My home's roof is fairly new and has no missing shingles. I responded to this false claim, requesting that they look into their error. Instead, I was asked for proof of the roof's condition. The burden of proof is not on me. Travelers was more than welcome to come inspect my roof and determine why such an outrageous and clearly false claim was made, but they did not. I cannot remain a customer with a company that treats its customers like this. If I ever needed to file a claim, I can't imaging the battle that would ensue to force them to pay. Because of this blatant, unprofessional mistreatment, I have switched to the competition.

Adopted an adult cat from PAWS Lynnwood shelter and had a great experience. They do thoughtful…read morework to get to know the adult cats in their shelter, more so than other shelters, and PAWS adoption counselors actually talk to you about your wants/needs to find a good match. I could actually tell that they want the best for the cat and for the adopter, providing lots of information and resources there and post adoption. The cat we saw on the website was not available by the time we arrived but they had several options and we were able to spend as much time as we needed with the cat before deciding. I also appreciate that they will do a 24 hr hold so you can go home and think about it, pickup supplies etc. Highly recommend PAWS for adult cat adoption!

The office manager, Latanya, though, is freakin' amazing - so organized and probably holds the whole thing together. They are great if you don't get into very complex corporate structures or obscure tax laws (such as QSBS rollovers), but once things get complicated, you should move to a bigger firm. My assigned accountant was Mark, and he isn't as organized as the others, but he has since left, and the company has merged with a company in the midwest. It was well timed because my companies have gotten more complicated, and I was ready to move to a bigger firm. Still recommend them for small businesses.
