This was a very nice nail salon overall. The staff was friendly and did a good job. However when they were giving my nails some TLC, they cut where the nail and cuticle meet, and I said "ouch" and started bleeding. They just wiped the blood away and kept working on the nails. Wish they woulda put some antibiotic or something on it or apologized. Depending what service you get , can be costly , wish they had specials Maybe offered you water or some type of beverage during your nail session would be nice read more

This salon is very nice & up to date the people were very friendly and did a great job with my pedi the only neg I can say is way too much talk in Vietnamese. It's one of my pet peeves when going into any place of business. I feel it's very unprofessional and can leave customers feeling uneasy, 9 times out of 10, it's something negative being said. I called five different places to get a spa pedicure with my daughter who is 5. Most people would think kids don't need them and that might be true, but if that's the case then no one NEEDS one and I enjoy doing fun, girly things with my daughter. She also enjoys it and looks forward to it. That being said, we moved here from WA a couple months ago and I was overdue for a pedicure. I couldn't find one place that would do them for me AND my daughter. I have never come across a place that didn't want to do my daughter's nails in Wa. They're literally tiny nails and takes 1/4 of the time to do... and it costs almost the same as an adult, so what's the big deal? Anyway, this was the only place that said yes. I didn't lift my leg when she was scrubbing my foot and she pulled on it and gave me a face. 3. I asked for calice remover and she added it to my fee, but didn't remove my calice. 4. I came to Tulare to visit with my parents and needed a fill plus a lose nail that needed to be fixed. I decided to come to this location and I'm glad I did. They have great customer service, reasonable prices and my nail tech Andy did an amazing job! I'm glad I came to this location. They have a variety of gel colors to choose from. I chose #123, a very girly glittery pink. I was hesitant about coming to this location because of the yelp reviews. However, my experience was great. I will definitely be coming to this nail salon when I'm visiting and I'm need of a fill. Andy did an amazing job. No complaints from me. Will not be back. Such a nightmare of an experience. Went in for a pedicure. I got gel and 2 acrylics on the big toes. $90 and TWO HOURS later. I'm leaving with a hideous pedicure and burns from the drill. The woman was clearly new and inexperienced. Her family who seems to own the cigarette store next door came in and brought food and/or drinks on multiple occasions. She decided to take a break and go consume these things. I returned and took my elderly mother for a gel manicure and I had a gel Mani/Pedicure. To give money back to my community. I went at a good time as a walk in. I was not happy with the customer service. The man with glasses nipped the side of my finger and I yanked my hand back and he told me I moved my hand that's why I got cut. i looked at him and said, " Oh I moved my hand, okay ". If I could rate this place no stars.. I WOULD. I use to go here often until Covid hit last year.. I went in again after a long time with hopes that maybe it would have better service. Unfortunately not.. I went in for a pedicure and I was told that I would be helped next.. I waited for almost 30 mins. I asked for regular polish and waited for them to dry for another 30 mins. The polish I had was tacky and I went home to redo my toes. I also developed a FOOT infection because they reused their tools from a previous client and they do NOT clean or disinfect anything. Very bad service. The oriental lady's were talking crap about my mother and I. I paid $ 32 for there princess spa witch your supposed to get a massage hot towels a mint gel that was to do the same a paraffin wax. Nail trim the works. It sucked. This place is a joke! They tell you 1 hour wait or come in at a specific time and you still have to wait for forever! The lady who does my moms nails here gave her a set price of $35 and then said oh it's $36 now.. and now all of a sudden they went up $46. Would not recommend! Major factor to why I would not come back MY NAIL LADY USED A USED NAIL FILE ON MY TOES BEFORE APPLYING MY GEL POLISH. She just grabbed her electric file from her box of tools and didn't even bother to change the "disposable sanding band"! I should have got up and left because that is unsanitary! I didn't say anything at the time because before I could get a word out it was already on my toes. But anyways onto more of my experience...My girl friend and I got royal pedicures here. My lady did a good job she was taking her time but my girl friend's nail lady was rushing through it. She finished hers before my nail lady finished my nails. Mind you my girl friend got regular polish and I got gel. You would think it would take longer for her since she has to wait in between polishes for it to dry. Also my nail lady started mine before hers and my girl friend's nail lady still managed to be done before mine. The two ladies also seemed very tired and the body language they put out would make you feel almost uncomfortable. My nail lady would only smile once or twice. My friend's nail lady had a resting b**** face. Hope this helps anyone who wants to go here. Make sure you speak up if they are using unsanitary equipment. read more

Been going here for more than 2 years. Always happy with my nails. Kevin is the best! Ask for Crystal if you want designs or the Indian lady for pedicures. Acrylics take about 45 minutes. $27 for acrylic and $37 with gel. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I can honestly say, for a women that has got her nails done in several different places this is by far the second worst place I have ever been too. Not only was their customer service bitter and plain, but the instruments used to do my pedicure were disgusting and I could tell were not sanitized correctly. My first time going and I was pretty happy with the work I got a pedicure done the guy even took out my ingrown nails which I had never had that done at any other place, After I walked out my toe was hurting I thought I was irritated from him pulling my nail out. Days past and still hurt and swollen now notice it with white pus I called them they wanted me to go In.
