Didn't want to risk driving 100+ miles on the "donut" spare tire. Arrived at Tire Warehouse first thing Sunday morning hoping for help. Cody (Asst. Mgr.) and Brittany (Mgr.) were so friendly, kind, and helpful, as were the mechanics (thanks Toby). They were able to patch the tire and send us safely on our way in minutes flat. Called them and explained what happened and the guy said he could come down and get the alignment and then charged him for it when it was suppose to be included in the above amount. Come to find out everything that she didn't need to pass the inspection was pushed on her in a way that seemed it needed to be done in order to pass. They just sat her in the waiting room for 3 hours.
