Our toilet wasn't able to drain and later our bathtub. I called on a Sunday at 11 am, and they setup an appointment for me for an 1130 am to 1 pm window. Juan came at 1210. Juan was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient in assessing the issue and very patient in explaining the problem. It appears we had a clog or blockage in the pipe draining to the main sewer line. He gave us a free estimate. Pricing was reasonable, and fixed it within 20-30 minutes. Very happy with the outcome. We contacted NG and they assessed what needed to be done and they were on time, reliable and very upfront with what they were going to do. Juan did a FANTASTIC job for my master bathroom toilet replacement. I have a small toilet not the standard size and he was able to find a replacement and finish the job in 1-hr. They also did a free repair check for me a month ago and repaired the bulb for free but advised me that I will need to have the toilet replaced soon since there are other problems. (The man that did my job) I had stopped up sewer pipes that he found with their cameras and equipment which I have to say was remarkable. He dug in the backyard about 3' down, cut part of the pipe out, hydro jetted about 140 ft. fixed the problem then installed a cleanout.
