What a gem! Don't be fooled by the unassuming store. My son needed a new pair of soccer cleats and I knew little about what type of cleats to get. The owner EZ was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and patiently brought out at least 4 pairs of shoes for my son to try. My son has wide feet so EZ found several wide cleats for him try. Then he told him more about how soccer shoes should fit - snug so you can feel the ball when you kick for control. We finally found a pair he liked. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything. Bought a pair of cleats for my son and made the mistake of checking the online price after I purchased them. Nike had them listed as full price at $50 and this store sold them for $100. When I came back to return them he claimed that they were $100 because they had a lot of sizes. And to top it off, he would only give me a store credit. All prices were list price, although I am confident he provides discounts to various people and organizations. It all felt dirty and like a scam. All of that was fine; run your business how you like. Things crashed and burned when we tried to return something and he said all sales are final, no returns. He sold me $160 cleats for my 12 year old daughter and would not provide a credit when the replacement cleats were less than $160. Again, seems like a scam. read more
