My appointment was scheduled for 3:45 p.m., but I waited about 15 minutes before being seen. Initially, I thought the service went well. I understand that waxing may not remove every single hair, especially depending on the stage of hair growth, but I expected the majority of visible hair to be removed. When I got home, I noticed several long hairs between my labia that should have been waxed, along with a significant amount of remaining hair throughout the treated area. Considering I paid $75 for the service and left a $10 tip, I expected a level of service that reflected the $85 total I spent. Unfortunately, this experience reinforced why I no longer feel confident choosing European Wax Center. Each time I've visited one of their locations, I've left disappointed. I shouldn't have to go home and spend additional time tweezing and removing hair after paying for a professional waxing service.

Answered all my questions and explained additional services. I did not feel pressured to add on or do more than I was comfortable with! Very sweet and the best part is I felt absolutely nothing!
