The fact that they have their own water tanks is a big plus because I live in a complex where there are limited connections. I was able to book with them on Thanksgiving Day for the following week which tells you how dedicated they are to their work and customers. When it came to cleaning day they were running a little late and notified me immediately when they would be showing up. Instead of 9AM they were at my door at 9:30AM, no big deal.
