Called them and explained what happened and the guy said he could come down and get the alignment and then charged him for it when it was suppose to be included in the above amount. My first thought was to try to reinflate the tire, but then thought better of the idea, opting instead to have it checked by professionals at TFT. Arriving a little after 5:00 when they close at 6:00 I didn't really expect much help. But to my surprise Chris (the manager) got my car in almost immediately and took great care of me... and with a smile and good attitude to boot!
