Had the guy just worked with me I would have happily paid $20 to get the whole thing fixed right. The second incident I decided to just use them for something simple like remove a stain from a shirt. When the shirt was returned not only was the stain still there, there were new stains. The woman at the counter saw the stain and got the same man to talk to me about it. He acted like it was invisible lol. Again, he was really unreasonable and refused to fix the problem. His solution was to grab money out of the cash drawer, shove it at me, and tell me to leave. I left with two stains for the price of one lol. He's like the soup nazi for clothing. No thanks.

I said I needed them and rather than looking at me and working with me to find the right length for me, she rushed me and made me feel very uncomfortable in her store like I was taking up too much space time. So I had known a little about myself and the way I like things and then I just said make them 26 inches long after she tried to make them really short like the styles are now which doesn't work for my body. At that point, I should've just taken my shirts and left. I picked up my shirts and they were all measuring 24 to 25 inches long. I contacted AI who told me that the steaming constricts the fibers. And changes the whole field look and shape of the garment and shrinks it up. AI told me to soak everything in hair conditioner and then gently pull on the garments to get them back to where they were before the steam treatment so I went back to Kathy and told her that everything had shrunk and she was very defensive and wouldn't listen to me and told me she didn't iron it. She told me she was going to press them and I said well whatever you did she said steam? I said it shrunk everything not take responsibility and very rude to me. Defensive not a good businesswoman and a terrible Tailor. I would not take anything you're sensitive like I am it took me a lot of work to get my things back the way they were should be. We had been using Juliette but no joke they charge like they are bringing us back brand new clothes. I saw someone in the area from suds delivering and decided to check them out. Our requirements are pickup/delivery/fast/don't lose clothes/don't give me others janky drawers/never lose socks. Now Juliette was dope since had an app but that thing barely worked. Suds is a bit basic where you use a website to book. They offer of same day or one day and doesn't seem to be a price difference so that's a bit confusing. Who wouldn't pick same day for same price?!? They require a $25 down payment which is odd but makes sense since this pickup requires a lot of trust and it applies to the total. Now I was confused because you just toss the street address in and that's it. No direction no notes just YOLO it. So far I've done it a few times and I'm digging it. Haven't lost a single sock and rate is fair. My only deduction is the scent comes back pretty strong but they do allow for notes in the laundry so maybe I'll ask to make it less scenty next time. Anyway I highly recommend getting those tighty whities done by the park.
