Once I agreed to buy the car (after getting a real hard sell on it), he agreed to fix a few things before I took it home, which I got IN WRITING on the purchase&sales agreement. The next day, when I was going to pick it up, it turns out he didn't fix most of it. He said to bring it back to him next week and he'd fix it. Ok... so next week, I bring it back, he keeps it for two days, and fixes only part of one problem... and did a bad job of it. This went on FOR WEEKS, taking it back to him, picking it up with the problems not fixed. The bottom line is, he never fixed the problems, and in the end refused to fix them, despite me having it IN WRITING that he would. He kept saying to me "But if I fix that, I won't make a profit on this car!" Why do you think I care about your profit? You shouldn't have agreed to fix the problems when you sold me the car if you weren't going to do it! But I just don't have then energy to take him to court, so whatever. I had my mechanic do the repairs right. This place is bad news. Avoid Manny's, they'll screw you over.

The price at which the car was being marked at was ridiculous, almost 20% below retail value. On top of that, he even gave me a fair discount. On viewing the car, the owner gave me a CarFax for verification. Some of the issues I had with the car were with the tires, and the owner replaced them with new ones soon after I picked up the car from the lot. And that too without getting it in writing (I'm new at this whole buying a car thing, its my first one) My only issue is that the car was not washed /cleaned when they said they would take care of it, but I am just nitpicking. Saving close to 3000$ on retail doesnt compare to spending 20$ at a carwash. In addition, they managed to find me really cheap insurance which is remarkable since I have 3 points on my record. Also, they found me a really good credit rate at 6.99% which is great considering I recently joined the workforce & am still building my credit. All the fees including inspection, registration, etc were below 399$. All in all, it was a seamless experience assisted with an owner with quite the personality.

My wife and I were shopping for a used vehicle for her use as our family's second car. From the moment we entered the lot we were happy we decided to make the visit, we were greeted by Jamie the lot's salesman who listened to what were shopping for and graciously showed us several vehicles. He patiently answered all of our questions, moved several vehicles so that we could view them better and take them for test drives and treated us with kindness and professionalism! While we spent a little over an hour and half test driving various vehicles we were introduced to the lot's manager Charlie who was equally gracious and patient with us, he told us a little about himself and the business and offered suggestions based upon our needs and truly made my wife feel at ease and confident that we came to the right place to shop for her next vehicle. We test drove several vehicles but finally chose a 2006 Jeep Liberty that my wife fell in love with! She loved the way the Jeep handled and she felt safe driving it and was very impressed with way Jamie & Charlie treated her by making her feel comfortable and not pressuring her to make any snap decisions. After a brief meeting in their office we discussed the cost of the Jeep and the fact that they offered an extended 12,000/12 month warranty on the vehicle but we had to decide if we could afford it. We left the dealership with the agreement that we would discuss it and get back to them with a decision soon. When I called back and told them we really liked the Jeep but needed help with the cost, Jamie & Charlie were able to get us into the Jeep at a price we could afford along with still providing us with the extended warranty!! These guys are GREAT and truly want to help their customers get a great vehicle for a great price with an extended warranty!! We are excited to pick up our Jeep and will definitely recommend North Shore Auto Gallery to all of our friends & family! After 4 months of driving it and not even putting 1,000 miles on it, it would not start one day. Got it towed to the Volkswagen dealership who informed me that my vehicle had suffered, "catastrophic damage" and the engine needs to be replaced because the timing belt jumped. In simple terms, they told me that, "The top of the engine hit the bottom." I strongly urge you to refrain from buying a car here unless you enjoy taking uber to work everyday.

My wife and I bought a truck with this guys(not our first time buying from a dealer), Juan was the sales representative taking care of us. We checked out the vehicle on a Sunday and completed the purchase on a Wednesday, it took a little too long but for us to get the car out of their lot to be honest, they hold the truck supposedly for the mechanic to get it inspected, we were told the truck was to leave the lot with every oil checked and changed, BIG LIE. The tiny screen on the dashboard said that the truck had 40% life oil when we test drove the vehicle and it remained the same way till we finally took it home, we end up taking it to Valvoline for routine checks and oil changes, all this payed out of pocket. They registered the truck just as every dealer should and have to do I guess, well a few days after we had the truck with us we came to find out we were missing the small sticker that goes on the top right corner of the license plate, we found out the hard way after getting pulled over for driving with expired registration based on the plate, the actual registration was up to date, the cop gave us a break due to the pandemic and after we explained to him that we had just bought the truck and that it was a mistake from the dealer. After calling Juan, the sales representative who sold us the truck, Juan gave us a ton of bullshit about the sticker and took him a couple of days to finally get us the darn sticker, not cool Juan I'm just glad we didn't have to keep going back and forward with this guys, I'm pretty sure there's not next time with this people and for sure will be reading reviews before hand.

I have 2 old cars and every now and again they need work done. I call these guys up, drop off the car one night and then the next day it's done and the bill doesn't give me a heart attack. ok, so I don't enjoy the bill, but they seem to be pretty fair with pricing and don't try and over sell you a whole bunch of things you don't need. I have now sent 2 other friends over and they also give positive feedback.

The service took an extra day to be concluded. The car was delivered, but they forgot to process part of the service. A simple standard service that was supposed to take a couple of hours took 3 days. On the last visit my wife calls schedules the service and someone was supposed to call me back with the confirmation. Never happened. I tried their online service scheduling system. Does not work. Called and got the service scheduled for the following day 7:30 am. Was told the service would take 2,5 hours. By the end of the day and a couple of calls to check on the status I was informed they had not even started on my car and it would be worked on the next day. Whoever manages the service side of that place is completely incompetent. I strongly advise looking for a different solution if you can.
