Much better experience this time. Staff makes all the difference. We sat at the bar in the main room, and were greeted immediately. Prompt service with drinks and food with a friendly smile. The beer was great and so many style choices. The menu extensive and the food was delicious. They have specials on certain days. Wide open space up and downstairs and a large bar area off main dining. Ample parking conveniently located across from Eastview Mall.

Our server Mo was great and the other servers and staff were very nice as well. It can get quite loud inside so we sat outside which was nice but little shade. The margarita flight was great! The pretzel appetizer's dips were extremely tasty, highly recommend. The Caesar salad was good but not anything special.

Great experience. The food was amazing as was the beer. I had a life savor tropical sour and it was one of the best sours I've had. The service was great. It has a brewery atmosphere so a little loud but great for large groups or families with little ones. The food menu has something for everyone! We had Nachos for an appetizer and they were huge. Plenty for four of us to share; in fact we were full before our meals came! We will be back here for sure!

I have reviewed NYBP a few times but never brunch. My husband and I visited with some friends, and the brunch was fantastic. I had a breakfast pizza with no eggs (allergy) that was an everything bagel crust, cheese, sausage, and bacon. It was so good. My husband had the omelette and it was a large portion size, he couldn't finish it. The potatoes were delicious. The creamy espresso martini was also fantastic.

    Wall next to dryer

Ok, let's start with I am a Mug Club member and I go here at least once a week, sometimes twice. Tricia is the best at the bar as well as the lunch team in general. The food is solid. Service is spectacular. We have asked for potato skins to be incorporated into the menu for two years now - get on it. The beer is fabulous, but we want a true West Coast IPA on the menu more often. The real reason for this review is the wall in the Men's Room below the dryer. It is utterly disgusting. Either place a sheet metal piece under it or clean the area daily with bleach. If you allow that to grow there, it makes me wonder what is in the back. Love the place, love the staff but this is gross.

Stopped in for a November seasonal treat. Sugar cookie draft was just released and delicious. Warmed up a cold night with some chicken pot pie that was absolutely amazing. We sat in the bar area and service was fast. We sat toward the back and it was quieter. Some areas can be really loud and difficult to hear.

Really good wings. Buffalo and blue cheese sauce - hands down the best. Wish we doubled the order.

Found this place while traveling from CT to visit a local college. Boy are we glad we did. My sons and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Awesome space, great energy, fantastic service, and an impressive menu. Appetizers were top-notch. We had chicken nachos, and two types of bone-in wings to share. Our only regret was not ordering more wings. Very good - as were the nachos. Entrees were ok. Not to the same standard as the apps. One son got a bison burger (fine and a little on the dry side). My eldest got the chicken pot pie (meh, not a lot of flavor). I got a standard burger (fine). We don't drink, so we didn't take advantage of the brewery aspect. But it was really fun to be in the environment. We will go back as it's really convienent to where we stay when up for Fisher Football weekends. Next time, we have decided to do an "apps only" dinner. Don't let the strip mall location fool you. Great place if you want some energy in your dining experience.

Fun place with great service and wonderful food. Wife had the Bang Bang Shrimp tacos and said she really enjoyed them. I had a grilled 10oz burger that was cooked perfectly. The first bite to the last was a treat.

My flight = the hazy crush was on the far left, the grapefruit IPA, destination IPA, and the Walter's beer on the far right, amazing!

The flight I got was straight fire ! Trish the bartender and everyone else who worked the bar was super friendly and helpful in helping me pick out the perfect flight! the vibe was very chill, I luv how clean and spacious the interior is, def one of the best craft breweries I've ever been to! I def wanna go back!

Pretty cool place with good food and good beers. They have a nice variety of beer options, from IPAs to sour beers, which is great for my husband and I because I like sours and he likes IPAs. I got the butternut squash ravioli and it was pretty good, but I felt like it should have come with a side for the price. If you are a vegetarian, there are a few items on the menu for you, but not too many. Our waiter was great. We let him know we only had limited time to eat since we had reserved tickets for a movie and our food came out super quick. I would definitely come here again, at least for a drink.

Busy place but very popular. Good service and varied menu. Squash ravioli in sage butter was perfect for a rainy day late lunch. Two of my friends had wings. Service was prompt and professional. Two bars open to accommodate many customers.

$6 for a 16oz beer is great. $4 for a Diet Coke is just gouging!!! Seriously? A small fountain drink here is $4. C'mon!

This brewing company is a great place to enjoying refreshing, delicious beers in a nice setting. I…read morelove visiting the Erie Canal area in Penfield, NY, and on my recent visit, I checked out this cool establishment for the first time. Lock 32 serves a nice variety of craft beer from local breweries which can be enjoyed while sitting in or near the bar area or outside on the patio, if you order from their outside pouring station. They do not allow beer ordered inside to be taken outside as they serve in beer glass while outside they use plastic cups. I received good service on my visit. Their beer listing on the menu had the variety that I was looking for to get a flight. I enjoy beer flights (wherever available as long as the place has a good variety of beers). If you look at one of my photos of 'The Brews' (menu) for reference, I ordered their #5 (Yankee Leaper), #6 (Berm Side), #7 (Leap 'n Lime), and #9 (No Wake). They were all good in taste and to my liking. My most favorites were the Yankee Leaper and No Wake. The beer flight was reasonably priced. The atmosphere was nice. People were chill and friendly. They had some snacks available for purchase but I think you could bring some food from outside to enjoy with your beer (I saw someone with a box of pizza). I would highly recommend checking out Lock 32 if you happen to be in Erie Canal/ Penfield area. It's enjoyable and relaxing to be there while soaking in nice views (especially during warm weather months).
