Unfortunately I had a bad convo with one of the Managers (Josh) and probably won't be back for a while. He proceeded to tell me that the employees spend $40,000 to $50,000 in their shop and other customers spent $100,000 so my money isn't important to them. This isn't the first incident I've had but it will be the last for a while. I understand that not every employee will be completely knowledgeable on every product in the store. My review and position on this matter is 100% precipitated by my interaction with the manager

My mouth dropped wide opened when I saw really good stuff on sale. They even had plain colored t-shirts for $3.25 each. My friends and I spent about an hour roaming around the store. So much to see with lots of options also for crafts. We spotted a section for clearance items where my friend bought plastic water bottles for $1.25 set of 3. So he bought two sets for $2.50. Such a great deal. We were all satisfied with what we bought at amazing prices. Can't wait to go back!

I went to return something and then browsed the isles to pick out some new items for my red, white and blue decor at home. (4th of July is my FAVORITE)!! What.A.Let.Down. A large majority of the items looked like complete trash. Many, MANY things scratched and scuffed up. I don't want to decorate with crappy looking decorations. A couple items were even ripped (see America sign photo). What the heck!? Who in their right mind would think it's ok to stock that on the shelves? I contemplated taking these items to someone but it would have likely filled the bulk of the cart. I wish I would have taken more pictures but you can see how bad just the few were that I took. Do better, Hobby Lobby. I really hope management sees this.

Bad service and poor communication…read more I've been trying to catalogue my MTG collection lately. I drove 40 min to get to this shop because they have a machine that scans your cards. I paid the shop to rent the machine and waited for 2 hours. Then the staff told me "We made a mistake setting this up. We can't give you the scanned info, but leave your cards behind and your email address, and we can send them over. You'll just need to scan this thing we send you." I was uncomfortable leaving my cards behind because they're important to me. But I didn't want to walk away empty-handed. So I decided to trust them and I left my cards behind. I didn't hear anything for 4 days. I had to call them and they said "Oh the employee you were talking to got sick. If you want to pick up your cards you can do that though." I asked "How about scanning my cards?" and they said "We'll message the sick employee and call you back to let you know what he says". I waited 3 more days and they didn't contact me at all. I realized they weren't going to reach out to me to resolve the issue, so I had to drive down to the store to demand my cards back. I don't know who the person running the back of the shop is. Maybe the manager. Maybe the owner. All I knew is that they had context on the whole situation and knew that I had returned to get my cards. They didn't bother to come over to talk to me. They didn't even give me eye contact. They didn't make even a single attempt at improving the situation. Not even an offer for store credit. Not even a sorry. They just shrugged and yelled across the room "machine's broken". Then they went back to puttering around and left another employee to deal with me. This other employee had no context on the situation. All she could do was hand me a cash refund and give me a confused "Sorry...?" I was treated like I was an annoyance. Someone who'd go away eventually if you ignored them. Not a respected customer who just wanted to do business. I'm not mad that the machine was allegedly broken. I'm only slightly mad that the employees aren't trained on how to use the machine. I'm frustrated that I paid for a service and they didn't bother seeing the job through to the end. They didn't communicate when they decided to give up. I trusted them with my personal card collection and they betrayed that trust. I don't even know if I have all my cards back, but I'll never know. Save yourself the stress.

Their IG post stated it started at 11am, so the person on the phone told me to come an hour early for sign ups, which would be 10am. So the day came when the tournament started. Got there at 9:50am to make sure I get a spot since it was first come first serve, and the place was closed and no one was there. Waited until 10:20 and nothing. I was the only one there. Checked on google for store hours and they said they open at 12pm every day. So I'm confused why I was told to come at 10. If the event starts at 11. But store opens at 12. This definitely put a bad taste on my first experience and if I wanted to support this LCS.

They had a pretty big selection of Funko Pops, Labubus, and other figures. Reasonably priced and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. I don't know much about collectibles, but if you haven't done your Christmas shopping yet, I highly recommend stopping in. They have a ton of different little things in the $10-$20 range for kids and adults alike. These gifts are special, stuff that you keep on your desk at work for 20 years. The store is clean, well organized and is filled with cool stuff. Parking is pretty easy and available too. Support your local small business!

We were glad they finally opened their shop this year. That way we can stop by anytime and see what they have new. I love how diverse they are with the collectives, from funko pops, Keychain, piggy banks, statues, and lounge fly backpacks!! I also love the condition they keep their collectibles.
