Lupe and Samantha were extremely friendly and gentle with mine and my hunny's feet. It was a return from about two months ago, when we were not impressed and did not want to return. They massaged our feet and were wrapped in aloe, which happened to be my favorite. It was soothing and our feet and legs feel as if they they were breathing through their pores. This review is for multiple people and multiple services received. 1. Nails by Sheila- (3 stars) I had a full set and several fills done by Sheila. There is very little attention the detail. Her nails are okay at best, but the 2 weeks between fills we're really annoying once I started noticing all the flaws in the polish application and shaping of my nails. The main pro is that she works quickly I guess, so it only takes about an hour. 2. Hair by Yesenia- (2 stars) Like most things that come highly recommended, I found her services to be very disappointing. She was not cheap and I did not leave happy. DEFINITELY overpaid. I was attempting to lighten my hair from black to however light it would go without too much damage. My hair felt very stringy and super gross after she was done. The color was not applied with very much attention to detail. It was very patchy after the bleach because it was not applied evenly so when she put the toner color on top, you could still see the ugly patches. My hair has a gross orange/brassy tint to it now and I specifically told her that I would rather go a shade darker than to have a gross, brassy finish. Her next appointment showed up while she was still cutting my hair and she kept going back and forth between the two of us trying to talk to this other lady while doing my hair. She rushed through the cut and style in about 15 minutes. She shouldn't have scheduled the appointments so close together. 3. Nails by Lisa- (4 stars) The best set of nails I have ever gotten ! So much attention to detail. She takes her time shaping and smoothing the nails. Lisa is very good at what she does and makes good color recommendations. My only complaint is that that the things she talks about are a bit vulgar, especially when I am a customer (not a friend) and she doesn't really know me. The salon overall, does not have a high end vibe but they all charge as though it is a high end salon. read more

I love this Salon. Brandi is Amazing. She can do anything. She does exactly as you ask. Also she can listen to you and really see your thinking better than you can. I found Brandi because I was tired of going to stylists and paying over 100.00 for one color, then adding on any other colors and a trim or cut and your out the door after spending all day there, all your money there and going home only to re-wash & style your hair the way you like it and realizing that your just not happy. So I went online and just started looking. This was the last time, before today, that I needed my hair done. I just kept on coming back to Brandi's pictures.Then I went to Brandi, no waiting, Beautiful place, very affordable and they do it all. Brandi did a great job on that first visit. It was great to be able to get everything at one location. The salon is huge and has over 30 staff that are there to attend to you, that said I don't see walk in's being a problem. Sally ... Not the best pedicure I've ever gotten, won't be back for a pedicure ever! The pedicure room is very private if you like that but it's dark and hidden and the chairs were plain chairs not the big fluffy massage chairs that I (and most other ppl) enjoy about a pedicure. I also had a massage and enjoyed that. I spend upwards of 4 hours in the salon and felt that the prices were very reasonable. I have thicker brows and she didn't try to tame them and didn't make them all thin but went with their own curve, so to say. They came out very natural and I loved it!! I've gone back several time since and it's still just as good. Several of my friends use her too and won't go anywhere else! Also, her room is very nice and relaxing and she has an alternative to the normal waxing stuff which is apparently hypoallergenic. I called every nail salon in the area possible on Thursday night to see if someone can squeeze me in before they completely close everything due to corona virus. Lisa said she'd wait for me to do a mani/pedi and it's be $60 for mani and $45 for pedi. Kinda pricey seeing as I pay 65 for mani and pedi at my regular place but i was desperate so I'll pay it. I was so thankful she was nice enough to do this for a new customer. She did a good job on my mani I guess. Then she was like you're good to go. What? No pedi? She goes no it's late. Omg so why tell me you would do it if you can't? So she goes I'll be working from home on Saturday if you want to come by. Ok fine I settled for that. I text her Saturday morning and she goes the shop is closed. I reminded her that she had told me she was going to work from home and could take me. She then she goes well it's $60 for gel pedi. I said I wanted regular polish? She proceeds to tell me that I will need to go to Walmart and buy nail polish then. So $45 for a pedi to be scheduled on a completely different day and you gotta go out and buy your own polish. I'm cool. Thanks for the last minute appointment Lisa but I'm not coming back. read more

This place is way too busy, and although the stylists will fit you in with multiple appointments, you will be left on your own for long periods of time wondering and waiting for your turn. As far as the service goes, the stylists are too busy juggling clients to go the extra mile, so although you pay a hefty amount for quality service, you barely get your money's worth (if at all). For me the only motivating factor to return was the salon's close proximity to my house, which made it convenient for me to pop in with my baby. However, distance will no longer be a consideration because my last visit here was a complete and utter let-down. The stylist Erica who does my blow-out, after washing my hair picked up a wet towel that had fallen on a floor littered with stray hair and calmly tried to use it on me! I politely requested a fresh towel pointing out that it was now dirty, but was cringing inwardly and found myself horrified by her complete lack of concern for hygiene or care. During the actual appointment, she was rushed and distracted, and kept looking at the clock to see when her other customer would arrive. Upon the arrival of the other customer, I was put on hold for a good fifteen minutes and explained that because I had been five minutes late for my appointment, I had no choice but to wait while she took her time putting color on this client's hair. The last straw was when she barely put the finishing touches on my hair, and only proceeded to do so very half heartedly when I requested her to straighten out the rough edges. She also refused to accept payment via debit card, and made me go to a nearby ATM to draw cash for her, a major inconvenience for someone with a small baby that could have been easily avoided with better communication BEFORE the appointment. When I finally got home, I was dismayed to see that her so-called blow out was already wearing off and I ended up flat ironing my hair as usual the next day, which was a complete waste of money and time for me. I'm never going back. There are enough businesses in the area that actually take their clients seriously and care about delivering quality, without making you beg for it. EDITED TO ADD: I was requested to take down this review by the stylist in question who put in a desperate plea via several messages on yelp and initially I obliged. But as a writer, I felt I was compromising on my journalistic integrity by doing so. As a stylist, if you cannot give your clients the service that you are charging them such exorbitant amounts for, then don't complain if you receive objective feedback from customers who have every right to express their dissatisfaction. Yelp is a platform for people seeking honest reviews, and I have done my best to do exactly that. Enough said. read more

Went to get my hair lighten , which I thought would be easy since my hair was already light, I liked the way my hair looked but with the first wash with bed head shampoo ( good shampoo) my hair turned ashy orange I went to get it redone by the same lady cause she told me to go back. She added a toner and again, first wash my hair was destroyed and ashy, orange looking , I had to go to a hair salon to have my long hair cut so short! I haven't had short hair ever!!!!I still have Brocken locks because of this lady ,,, I will never go to This salon AGAIN!!!! I paid a high price to have someone destroy my hair to a point that I had to cut it as short as I did.
