I found this jewelry business to be very trustworthy. My visit into the store was almost like a visit with family. At least a very happy and welcoming family! The owner of the business was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. Three visits later I have successfully purchased three different jewelry items and have no regrets! So the store is one of a kind in the fact that it offers a 90 day financing option. It takes about 10 minutes to set up and before you know it you're purchasing your item and paying it off over the stretch of 90 days instead of all at once. It's very important to note that you leave with the item that day not 90 days later. I was able to pay off the jewelry in 90 days and I didn't pay a cent more than what the item was worth. I give this business five stars. I would prefer this type of shopping over Benbridge or any other huge jewelry chainstore any day of the week. Excellent experience! Had a diamond bracelet repaired and an heirloom diamond/ruby ring sized and both were done perfectly. They were both cleaned to sparkly brilliance and all the settings and stones checked as a courtesy. Thrilled to be able to wear my jewelry again! My experience at Fred Bennett Creations was unforgettable. Similar to the lady commenting before me, the visit into the store was like meeting with family. I felt at home with them in there and was able to describe exactly what I wanted....... Their products were top of the line, every piece they showed me and the huge variety of selection was all top notch. They even spent a couple hours with me explaining different options and explaining they jewelry creation process. They were very patient with me and couldn't have ask for any better. Their prices were also amazing. My piece appraised for significantly more than I paid. Not sure what to put as the price range on this yelp thing because you can pay as little or as much as you want, depending on your selection. But regardless I would bet it is going to be worth more than you paid and the quality is going to be A+++. Very professional and I highly recommend Fred Bennett Creations to everyone. I just want to thank Fred Bennett Creations for their lovely service in fixing my gold chain necklace. Fred was super personable and their service was top notch! Same goes to his wife whom I met when I went to pick up my chain. It only took a day for them to return my chain. I found Fred's contact information on Craigslist when I was in the process of searching for an engagement ring for my soon to be wife. Upon reaching out to Fred the experience I had with his service was amazing. Fred and Fred jr worked with me to find the right diamond and was grateful for all the questions I asked and had answered. His selection was enormous with so many to choose from. After Finding the right diamond I still had to come up with a ring to mount it in. Fred again came to the rescue. He showed me all of his creations but in the end Fred made a custom one of a kind ring for me. His prices and outstanding service were very competitive to the point that I'm constantly recommending him to friends and family. Very satisfied customer! Too bad that Mary M. didn't give Fred Bennett a chance! The people who work in his office are his wife and him, and it's quite possible they may have been multitasking. Basing a review on how somone answers the phone is ridiculous. I asked Fred to unsolderize a wedding set that my fiance proposed to me with, that was his grandmothers. I had also told Fred I was thinking about possibly changing the main setting on the engagement ring because it seemed to heavy to me, but I wasn't going to do it at that time. Fred took the time to explain to me what the setting was, and that it was popular in the 20's. He let me know that once he separated the rings, he would also buff and polish up the ring. My fiance's grandmother passed away in 2002, so the rings had been sitting in a jewelry box for a while. Fred also showed me some other settings that would work with the ring style, accenting the main diamond in the ring, also telling me that I'd probably like it once he was done. Boy was he right! It looked like a different ring! The cleaning and buffing he did took the emphasis away the "heavy" look of the main setting and I couldn't be happier! There's nothing at all I would do to this ring set and will definitely be back to get the rings re-soldered for the wedding :) I want to add that we had discussed having the ring done on a Thursday, but then when I was trying to find a time and realized my Thrusday was going to be cramped, we had settled on Friday. I found time on Thursday and called to see if I could pick up the ring. The ring WAS done, but since he wasn't planning on meeting me until Friday, Fred wasn't going to be able to meet me in his Renton office until after I had another appointment. Knowing I really wanted this ring, Fred called me back and left a message offering to deliver the ring to whatever location I was at! What customer service! I was so busy, I didn't get the message until Friday anyway, and at that point, was a very satisfied customer. Thanks again, Fred! You are great and I will definitely be back! read more
