They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. While they are quite busy, I really appreciated their work ethic and their skills.

Heppner's does direct repair for Progressive making it the perfect local option for me after a neighbor rammed into my parked vehicle. I submitted a claim, made an appointment and was eventually able to drop my car off (shoutout to Heppner's for hopping on a three way call with the aforementioned villains). Through a tough situation, Heppner's made the process shockingly easy. They kept me in the loop consistently and always kept to the dates they stated they'd call. My vehicle was returned looking brand new inside and out. The checkout process was great. The customer service was great. They truly went above and beyond. We had one small miscommunication and they were extremely apologetic (it really wasn't a big deal). Honestly, Heppner's blew me out of the water with their service and professionalism. I can't say much about value (I filed a claim), but I can say I'm happy to have my car back and I highly recommend Heppner's for repair services!

I also had issues with what they did with my front bumper as you see in the picture. They only fixed the rear & blamed me for the front bumper ! EVEN THOUGH, when it left it was in good condition like the rear. They then told me that I would have to PAY EVEN MORE MONEY ! To fix what I already paid 2000$ to fix ! They will give you empty promises & not do good work on your car. Go anywhere else besides here. I hope no one else has to go through what I have. He went to the office and returned with an estimate which he said was better. I took it and left quickly - later got a better look and found he was charging $81 more than the original, rather high estimate! This was his idea of "giving you a break" on the pricing. As I was in a hurry to get the work done, I left my car there and eventually paid the first estimate. The experience left me with a bad feeling about Bonfe's, even though the work done was very good.
