The food was excellent. I got the Lilah burrito and the sauce was surprisingly good on it. I dabbed a little here and there. They have red and green salsa, you just have to ask for it. My husband got the French toast and said it was light and fluffy and very good. Each meal comes with a small cup of fruit. Grapes and strawberries right now. Service was sweet and efficient. Meal took a bit of time to come out, so don't coming here in a rush is something you might want to consider. The place is historical, charming and clean. Loved the American flag outside, framed by the red and blue window colors.

This little eatery is tucked away in a building most might miss at first glance. Trust me, don't pass on trying it out. You can taste the freshness, from the fresh sliced bread to the fruit cups. The service is nice and welcoming as well. All in all, I'll be eating there again next time I'm in Eureka Springs!

If you're looking for a local restaurant that truly take pride in what they do, I'm recommending Nibbles Eatery every time. Not only is the inside of this restaurant cozy and welcoming, they treat each of their guests like we are regulars. Our waitress was sweet as could be, making sure we were happy with our options and filled up on waters. The menu was small and curated, with every option being the best one you could choose. They offer breakfast, lunch, coffee, and smoothies. As well as offering "the quiche of the day" which in our case was the cowboy quiche. Both me and my partner got the eggs Benedict, which seemed to be very popular while we were there. The hollandaise sauce was absolutely delicious, and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The assortment of fruit was fresh and vibrant. I got the Sunny Day smoothie, it was very tasty made with high quality ingredients. While there one of the guests mentioned how she seen the chef working late night preparing everything. She works hard to make the restaurant what it is and it shows in both the restaurant and the stunning food that is served.

Best restaurant to eat at in town! Only seven tables so get there early or call ahead, as they fill up quick and the menu specials run out early. The chef is amazing, how he turns out these dishes from a corner kitchen in the building is simply unimaginable. The food is awesome definitely four stars. I heard the coffee is amazing here as well. If in town for only one meal this is the place to be!

Each piece of beef was cooked well on one end, medium in the middle and raw on the other end. But was told "that's the way we do it."

Super small, quaint -- certainly pretentious waitstaff. Ordered prime rib "burger" that was suppose to come medium rare, was full on raw. Waiter asked me if I wanted to box it and I tried to show him, but he immediately talks over me and says, "yeah, isn't that great? That's the way it's SUPPOSE to be." No my Dude, it shouldn't be.

I'd like to tell you about the most life-changing chicken salad sandwich I've ever had... This chicken salad sandwich replaced my previous "last meal." If I had 24 hours left on this precious Earth, it would be spent with my family eating this sandwich. Nibbles Eatery is a quaint little cafe nestled in the rolling hills of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The cafe is small, but mighty. You walk in and seat yourself at one of the six (maybe) tables and the delightful staff bring you a glass of water and the menu. If you have questions about ingredients, they are answered promptly with the chef coming out to talk to you and help you make decisions based on food intolerances, etc. I was with a friend who has a gluten intolerance and they were more than accommodating and helpful. I chose the chicken salad sandwich, side salad with ranch and a bag of potato chips. The food arrived promptly. It was fresh. It was beautiful. I snapped a few photos (pictured) and took that first life changing bite. Within moments I set the sandwich down and practically wept. I had my own personal moment of silence. I looked at my friend and said, "That's the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever had in my entire life (for reference, I'm 43). I actually didn't want to eat the rest of it because I didn't want the meal to end. It was creamy (yes... that's the word. There is no other word) and bursting with flavor. Actually, I have no clue how to describe it because I legit went on a low key chicken salad trip. I quickly moved to my salad and practically licked the plate hoping I would have the self-control to save the other 1/2 of the sandwich. I didn't. No one does and no one will. I could not believe people weren't actively moaning while eating at Nibbles. My friend ordered the same sandwich on gluten free bread and neither of us spoke while we chewed and moaned. That sandwich was an out of body experience. It's worth a trip to Eureka Springs to eat at Nibbles Eatery and my suggestion is to call ahead and order a 50 gallon Tupperware container straight from the chef. On our last day I debated going back to Nibbles Eatery and begging for a large vat of chicken salad; however, without a proper cooler system, I ultimately lost out and didn't go. I know a few things about food and that sandwich is what I want on my last day and every day in between. Thank you to everyone at Nibble Eatery for the love and care you pour into your menu, the accommodations and general pleasantry. I will be back next year with more friends in tow and you best believe I'll have a cooler.

My first time trying eggs Benedict, I was not disappointed! I had bacon and spinach hubby had salmon. Very good. Coffee was good. Music was good. Atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Staff very accommodating for no gluten.

This is a great place for a light lunch. Me wife got the chicken salad sandwich and I the "Burger". So the burger is actually a sandwich with medium rare ribeye stacked on. It was amazing! Simple, but amazing! The wife let me have a bite or 2 of hers and it was also very good. Service is good as well. Only complaint is there are 6 -8 small tables. read more

Everything we had there was good on our trip! We had quiche that was amazing and I had some sort of lemon cake that was unbelievable! I will go back every time I'm in town. It is small so it's best for couples or smaller parties. read more

Delightfully cozy place with delicious food. The owner was super nice even though it was crazy busy and people didn't stop coming in, he was quick to greet people and take their numbers for the waiting list while still attending to seated customers. Great find right downtown! We were a little bummed that our favorite breakfast spot was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, but we stumbled upon Nibbles and now have a new favorite to add to the list. Extremely reasonable prices with fantastic quality. My wife ordered the chef's omlet (mushroom, goat cheese and spinach) and it was huge - also came with toast and a strawberry salad all for only $8.95 - we both could have shared it and had left overs, but we didn't! I had the French toast with bacon - it came with 3 of the largest pieces of French toast I have ever see. That was so soft (yet firm) for only $5.95 (I added bacon for only $2 more!). You can't go wrong here, just get there early because it is a small space and fills up fast! read more

I've eaten there twice again. Once with my other daughter and once with a friend. All I can say is these guys continue to rock. There's nothing worse (actually there's plenty of things worse, but I digress) than hyping a restaurant only to have a bad experience when you bring someone new to dine. I've been meaning to give a review for Nibbles. We visit Eureka Springs frequently and struggled for months to find a good restaurant! We've tried several and many were suggestions, never impressed. Until one afternoon we stopped into Nibbles Eatery we were very fortunate to get a table immediately(5 of us). We received very friendly service from the owners and they gave us suggestions for some of the pickier eaters in my family. My mom and I had quiche and salad, my 2 brothers had a sandwich and my sister had quesadillas. The quiche was AMAZING and the salad was wonderful! The kids also enjoyed their food and my mom also really enjoyed her quiche and salad. Nibbles is our ABSOLUTE favorite restaurant in Eureka Springs! We plan our trips to Eureka around Nibbles hours of operation as they are closed Sundays and Mondays. They are a little gem in the area and you will not be disappointed, it's worth the wait for a table. We have been there a few times look forward to going there again soon! read more

Fantastic eatery located among a wide range of options, most of which are tourist traps. Small but very comfortable location along Spring Street which is a fun strip to explore. The owners serve and prepare the food in a friendly atmosphere. Everything was made fresh and the presentation was great. We enjoyed both a lunch and breakfast there.. I would recommend either (or both) meals there. read more

This cute little cafe had delicious coffee, nice service, and quality ingredients. My husband and I had breakfast there. If you're gluten free, have a sandwich on the GF bread. It was so great! It's a small place but we didn't have a problem popping in around 8:45a. read more

Great little find! The food was delicious! I had the chicken salad sandwich, which was just the right amount of sweet to meaty ration. He ordered the Nibbles prime rib burger and the meat was juicy with just the right amount of horse radish tang without overpowering it. The only downfall is that this restaurant is very small...but not enough to take away a star! read more

Absolutely fabulous lunch cafe! Tiny little place only seats about a dozen and the chef works behind the bar preparing each meal to order. I had the chicken bacon melt panini and my wife had the Greek salad, both as good as any we've ever had. read more

A true gem in the heart of downtown Eureka. I didn't quite know what I wanted for lunch, and I remembered seeing Nibbles' storefront the day before. We headed over, got a table by the window. The server/owner was really helpful and I enjoyed the crab quiche; my partner enjoyed the feta, basil bruschetta. One good thing about a small restaurant is that conversation is never far off. We had the chance to meet this truly vital woman with a remarkable past. It was great to share a bit of conversation before our food arrived, and the quality of the meal was enhanced by the space and the friendly buzz inside it. read more

My husband and I really enjoyed. Food was great (I had eggs Benedict with spinach and he had a breakfast burrito). Place is teeny tiny though, but that's the owner's prerogative. It seems to be extremely popular, I'm surprised they haven't expanded. But maybe then the quality of the food would suffer. read more

Great little place! Not much room but worth the wait or take it to go. Lots of locals seem to eat here. Staffowners are genuinely friendly and welcoming - I felt like a local after only two visits. Just be sure to shut the door when it's steamy outside. The chicken salad on wheat berry is to die for...and the Strawberry lemonade is unbelievably scrumptious, made with organic strawberries. A cute place to eat as there are not many tables we were lucky to snag one for two.. I truly enjoyed the Chicken Cesar salad.. The salad was made to perfection. My husband had the Burger with wasabi mayo, and said it was a real great sandwich.. coming from my food critic of a husband that says a lot. The service is truly fantastic and friendly. We stopped into Nibbles for lunch on our most recent visit to Eureka Springs. The restaurant is cozy and inviting -- I love all the greenery! Our waiter was so very kind, patient, and accommodating. Their homemade strawberry lemonade was delicious, I couldn't stop myself from finishing glass after glass. I had the quesadillas as a meal and they were very tasty. My boyfriend and I stopped by this place before heading back home. Business was booming and was lucky to get the last table. Prompt, friendly, and courteous service right away. The eggs benedict was amazing! Everything is fresh and local, which is always what I try to look for on trips. Will definitely stop by again if we are back in Eureka Springs! read more

One of my FAVORITE places for Breakfast and lunch here in Eureka Springs. Locals know it and enjoy the neighborly atmosphere. They have a "Nibbles Burger" that is actually thin sliced prime rib. Fresh quiche changes daily, and on occasion they have Eggs benedict made with SALMON. read more

This place was wonderful and so charming! We were in Eureka Springs on Valentine's Day weekend, and without thinking we should make reservations, basically every restaurant was full! We were worried we wouldn't be able to eat, but then we came across Nibbles. We were treated to the best veggie wrap and ham and cheese panini, and even took home a slice of carrot cake for dessert. It was perhaps one of the best meals of our trip, and the owners couldn't have been nicer! We will most certainly be back. read more

I have had a passion for cooking and baking since I was a small child. Growing up in the rural south I was exposed to many old school cooking techniques and recipes. I have lived in the Midwest and in the Pacific Northwest for many years before moving to Eureka Springs. With travel I learned a lot about different cultures and the wonderful foods that go along with them. I strive to provide fresh and flavorful meals that keep you coming back for more. I make everything from scratch when possible and I’m always learning new things in the kitchen.

It was the experience we needed after a host of poor service and unwelcoming attitudes at other ES establishments. McGarity's is everything you would expect an Irish pub and restaurant to be. There is a leprechaun out front for photos, super friendly and attentive staff, and a menu chock full of feel good and filling food. We started with an appetizer of cheese curds. Get these for the table. They were cheesy goodness with light batter and were delicious. For our meals I got the burger and the kids got shepherd's pie and chicken alfredo. Both looked great and there were plenty of leftovers. Portions are huge here. My burger was cooked the way I liked and had a great beefy juiciness offset by fresh lettuce, tomato, and onions. The thing I didn't particularly like must be some sort of Arkansas or Eureka rule because everyone does it. Condiments were in little packs on the table. I would prefer that at least the mayo be added in the kitchen so I am not disassembling my burger to squeeze mayo on the buns but every restaurant was this way. Despite that, this was a great experience. All oher Eureka Restaurants can take a page from McGarity's and the place would be much happier.

The salmon and steak were perfectly cooked. The asparagus and mushroom sides scrumptious. We split a slice of vanilla caramel cake which was divine. A perfect meal.

10-17. drinks were good. waited 30 min for food. asked for extra salad dressing. he brought the dressing and mumbled under his breath. "havnt even ate the salad and already asking for dressing". then the other owner THOUGHT he heard me say i was going to throw my food. AND THEATEN TO CALL THE COPS BECAUSE YOUR DUMB ASS CANT KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT! business has been open for 4 years and heard nothing but good while waiting to be seated so we were excited to eat there. fucking rude! if i want more dressing give it to me without your opinion. i would gladly pay for it but since ya had to run your mouth, it literally ruined my experience in eureka springs coming from kansas city. branson here we come read more

There are plenty of places that serve excellent traditional breakfasts. Sometimes, though, one wants something other than pancakes or biscuits. This is the place to go for those times. My wife and I were the first visitors at 8:15. The space is small, but the effect was cozy, not cramped. We ordered the quiche and the eggs Benedict. Both were perfectly prepared and presented. The Spinach-artichoke quiche had a subtle, not overpowering, depth of flavor. The fresh fruits and vegetables were of surprising quality for so early in spring. My husband and I just finished breakfast at Nibbles and it was wonderful. I had Eggs Benedict, which is very difficult to make and attain perfection. This dish was perfect: cooked just right with light, subtle hollandaise sauce and crisp bacon. Ahhhhh. Amazing. Our server was very friendly and nice. My husband's blueberry Belgian waffle stack was pretty and he characterized his breakfast as "exceptional". We'll be back for breakfast tomorrow. read more
