The ube soft serve was 10/10, it was vanilla, slightly nutty, and sweet and the warmth of the red bean filling in the pastry paired perfectly. It was literally heaven. The red bean was slightly sweet, but not too much so it did off set the sweetness of the ice cream. And the espresso was not sweet so it settled the sweetness down after every bite. It was perfect. I think altogether cost me about $15 (the pastry was an additional price as a topping). They have touch screen self order kiosk and they have the bibimbox area and kumo kumo area for them to make the ice cream for you. I definitely want to come back to try other things. Wanting to experience more, I visited the brick-and-mortar location in Columbia off Two Notch Road this past Saturday. The desserts were just as delicious -- the quality and flavor remain consistent no matter the location. However, the customer service didn't match the charm of the food truck experience. While the cakes are still absolutely worth indulging in, the food truck brings something extra -- better hospitality, more personality, and a community feel that makes the experience sweeter.
