Rare steak pho, the broth was super flavorful, rich and deep. I slurped half of it down with no adulteration. I usually put hoisin, sriracha and lime but I didn't want to alter it at all. The noodles were cooked perfectly and there was plenty of the steak. The combo was loaded with tendon and tripe to hubby's delight and he said the same about the broth and noodles. If we're in the area we will definitely be back but next time we'll skip the egg rolls.
