love that they are perfectionists and take the time to do it right. I will be going back again.. My friend and I went in to get acrylic nails for the first time. All the staff were very nice and joked around with us like friends. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and we left feeling pretty great about our nails. The filing was a little painful but that was expected. The only complaint I have is that my friend was given pointy stilettos instead of an almond shape so the nail tech might've been confused about that. The prices seemed a little expensive but the quality was on point! read more

This was my first time in New Nails. I was so impressed. Everyone in the salon was so friendly and professional. I never felt rushed and truly felt pampered. I absolutely Love Jack & Hailey. While they were away on vacation. We made an attempt to see if we could find somewhere to do my nails and take out my husbands ingrown toenails. We successfully failed. From that day forward we made a vow to never go anywhere other then New Nail. They're amazing with not just us but our family. I love Hailey, Jack & Mimi! I wouldn't go to any other salon! It's a blessing to find a salon so close to home! Especially coming from a military family it's hard. I love New Nails! I love the environment, it's so peaceful! I tell everyone to go! I get compliments all the time! Even though I go every week in a half ( I like to change my colors ALL THE TIME) I don't need to! I could not recommend New Nails enough. I have had manicures and pedicures from all four personnel and they have always been exceptional regardless of the provider. My manicures last without chipping and are high-quality. I have been to multiple nail salons in over 15 different states and this is by far the best leg massage I've ever had from any salon during a pedicure. I highly recommend New Nails. read more

As a guy I like to get pedicures to keep my feet and toes in great shape. I have found the best place ever. I get the fire walker option and it the best pedicure I have had. All the folks are top notch and great at what they do. The photo attached is with Tao and she has become my go to person. Me and my sister always go to New Nails when we visit Washington for vacations! Sally and Kay did my sisters red tips and French tipped feet. Mrs.Kay's daughter did my nails and I absolutely live them they glisten in the light similar to how fish scales do!!!! 1000% would recommend this they have so many colors and shapes and your in good hands always if you choose New Nails & Spa!!!! read more

I will never go anywhere else for gel manicure. They do such detailed work and a wonderful job. My gel stays on so perfect for over 4 weeks with washing my hands and cleaning etc. I go back becuse they grow out. My nails are so healthy and string they take time to remove old gel and not ruin you nails. I highly recommend thia salon. So clean and relaxing. Kind salon technicians. read more

New Nails manager takes extra care to make sure that my nails are maintained in a healthy state. He and his staff pay great attention to detail. They are friendly. The salon is clean and maintained.
