I needed a sewer lateral replacement, because roots had compromise my terra-cotta lateral, and I was tired of renting a snake every couple of years. I got four quotes for the job from various companies. Juan of NexGen gave by far the lowest quote. Juan said that he was not trying to make a killing on each individual job, he just wanted to keep his crew working. Other bids came in at almost twice the price. In addition, the other bidders said that they may need to move numerous pavers in order to complete the job. Last Friday, the odder from my basement smell worse and worse. I enter to my basement and found the pipe under was broken and leaking. We needed a sewer lateral replacement and we really didn't want to have our nicely landscaped front yard torn up for a week as recommended by a big-name national plumbing company.
