I have been shopping for a car for a while now since I came back from school. I came here first and the guys gave me a great deal. Finding a stand up guy in field, where, let's just say, can be shady at times is a rare find...I have had the pleasure of dealing with Vahe @ Nexus Auto FIVE times over the years most recently in January 2015 (BMW) and April 2015 (Prius)... Great communication and by far, the best service. My favorite part is that he is 100% honest. True story - I was in a bind a few years back, and still had 9 months of lease payments left - the auto dealer wanted me to come in and essentially pay $1700 to walk away from my car ... I called Vahe for his advice, truly, I should have called Vahe FIRST.. anyhow, long story short, Vahe makes things happen for his clients, he put me in touch with a 3rd party and I ended up walking away with $1500, instead of shelling out $1700 .. that's a $3200 difference, think about it... That was 3 years ago, and I will never give my business to anyone else. He beats the pants off of every car dealer, its not even close. I was referred to Arthur when my current lease was running out. I heard so many great things about Arthur and it was truly accurate. I spoke to him on the phone at 1:00pm and after 20 minutes he figured out what exactly (comfort, lifestyle, budget, long term equity, etc) what would make me happy. This place at one point use to be a viable business and a great source to lease or buy vehicles from, however that is no longer the case. The way this business is operating at present is by bunch of young guys who have little knowledge or no knowledge about customer care or customer appreciation. When you call and leave messages for the owner they never properly pass the messages and therefore calls go unanswered. When you make an inquiry about a vehicle they can never answer the simple questions directly, they always want to take your number down and supposedly call back, however they never do call back or follow up. This was my first hand experience with both Sam and Art and due to their careless actions I lost the opportunity to lease the vehicle that I desired before they were completely sold out of them for 2014. The owner Vahe is a great guy but the circus he has surrounded himself with has lost my trust and confidence in his ability to manage and control his business and therefore neither I or any family member of mine will ever purchase or lease any vehicles from this establishment again. In addition I will let all my friends in the community know that this place is no longer a viable establishment as it once was to buy or lease a vehicle. My message to you Vahe is you started with good foundation and good customer care & service and grew your business on this model over the years but now you lost that touch of reality when you can't perform the simplest of all tasks in training and supervising your employees properly and returning your customers calls to address their issues of concerns. Buyer's/Leaser's beware and take your business of vehicles you desire elsewhere moving forward. The only way an establishment makes changes is when they realize their inaction and bring change. VAHE fix it don't defend it. I lost a great opportunity to lease a 2014 vehicle and now I have to pay more out of pocket for the next couple of years due to the inaction of your illiterate employees whom you employ at NEXUS AUTO GROUP. DEALERS: Pull your deals from this establishment as you can serve the very same consumers they attract best by offering the same deals.
