From start to finish, I went in on a whim to buy my daughter her first car, explained what I was doing and what I wanted this particular car for, and all the people that I spoke to, not just my salesman, were more than willing to talk to me about the car and the safety features of this car over another. Even down to the Service department, wanting to make sure that it was everything I wanted it to be to surprise her with. Financing - flawless, quick, honest straight forward and the quickest I have ever purchased a vehicle. I live an Hour away from this dealership, and I will travel back for my next vehicle. Thank you! She loved the Acura!

You had a guaranteed sale and lost it with your insulting offer. Be ready to be low balled shopping here. Don't waste your time, other dealers close by will give you more for your trade, just drive about 10-15 minutes further for an extra 5-10k. They then proceeded to list values of other "comparable" vehicles as I was also looking online and was still being misinformed, seems they were looking at a year older model and thought I was stupid and don't know how to work a computer... Sad that people can't see a sale sitting in front of their face.

So a little over two years ago I purchased a vehicle from Superior car credit. The day I bought it…read morethe check engine light came on. I went back and brought it up and they ran a test and said it was the catalytic converter we set up a time to bring it in and get it replaced. This time it was free of charge since they sold it to me that way. Three days later I get the car back with a replaced converter. The very next day the engine light comes back on. They test it again. Same result. They explain that Chevy sometimes need specific converters but that the car would still be usable until it got replaced. It never did. Fast forward a year or so and I was terminated from my job. I was going through different employers for about a year and missed payment from time to time in which they would disable the car. There was a point where I had a severe coolant leak and coolant would spray from the hose all over the engine. I was out of work so they shut the car off for a few weeks. I spoke with them about the coolant problem and asked if they could please fix it while the car was disabled and I want able to use it anyway. The agreed and took the car and made the repairs.I got my money together and paid it and got the car back repaired. The car was never perfect but it was running and didn't really cause me much problems. A few months later the car was disabled again. This time for 20 days. There was nothing majorly wrong with the car prior to it being disabled. Again I got my money caught up and they enabled the vehicle. This time however when I went to stay the car it acted exactly like it does when I try it to start it when it's disabled. One click and that's it. So I call them and ask what's going on. They give me no real answers except that the car is indeed enabled on their end. For days I try to figure out what's wrong... Posting questions on here, having people come look at it, etc... the consensus was usually the same, it appeared as if the car was still disabled. I called and complained again and they finally agreed to look at it. They towed it in to Superior and I heard nothing for a couple days. I called them on the third day and the last sent me a three page invoice with the numerous issues with the vehicle that cost over 3000$ to fix. They mentioned 3 specific problems that needed to be fixed just to get the car running again and that would cost $800. So, this incredibly long story short. I am furious with this company. There was nothing severely wrong with the vehicle when I parked it now there's a laundry list of problems that they want to charge an additional 20% of what I'm paying for the car in total. I feel like I'm being scammed. I honestly don't even know how to react at this point. So I'm here asking... What would you do in this situation? I understand my occasional issues of being late on payments is 100% my fault. But I've always got the money right and got caught up. I feel like they are just playing games and want to squeeze every some they can put off me when the reality is these problems almost certainly already existed when they sold me the vehicle. It's incredibly infuriating and I'm curious what others would do in this situation

We had contacted no less than 7 Mercedes-Benz dealers to find a car that we liked. Some had a car we were interested in and some offered to order a 2017 or in one case one was able to do a dealer-trade on a 2016. This particular car at Brian Bemis was a service loaner with 777 miles on it. Michelle, the sales manager, was always easy to get ahold of either via email or voice. She even gave her cell number and told us to text or call her on the morning of Memorial Day if we were unable to make it to pick up the car. We showed up for the delivery and it went very smoothly. Our initial product specialist was unable to make it due to a military commitment on Memorial Day, so Terry was the product specialist who we dealt with on delivery day. He was also a pleasure to deal with. The dealership offered the typical "glossy clear coat", "glass protection package", "extended warranty protection", and all of the other high profit margin add-ons, which I declined. They never tried to pressure us into these after I simply stated that we were not interested. Having done our homework on financing, I knew that the lowest rate available anywhere was my Company's credit union. Lee, the finance manager, was able to magically beat that rate by 0.1%. The other nice thing is that we saved a bundle in taxes by purchasing at Brian Bemis over purchasing at many of the other Chicago-area dealers because of Sycamore's lower taxes. Your mileage may vary, but 5 stars in our personal experience with everyone at Brian Bemis. Everything was just real easy.

But I was told the day before pick it up, "It has 1800 miles on it" this didn't concern me much. The day I pick the car up. It being a keyless ignition car the first warning the car gave me was "key battery low" I told the sales manager and the sales man this and they told me how easy was to replace the batteries in the key fob. Another salesman tried to say it was because I had both keys with me. I replaced the batteries my self at home. I parked the car and my wife and I went on a trip for a week. When we returned she was excited for her first ride in our new Mercedes. When I started the car it indicated that the car was 21 days passed service A. Thats not the exact wording but it was sold to me needing the first service. I called the dealership and ask about this and was told they would look into this. After two days and two calls to different people I called Mercedes USA. They were very helpful but also informed me the warranty period for this car started in February of 2013. Basically I lost a year and a half of the new car warranty. This is very strange because the service is calculated on time and not mileage. So why did the service indicator wait a year and a half to count 365 days. And also this was sold as a new car with a certificate of origin. I have received no answers to these questions from either the Brian Bemis dealership or Mercedes USA. I fortunately purchased an extended warranty but am not impressed with Mercedes at all. As far as the dealership I don't know if they are dishonest or just incompetent.
