One of our favorite distilleries- New riff is a great place for drinks, the tour is very comprehensive with amazing samples and the staff is so friendly. The rooftop bar - Thr Aquifer has a great ambiance.

Our group had a special tasting event. Good stuff!

Whether you are touring, bottle shopping, or enjoying food and drinks, New Riff has something for you. Located in a bustling area of NKY, it's easy to get to with plenty to do. Built from the ground up and opened to the public in 2018, it houses a distillery, gift shop, huge bar, a comfortable patio with a view, and event space. Cocktails are good, the entire staff in any area is welcoming and skilled at their post. The Aquifer Tasting Room is spacious and comfortable with different seating area options. Would be a regular hangout spot if I lived nearby. Food is limited to light bites if you need a snack, and you can get dinner nearby before or after your visit here. Taste something you like, buy a bottle to go. Follow them for fun special events and classes, too!

Always a treat to visit New Riff and hang out on the 3rd floor with cocktails and light bites! Love the outdoor area off the 3rd floor, as there is always a cool breeze and a great view. And the bourbon is good too. A fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon. All the staff is very friendly.

A really nice looking Kentucky distillery just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Our tour guide Eric was knowledgable and friendly and did a great job explaining their history and distilling process. We tried about five different whiskeys during the tour and had $10 off a purchase at the gift store at the end. There is a good sized bar on the top floor for the public as well. The whiskey was strong and smooth with some having a bit of bite! If you like whiskey, you'll enjoy this tour and tastings.

We had a fundraiser here. The venue is beautiful and the staff is great. Stop by for a Funkadelic and support BBBS.

Cool spot to sip a cocktail! Drinks were good. New Fashioned was sweeter than anticipated (and I personally missed the traditional cherry garnish from an Old Fashioned!). Wish we were in town longer to taste more or book a tour. Definitely check this spot out.

Rounding up to 5 stars. The building is well organized. The third floor bar is comfortable and offers many New Riff expressions. It would be nice if they offered a half pour option, which would allow you to try more varieties. The tour was interesting, particularly the origin and history of the brand. The tastings during the tour were nice. It was disappointing that the gift shop discount associated with the tour could not be applied to virtually everything that we wanted to buy. Overall, we liked the Ryes better than the Bourbons.

Great tour and a great guide! Love when a tour does tastings through the tour instead of all at the end. Really cool building with a great staff. The tour offers everyone headphones for the tour for the parts where it might be a bit tougher to hear which was really nice. Highly recommend checking New Riff out next time you're looking for a distillery tour in the Cincinatti area.

We enjoy checking out new distilleries (and old faves) along the Bourbon Trail. This distillery is only 10 years old and offers a decent bourbon. We did the tour and loved that they gave you sips of their different bourbons and whiskeys along the way. Our guide was Eric and he was very knowledgeable. The distillery's location is along the river that separates Ohio and Kentucky. It's at the very top of the Bourbon Trail, which makes for an easy stop as we drive south to Louisville. Since it's so new, it's very clean and open but has a distinct distillery "look" to it. Very accessible and right next to The Party Source, which it's owners actually started and sold to their employees. Recommend you add it to your list if you are in the area and enjoy bourbon.

I might be a little bias since I was fortunate enough to get married at New Riff before they stopped hosting weddings, but this place is one of the best distilleries in NKY! The upstairs tasting room was recently revamped and offers a large horseshoe bar as well as ample outdoor seating on the patio. My husband loves their single barrel picks and swears by the Balboa Rye. Im a huge fan of their bourbon barrel aged gin, which makes an amazing G&T or French 75.

Great evening learning how to blend bourbon. They start you with three single barrel bourbons that you taste and discuss. Then you mix up three blends, pick your favorite and blend up a bottle to take home. Very interesting and fun evening. The staff is energetic and truly passionate about bourbon and make the evening fun for everyone even those that are not bourbon enthusiasts

Cool place to visit! We didn't do the tour, but the second floor on the stairs provides a nice view of the operation. The view in the outdoor deck in the third floor is nice! The third floor tasting room is nicely decorated and great for a group of friends! The staff is friendly, conversational, and does a great job! This is a must stop on the bourbon trail.

Must try!! This distillery has a bar/lounge on the top floor and it's absolutely amazing! The cocktails are delicious and bartenders know what they are doing! Highly recommend!
