Love the creative menu - always hard to choose my favorite. Wish I could get them more often as I've never had a bad meal.

Owner was very rude to me when I told her about a hair in my guac balls. Very unprofessional. Won't be back

There is a parking lot for about 20-ish cars. There are a few picnic tables, trash cans, and restrooms. Across the street is the Farmington River trail in Burlington, CT. We came here on a Saturday for dinner to check it out. There were a few cars and people. Since it's new, there was an ice cream truck, taco truck, Little Axe farm stand, and a beverage vendor. I know it's still new so I see a lot of potential of this place being a popular spot and I'm assuming more food trucks coming soon!

At your favorite park, at fairs and festivals all over the state, and at a growing number of food truck parks. What's a food truck park? Well, it's pretty much like an outdoor shopping mall lined with food trucks instead of stores. We visited a fairly new one today - the River Glenn Park on Canton Road (Route 179) in Burlington. Our first impression was extremely favorable. It is very well organized, with a gravel lot, marked traffic flow lanes, and plenty of parking. They have a large restroom facility, and plenty of brand-new wood picnic tables with bench seating and wood dining tables with conventional chairs. The food trucks on premises rotate on schedule, and today we saw a Taco Shack truck, a Cowboy Butter BBQ truck, a Wiener Time cart, and a Little Axe Market stand. We both had lunch from the Taco Shack, and each went for a "Three Tacos for $13" special. They offer nine different tacos, and the special lets you mix or match any three for $13. The choices are pretty cool - Classic Beef, Chicken, Pork, Crispy Chicken, Buffalo Crispy Chicken, El Diablo, Sweet Potato, and Deep-Fried Pickle. My wife went with sweet potato, chicken and pork, while I went with pork, Buffalo Crispy Chicken and an El Diablo. I love spice, and the El Diablo promised plenty of heat with spicy rubbed chicken, sriracha, sriracha crème, and fresh jalapenos. Honestly, it disappointed me -it was barely spicy at all, and the fresh jalapenos were nowhere to be found. On the other hand, the Buffalo Crispy Chicken was great. It had a good-sized chicken tender with some hi-test hot sauce slathered inside the taco. It was by far my favorite. Now, listen up because the food trucks don't sell drinks. Instead, you need to go over to the Little Axe Market stand that sells cans and bottles of soda, along with fresh tomatoes and baskets of mums. A 20-ounce bottle of Diet Coke cost us $3.50. We grabbed a picnic table, enjoyed the beautiful day, chatted with a lovely lady who was there with her dog, enjoyed our tacos, and drank our $3.50 bottle of soda. Well done, River Glenn Park. Thanks for a very positive first visit.

Well, it's not really a horse trailer. It's a mobile coffee shop specializing in coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, mochas, chais, lattes, baked goods and more. I spent some time chatting with Julian, Happy Tail's friendly and engaging proprietor. She explained that the coffee shop will be there for most days into December, then will take a hiatus for the winter. I ordered a 12-ounce iced White Chocolate Pistachio Latte for $6.17, and it was so good I kind of wished I had upgraded to a 16-ouncer. It had a distinct pistachio flavor, and the chocolate component was noticeable but not overpoweringly sweet. It was fantastic. I can't recommend Happy Tail's enough. My latte was great, and I really enjoyed meeting and chit-chatting with Julian. I'm sure you'll enjoy both as well.

We knew when it came to the food, we wanted 1) a farm-to-table experience with pure, delicious, locally-sourced ingredients, 2) an elegant but down-to-earth seasonal menu, and 3) plenty of options for our vegan and celiac guests as well as our meat-lovers. Bonus points if our caterers were a pure pleasure to work with. The instant we spoke to Jake about our day, we knew we hit the jackpot. From the beginning, it felt like working with a friend. Jake was open, flexible, professional and generally awesome. Since we planned our wedding in about 10 weeks, I can't tell you what a load off it was to have the catering piece taken care of. Jake and the team were super on-point and helpful with our semi-DIY plans, and they couldn't have been friendlier through the entire process. Oh! And the food was SO good, SO perfect to what we envisioned and our guests have had nothing but highest compliments. I often get cravings for that meal... just delicious. As a side note, before we met in person we visited the Wheelhouse truck at the Amherst Farmer's Market in an impromptu detour and the team was so warm and welcoming to us, having us sample their amazing arepas and chatting with us about our upcoming plans. These are just great people doing great things, making special food and spreading love. Honestly, we couldn't want more than that.

As a Yelper I find it challenging to want to hire a business that I can't find reviews of online but that was the case with this company. I'm so glad I "took a chance" on them because they were the hit of the party. Angela and Kevin arrived with the brick oven already pumping out a woody smoky essence. Within an hour to 45 minutes the pizzas started flying out of the oven onto a huge table provided by the truck! It comes with salad as well. We were able to specifically pick out 5 pizzas from their list and they created several others on the fly that they knew would be big hits with the crowd. In addition to those that we picked and those made on the fly they also had the standard cheese and pepperoni slices for the "kids." One of the favorites of the crowd was definitely the loaded potato pizza (that was my favorite for sure). This was a seriously smart and budget friendly way to cater a party for about 50 people. In the week leading up to the party my wife and squabbled over what other food we should buy and provide for the party. I kept saying "less is more" and "that's why we hired the food truck". We did end up putting out a fruit plate, veggie tray and some dips but I've got to say, we had leftovers. We also had at least 8 full pizzas left over (very nice). I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. It was worth it. Oh and to give you a sense of the cost it was about $950 for 3 hours delicious pizza (no fork or knife needed!) for 50 folks.

Kevin was a brilliant truck and trailer driver who backed his rig in alongside our high top tent behind the carriage barn. Then he and his associate began producing their delicious pizzas within the first hour. Our guests were all delighted and the trailer also helped block the cool winds that followed the all day rain! The only hiccup was that a late arriving guest had blocked the driveway exit when the truck went to leave, but the hard working folks took it all in stride until we let them get away after one of the best and most epic barn birthday bashes ever. Everyone commented on how delicious the pizzas were and how fast the chefs were at getting them to Angela's serving tables much to their delight. Paired with local brews from John Auclair's nearby Norbrook Farm Brewery, the evening was a culinary delight for all. Bravo Kevin and Angela of The Family Pizza Truck!
