Haley is great! I just bought a Jeep Liberty and had an excellent experience. The process took a day but I would highly recommend them and Haley to everyone.

I bought a used car (SAAB) with about 130,000 miles on it from newcombs auto 7 months ago and ive had no issues with the car besides issues that I caused from ME driving it such as bald tires from excessive reckless driving after i bought it. The staff at newcombs auto is very polite and friendly. If you are generation z + I would recommend speaking to Nick he is the most understanding down to earth person in my opinion at newcombs auto sales, he is very good with the work he does making sure the customer is always first priority.

Fair and honest! Nick was a pleasure to work with! Our son loves his first vehicle! I would absolutely recommend this dealership and sales person to friends and family in the market for a used vehicle!

Awful. Rip off. Promised to repair air conditioner if it did not work. And then said when I took it back. Do not trust these guys.

Had an engine light…read morewhich I had asked them to diagnose at the time of purchase, stated it was likely an old code and cleared the code from the car. Also had a battery light I had them check as well prior to makingnthe purchase, battery was replaced. Test drove the car again to verify nothing came back on. Came back clear spoke to the sales rep regarding a warranty they were offering. Told it was good peace of mind to purchase it and that he had one as well on his car. I decided to purchase thr Warranty after he explained the so called benifits NVP is the company's name. I paid cash for the Warranty so in the event I decided to cancel it that it was separate from the loan. 3 days later light came back on, took it to a mechanic, turns out it was the wastegate solinoid. Repair was over $600. Called the warranty, pretty much wouldn't cover anything. I went to cancel the warranty for a refund so I had cash in hand for any additional repairs. Its been 8 days since receiving my cancellation confirmation. I was just told by the dealership that the refund, still haven't recieved, will be provided to the lean holder which was entirely separate from my purchase of the warranty considering I paid out of pocket for it, also not disclosed at the time of purchase. I could have put zero down on the loan if i so chose. I was just told that it was "implied" that the refund would go back to the lean holder if I canceled the warranty, it was not. If I was told that I would have simply financed the warranty with the loan, which I could have done. My recommendation, there are plenty of dealerships out there selling used cars, find a different one that does a better job. The car itself minus the out of pocket repairs is fine to be clear, its the dealership I take issue with. They purchase most of their vehicles from auction so its a mixed bag what you are going to get and if there is an issue, dont expect them to actually diagnose the issue prior to purchase and will likely just clear the codes and roll the dice it dowsnt come back before you sign the papers. Your better off going somewhere else

What honestly can I say about these people at Feldman Hyundai? Nothing I could type would give them…read morethe justice they deserve for putting my confidence back in humanity. They bring big time deals in an atmosphere that screams family/friend owned. A little history: I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from a dealership elsewhere and quickly found out the previous owner ran her pretty hard. After a lot of engine jargon and frustration on my end and I'm sure theirs, I discovered I needed over a $10,000+ repair. I'll be honest I did not handle myself well because apparently the 100k/10 year warranty is for the first owner so I thought I was boned. The people at Hyundai went to bat for me to corporate and decided to stand behind their product and essentially replaced the engine at no cost to me. After this was done I had no problems with the car and don't own it simply because I let my dumbass brother borrow it and he totaled it. It feels nice to see a company stand behind their products and be truly proud of what they are doing. I feel so strongly about this that I recently brought my mother in to help her get a new car. After what I can only describe as a disastrously unprofessional experience she had at Brighton Ford she was in a state of car buying PTSD. I cannot blame her and don't like dwelling on negative energies, but you can see my review of them on my account I'm sure. She ended up Escaping her Ford Escape and landed in a brand new Sonata Hybrid Limited. She absolutely loves it BUT it is nice to know that she COULD return it if she wanted to within a reasonable time frame if she changed her mind. Nice to know I can trust a company to have my mom's back in a world known for its money hungry greed and slimy sales deals. I won't even have to go in with her when she can't get her USB working somehow for some reason only old people could do. Edit: I want to thank everyone past and present at the Hyundai Feldman who helped me out with my vehicle, and especially a shout out to Brandon who went above and beyond for my mother on this most recent purchase.

Vince's service department is top notch always takes care of me in a timely manner thx again!read more
