Would have left no stars if possible!! I have tried calling them multiple times about this but they are sending straight to voicemail. If could I'm prove something it would be to not lie to their customers and disclose the whole truth!!! First off the post and the actual ski they had posted were two different skis not even the same color. I was interested in their 2016 rxpx 300 and they were selling for 9000$. Which they had listed with 12 hours on the ski. I drove all the way from Ohio to look at. On the way there they have informed me that they posted wrong pictures and the one I was buying was actually a 2021 seadoo wake pro 170. So they said they will sell me this one for this price. I went back in the link to find the posting and they updated it to the actual rxpx Jetski. Which I seen when I was there, and it was too beat up that nobody would pay 9000$ for it. I have a video of the ski too!! When buying the ski yesterday asked if I could go test drive it before buying and sounded like they would take it out for me but then said they would close before getting it done. So was not able to test ride the Seadoo Jetski 2021. They informed me the mechanic has done a thorough test through the ski and nothing was mechanically wrong and everything was sound no issues. So idiot that I am I believed them!!! So I have finally made it home and wanted to test the ski in the water, and when I placed ski in the water within 2 minutes of having it run in the water the engine light came on! Ecu module error popped up! Engine was stuttering. Basically a shit ton of issues that they never mentioned or told me!!! If possible I'd stay away from this shop if I were you!! The guys at the shop were nice yes, but to not disclose such a major issue with the ski is a scam and honestly I'd drive all the way back to Florida and return it for my money!! read more

I have a Polaris Slingshot that is under factory warranty. A claim was approved to replace my radio. 3 months has went by and the dealer nor customer service can get me an answer as to when and where it is. I cannot use the Slingshot without, I cannot sell the slingshot and I cannot rent out the slingshot. I am currently paying for a Slingshot that cannot be used. I am disgusted with the service of Polaris and been told lies for 3 months as to when it would be in. When asking dealer for updates, their suggestion was to trade it in for a lowball offer. I just want my radio replaced which has already been approved for the claim through the warranty. I think 3-4 months is plenty of time and I have been plenty patient. I will pursue legal recourse regarding this manner and begin to pay advertisements to create awareness of this injustice until this issue is resolved. read more

i called and they had what i wanted. after 5 requests to get a total price they refused to provide. they change names to run from the bad rep. buyer beware. i went to ft myers and feel like i am part of a family there. They were upfront and bent over backwards to get what I wanted. They wanted to charge me 125 to bolt the passenger pegs and seat on. Told them no thanks, expected that as a courtesy for spending 17k. They told me it was harder than I think. YouTube's it to make sure and one bolt is behind the exhaust and you need a small hex. Wow. Real hard. Meh..I have cash and have been attempting to finalize a deal for 5 days. They must be super busy there because response times are not great. They prefer text messaging over email which is fine for casual conversations but when you're spending thousands of dollars you don't want to rely on SMS texting. Also, texting photos of your driver's license and a credit card is HIGHLY insecure. Do not do it! I feel like I've had to ask for a favor to get specific, documented info about my purchase and delivery via email. Phone calls are nice, but they don't hold up in court. I'm buying a commodity item with cash, it should be quicker and easier than what I've experienced so far. Wanted to purchase a motorcycle at this establishment today 3/30/23 . We were interested in a Kawasaki ninja 400 2023 model. Internet ad price ie retail showing $5699.00. Asked if they could sharpen their pencil a little so they took off $398.00 . Told me it's off of the sales person fee. Then I saw a destination charge of $798. And a dealer charge of $428.00 and kept insisting that the OTD price was $7500.00 if I wanted the bike. Now after you take $398 from $5699.00 I came up with $5301.00 and sales tax should be $371.07 @ 7% where I live. Now add tag , title, doc stamps. I still don't see where you come up with $7500.00 USD. On the sale? I told Doug the sales person I was willing to pay $5699.00 OTD but insisted that he could not sell for that price. While I've had a love-hate relationship with this dealer through 2 owners, the last incident was the last time they will ever see me again. I made an appointment for my 17 Roadmaster to get I believe 2 recalls completed and 2 warranty issues taken care of, that was it. My bike was fully serviced by a friend in December 2019, not to bore anyone, but I went through almost 5 months of serious health issues and couldn't touch the bike. Finally I took a short ride with friends over a long weekend in May, about 800 miles. Bring the bike in for the aforementioned requested list of items to be addressed. When finally completed, 2 and a half weeks later, I call for the invoice and was told the 10k service was done too. I asked what 10k mile service and why? The service writer said I told him and "he wouldn't have forgotten that". I didn't even know that a 10k service existed and if asked, why would I do it again? The service writer was silent for 15 seconds, then said "he wouldn't have written it if I didn't say it" therefore I was lying. The trunk weatherstripping was an issue from almost day 1 new when I bought the bike, it was requested to be fixed at least 3 times under factory warranty, the extended warranty company declined the repair. I asked the service writer to look back at all the times it was requested to be repaired only to be ignored, I guess it was deemed being "picky". Right up until water breached it and soaked my stuff. I am possibly many things I am however not a liar, and the $275 is absolutely nothing, but telling me I'm a liar I will not accept. They did deduct the non approved charges, but made me feel like I got one over on them and like I was a child, explaining "next time you have to sign the RO" (it should be the only way) $275 is really not an issue for me, it was the principle. Upon getting the bike home, apparently the service that required them to remove my Exhaust pipes which apparently were not reinstalled properly, so I now am subject to a greater bill to fix what I believe to be an exhaust leak. I asked twice to speak with the GM, to date silence. Wish I was shocked, oh well. Glad we don't treat our clients this way, too much respect our life blood. read more

Bought the bike March 23 and was promised they would fix the ABS. Waited six weeks for ABS sensor and that didn't fix the problem. Then told now its the ABS module but thats on back order. The estimate at least three weeks. In the interim no bike, and in one month is my motorcycle trip to the grande canyon. The most annoying part is that there's no senses of urgency after the sale. For me, a good job gets 4 stars so for me to give 5 stars, you really have to "wow" me. Corey and Rob at St Pete's Powersports did. I was looking to buy a new Scout Sixty but didn't want to pay at least $10.5k for it...then I came up with the idea of just getting a good used one. A few google searches later, I found one at the right price at St Pete's. Problem was that I live near Ft Lauderdale and St. Pete's is not only 300 miles away but on the other side of Florida. Sooo....what do I do? Do I drive all the way there or buy it without seeing it. After reading a bunch of stellar reviews, I decided to roll the dice and buy it. One day later, Corey and I hammered out a great deal then Rob walked me through the financing. A few days after that the bike was delivered, for free (the delay is because I wanted it on the weekend). No issues with the bike, the transaction was smooth and even though there are dozens of motorcycle dealers between St. Pete and myself, I will be a repeat customer. There were definitely some hiccups along the way, but I guess some of that is to be expected when you're an out of state buyer. I think the real judge of a company is how they react when a mistake is made and once the owner, Tim, got involved all of my issues were fixed in less than 24 hours. However, it's unfortunate I had to post a negative review to get their attention when I had asked for a GM to call me the day prior. I would likely buy from them again in the future knowing their pricing is better than a local dealer, but there might be some issues that need to be resolved along the way. I went there last week to trade keys for keys. A 2017 Harley Davidson Ultra low limited with custom pipes and grips for a 2014 Can-am that was in poor condition that hey were asking 16,999.00 for. when they came to make the deal they wanted 1607.00 from me on top of the bike. I first told them that at best they may have paid in its condition for their bike 12,000.00 and that my bike which is in great condition was worth 18 - 19,000.00. and they said no deal. They were fixing a flat I got in my tire that they wanted me to pay for even if they made the deal and offered me a 12% discount on that repair. Needless to say, it took them 3 hours to fix the flat and they contacted the other dealer to suggest that they should not make the deal. So these people came down from Chicago looking to get rich quick with beat up bikes and no reason to negotiate for anything. Please read all the reviews including the google reviews. While I had quite the pleasant BUYING experience, service was quite the opposite. Bought a BMW C650GT from them and absolutely LOVE the scooter. But the side stand just wasn't right. Figured it was bent and needed a new one. Called the service guy, John, and told him I needed a new side stand and that it's idling a little rough when cold. He told me they don't have the stand in stock and that they'd have to order it from BMW, which seemed logical. I said I'd bring it in the next day. "Whoa" he tells me. He don't have any time for me for a little over 2 weeks. So I wait almost 3 weeks for the appointment, take it in on a Wednesday morning, I believe. Didn't get a call from him by Friday, so I call him. He says he has to order the side-stand from BMW. Well, of course! I told you that almost 3 weeks ago! You've had ample time to do that. I mean, I TOLD him I needed a new stand. But John...well, John, see, he didn't order it. Not only that. He didn't order it AFTER I brought the scooter in. Not only that, I had to call HIM to remind him to order it. It's now that he tells me he doesn't have the software to even work on the rough idle complaint. And he's apparently ordering that side stand directly from the molten steel manufacturer that melts the steel to make it, because here it is, 3 weeks later (a total of almost 6 weeks since I originally called and told John I need a new side stand) and I STILL don't have my scooter. So I call today to tell him I'm coming to get the scooter. He has no idea who I am. I give him my last name and after hearing some paper-rustling, I hear "yeah, it's done. Well, it's not done. I still don't have the stand. But you can come get it." Worst "service" experience I've ever had for a scooter, motorcycle, car, van, Cat Bulldozer, Peterbuilt big-rig or Hollander Cruise Lines Merchant of the Seas cruise ship or anything. And again, I bought the damn thing from them. Very unsatisfied. If John just would've kept me in the loop, I wouldn't be writing this. I had to call to get ANY information and the information I got sometimes didn't make sense. Like the first time I called to get an update and he tells me he needs to order the stand. I received a fantastic deal on my 2017 Indian Roadmaster, and the entire experience from the moment I arrived was great. I bought a used bike, as-is. I was told the battery was dead so I could not test ride. I was assure it ran perfect before the battery died and will run perfect once delivered. A little disappointed here. I dropped my Triumph off for a rear tire change and a daytime running light situation. The rear tire change is obviously no issue. The problem I have is paying the labor for "the master mechanic isn't in today and the other guy (seemed to me in his early 20's) can't tack down the electrical problem. But that will still be $50..." Are you kidding me? So the day I decide to bring my bike in the man with the crystal ball wasn't in and I HAD TO pay $50 for labor and got NO answer? So it's my fault I chose this day to bring my bike in? Other dealerships in the area offer an "if we can not fix it, you won't pay" policy. I'm therefore considering taking my Triumph to other places for routine maintenance and experienced trouble shooters, not young amateurs with no experience poking around aimlessly. read more

I live in Los Angeles CA, and leaving a review for a Florida motorcycle dealer. Yup. It's simply because of how good of an experience I've had with them. I initailly contacted them about a a pre owned 09 Triumph Bonneville. Long story short, that bike got tricky because it wasn't a CA model (emissions). My sales guy Anthony was able to get me financing on a 2012 model of the same bike (something local dealers wouldn't take the time to really dig around on my behalf) for $8 bucks a month more than the 09 would have been. Anthony found financing, decent rate, took care of getting me all the paperwork, forms, etc. Found shipping as well. Chris in finance helped keep everything fast and easy to take care of as well. Buying a motorcycle sight unseen from the other side of the country can be nerveracking, but I've felt solid and had no worries from the start. Went there to buy the bike and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They negotiated with me fairly. I got a great deal AND as I want to cruise around Georgian Bay, Canada this fall their FREE shipping/delivery anywhere in the lower 48 was a fantastic deal. I will pick the bike up near Niagara Falls and enjoy breaking it in while I take in the fall colours (Canadian, eh). What a way to cruise back into riding. St Pete has very good service programs and Indian had zero per cent financing. (Ends on Sept 30 , 2017). The planets aligned for me on this deal. And I got the three tone blue and white with red stripe Scout that really looks sharp. I. could not be happier. Don't care where you are in the USA. Before you buy call these guys.
