About 10 minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment time, I received a text message saying my son had not been checked in and that they could no longer hold his appointment time. There was absolutely no reason for her to hold onto my personal documents for that long. While waiting, I witnessed two different people come in asking about the wait time. One person was simply told "yeah" when asking if there was a long wait, causing them to leave because they were given no information at all. Another person was told the wait was 30-45 minutes, meanwhile I had already been sitting there for 45 minutes past my son's appointment time with no updates whatsoever. The woman working the front desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional the entire time. She is absolutely not someone who should be greeting or assisting patients and families.
