However the second time I tried to get product delivered, despite the fact that they advertise delivery in 45-60 minutes (they don't say that they will TRY to deliver it in that time frame-they said they WILL deliver it in that time frame) I was told by text that the delivery time would exceed 2 1/2 hours. Very unreliable; false advertising. If they cannot provide a service they should not claim that they will do so. These guys have a great menu with top shelf product to choose from. They give 25% off your first order which is nice. They take debit/credit which is huge during this time of shelter in place. They initially stated an eta of 1.5-2 hours not a big deal for me but delivered in just under 30 min. To date this is the best delivery service that I have found in Marin. Assuming you always have cash on hand. I would not suggest it if using credit. They change their credit card system with regularity, using sites that you have to sign up with. I don't really understand it, maybe it has something to do with the type of business, because my business has changed credit card companies three times but that was in the span of 14 years. Product is still good and prices reasonable, sometimes its a little hit and miss but not any more than other services and I still think their selection is much better than other places. The credit card thing is a hassle though and I'm sort of over the whole delivery thing at this point as it is supposed to be more convenient but isn't panning out that way. I may just old school it and go back to rolling my own - surely high school wasn't so long ago that I've forgotten ;) read more
