The Professional Garage was on a list my son pulled up on his phone and thank goodness he did. They helped arrange a tow very quickly and started work on my vehicle immediatly. The first part that was delivered to them from a supplier was a dud - absolutely beyond their control, by that time it was closing time and one of the mechanics went to get a replacement part on his own time. It was a complex repair, and close to closing time next day it was fixed and one of the mechanics offered to drive it to where I was staying. I said I would pick it up in the morning and they then offered to open early so I could leave for home in good time. The cost of repairs was VERY fair and correct. I could have been charged the earth seeing as I was stuck so far from home. I am so grateful to them - it is great to know there are still reliable, ethical and very professional shops in existence. My only regret is they are not in my home town so I could bring all my vehicles to them as needed. Thank you again Professional Garage!

I was seen probably 25 minutes after my appointment time and the window tint is not nearly as dark as I would want it. Overall, not the happiest with how they turned out but it's not bad I guess. I also asked to use the restroom which is a shared restroom with the other shops down a dirty hallway and upon entering the bathroom, there were no paper towels or toilet paper so I didn't even use it. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in quite a while.
