When I called to schedule my initial appointment the receptionist Kiara was very pleasant and highly efficient at her job. She sent me the new patient forms right away and upon arrival, all I had to do was provide my insurance and ID. I literally waited 5 minutes to be called to the back. My hygienist Kim, was amazing! She was attentive, personable, professional and kind. She did a great job of explaining everything to me as it was happening. I also think its very clever how they have televisions placed in the ceiling...I've never seen that before. The technology they used was so cutting-edge, I hate that I been missing out on them all this time but if things continue at this rate, they certainly have a lifer. Lastly my dentist, Jonathan I think was his name, fell in line with the rest of the experience. He also was professional, friendly and had a great energy about himself. This place has it together!

The dentist seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain my treatment options clearly. Additionally, I was overcharged for a service that my insurance was supposed to cover, and getting a refund has been a hassle. I expected better professionalism and care, but unfortunately, I won't be returning. I hope they improve their customer service and communication in the future.

My dental hygienist, Jennifer, is absolutely wonderful--she's kind, patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and caring. I trust her completely with all my dental hygiene needs. Even though I live less than five minutes away from two other dental offices, I still choose to travel 45 minutes each way just to see Jennifer and Dr. Ashpole. They were simply efficient, and coordinated. They were 100% ready to perform the services, the xray, the cleaning, everything. No waiting on my part. As for the service, again, very professional , and cordial. The assistant did majority of the work, and was careful to not inflict too much pain. Through the years I have gotten several fillings, cleanings 3 times a year, and great referrals. In 2025, the dental hygienist suggested that I get a deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning. I get my teeth clean three times a year for the last 12yrs and have very little plaque. On an X-ray there were circled to small spots that had plaque that they sent to my insurance company that could have easily been taken care of with a regular cleaning. The deep cleaning is more expensive and has over a hundred dollars out-of-pocket cost. I told them I did not want the deep cleaning. After that, the office staff refused to book an appointment for me unless, I got the deep cleaning instead of my usual cleaning. I can afford it, but I don't like dental offices forcing treatment on me because it's more profitable for them.
