The other guy who came with him worked hard, but the owner was just talking. I should have canceled it the moment I saw his attitude change when he arrived for work. As a result, the job was not done properly, and I will need to hire someone else to get the job done properly. If you want the job to done by someone who agreed to it . the moment that person started complaining , it is better to cancel because he is not happy and won't do a good job.

I won't name them because they are also very good at what they do. But I wouldn't recommend them unless price is of no importance to you. Edgar gave me an incredibly fair price to take down two large Silver Maples (approx. 40' and 50' tall) and haul away all of the debris. They were careful to not disturb our yard (which just had new sod put down this past Spring), and carefully replaced everything that they needed to move. Due to certain logistics regarding where the trees had been located, I couldn't have the stumps ground. But Edgar was able to saw the stumps down practically to ground level. I really can't say enough good things about Edgar and his crew or recommend them highly enough. They were on-time, considerate and thoughtful, attentive to detail, and highly efficient. I will be using King Tree Services from now on for all my future tree care.

Tonya kept in touch with scheduling after accepting the quote and shared their business license and insurance. On the day of work, it was great to have David lead the project work. I told her for the 3rd time we cant do weekends for estimates. And that we need a morning like 9 am appointment. She seemed put off by it and offered 9-10 some morning. These people at this company clearly get leads and play games, juggling potential customers into time slots that are only convenient to themselves and will drop you if they feel like it for personal reasons, a more expensive job comes through after promising you, or they want to sleep in past 9 am on a weekday.
