Terrible at bleaching roots. Not my first time getting my hair bleached by a " professional " but was my worst experience. She used cheap blue power that was so dry it came off every time she put it on my head. When I noticed black spots she told me its for the purple shampoo. I've waited two years to get my haircut with the Covid19 mess. I just picked Ines/Inez (not sure of spelling) off the computer. My baby-fine, thin hair isn't easy to work work with - usually it's days before I even like it or can do anything with it. OMGosh - INES/INEZ cut it like she'd been doing it her entire life. Worst customer service in the Antelope Valley for a hair salon. I had an appointment scheduled via the phone and when I showed up Diana embarrassed me in front of other customers saying, "You don't have an appointment with me today you can leave." I then walked out and called her because I knew for a fact I had an appointment scheduled. We then spoke on the phone and she stated she made a mistake and scheduled me for Friday. I'm giving this place with 1star only because when I went to get a haircut the lady with really short hair, cut my hair and she cut like she was in hurry, there was only one lady waiting and it was her and another lady cutting hair. Not only that my hair cut come out uneven some areas were longer than another!!!!! I was so disappointed, plus she doesn't even dry my hair she let me walk out with my hair all wet!!!! I don't like bashing hair stylist but wow I truly cried with the outcome of my hair. I asked for a nice blonde balayage and showed the picture multiple times. My hair isn't blonde it's GREY and has green tones to it. My hair isn't cut evenly. I have to wait 4 months to get my hair fixed now from someone else. Please be careful and if you go here lower your expectations don't think they specialize with doing blonde looks. Also my hair wasn't even styled at the end and i didn't get good service she left me in the sink with my head there for more than 10 mins while she cut peoples hair. I love this place just because of the simple fact that the girls here are so welcoming and warm. My daughter recently decided to cut her own bangs...needless to say she ruined them lol. This isn't the first time this has happened and the last time it did, we went to super cuts where we were met with judgement. So I did not want to go through that again. I was always recommended by friends to go to Diana's so finally we went it. We were greeted by Liz and Ines, when I said we don't have an appointment I just need a haircut for my daughter Liz said yeah of course sit here I'll cut her hair. Ok now look I know it's kind of hard to explain what we want in cuts and bangs and length etc...but Liz was so patient and really took the time to understand what we wanted. She works fast and it's fun to watch her work, but at the same time she tries to get to know you and even shares some stories from her life. About the bangs...Liz laughed and said "girl we've all done something like that, it happens to the best of us." We all laughed. Look this is not a fancy place like super cuts or whatever other cool salon out here; it's a small business owned by the nicest lady and ran by the nicest girls. I'm asian and used to go to an asian hair place in Cucamonga but it was busy usually when I went and they did not seem that considerate to say make an appointment. Just come back later. Well I don't want to come back later and have to wait around again. So I stopped going there and found this spot up here. Diana is Mexican and she cuts my hair as well as any one else. I good thing is that I can make an appointment and she is cheaper. 10 bucks for a hair cut is awesome and I tip 5 which is still cheaper than my old spot.
