I booked a cleaning before Thanksgiving and Next Level Carpet Care was one of the many carpet cleaning companies available. I chose Next Level Carpet Care because of their reviews. Ruben confirmed Next Level Carpet Care did provide LVP cleaning. I went online to book an LVP cleaning for the same day. He worked with my schedule, communicated well, was very professional, and came on time. The carpets look fantastic! The stairs look like new. He used a natural eucalyptus deodorizer at the end that smells great and I appreciate the use of green products. And he uses Venmo if you like to pay that way. Made things super easy for me. Ruben Jr. was very courteous and let me know everything that he was doing. He was able to remove most of the carpet stains.
