Queen Nails - Nail Technicians Near Me - Tulare, California

I came here to get my acrylic nails removed. They charged me $15, most spots charge $10 for removal. The main reason why I'm giving them 2 stars is because the nail technician was using the same gloves and going from someone's pedicure to then remove my nails. Then she removed the gloves and went back to work on that person's pedicure then straight back to me & to another person. There's so much potential for cross contamination. I get they might be busy juggling multiple customers but it doesn't hurt to swap gloves in between each interaction. read more

I got the queen pedicure and the pricing is decent. He did cut my skin a little bit but other than that it was okay. He cleaned my nails very good and got the shape I liked. The people are very nice. provided me with a water bottle while i got my pedicure. read more

This was my first time going in. Was recommended by a friend. Won't be going back. I don't mind waiting but they didn't even let me know there would be. Just had me sit at a station and wait for 30min thinking every person walking by was going to do my nails. A heads up about the wait isn't too much to ask for. The lady doing my nails seemed so over it. I felt bad for being there taking up her time. Not how one wants to feel when getting a service done. At first glance, the place looks clean but when you look closer, not so much. Everything was grimy with a coat of dirt and build up. From carts to bottles. There are certain tools that need to be swapped or sanitized between customers. That did not happen here. Definitely not sanitary. I should've just left at this point but I didn't. I got a dip manicure. It came out fine. You get what you pay for here. But I definitely wouldn't risk the chance of getting and infection. Especially if getting a pedicure. I don't even want to think about the short cuts they take with sanitation when working with peoples feet. read more

Despite the bad reviews about this place, I decided to give it a chance. It was quite busy when I came in the salon. Was told the wait will be 15 mins. I was seated by 15 mins but also waited another 20 before someone started working on my pedicure. I picked the Queen pedicure which includes -nail trimming and shaping -cuticle care -scrub -lotion massage -callus treatment -hot towel -cooling gel My nails were trimmed and shaped horribly. The lady cut into my toes twice. She shaped my nails rounded without even asking. I didn't get any color. The only great thing about this service is that the massage was great. Everything else I can care less for. She also only did callus treatment on my heels and not anywhere else which I thought was weird. Maybe it's just me? Oh well. Not going there again. read more

I had gone in and signed in, other people who had come in after me were being serviced before I was. About 4-5 people were served before someone served me, and it was only because she finished my mom's nails. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe others had appointments, or maybe the others nails would be quicker, but I would rather not make the drive to go back. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Let me just start off by saying they have the WORST management. When you book an appointment they still have you waiting 15-20 min. Never on time! They are not considerate about peoples schedule. Ana on table 1, the rude nail tech and believed to be the manager of that place is the rudest person there! She is very unprofessional, rude, rough and racist. She doesn't care how rough and careless she's handling you while she works on you. If she doesn't like you she will make sure you know it! Never gave this person a reason for her poor behavior. I've giving her many opportunities to prove me different but she's always a huge disappointment. They favor particular customers and treat them better in front of you specially her since they have their favorites! Doesn't matter how big you tip them!! They will never grow their business keeping this up. And I feel sorry for the owner who doesn't know about what's going on here. Ive seen many people walk up and leave for the same reason. Another things is their work environment which I will call state board on them soon and report Ana since I got her license number, their work environment is disgusting! Their equipment and place of work is unclean, dust everywhere just poor hygiene. They don't disinfect and properly cure their instruments and things they work with when handling a new customer specially when they are doing pedicures. Observe and you will see it for yourself! There was one time another male employee came out from the lunch room and began to work on my nails and never washed his hands, and still chewing his food while he sat and made himself comfortable getting ready to do my full set. I thought he would wash his hands but as soon as he touched me with his sticky hand and the fact that I could still smell the food, I just had to have someone else work on me. Anyway, Im not going to continue expressing how poor this place is, I'll let your experience speak for itself. I gave this place enough chances to prove me wrong but now I can honestly say this place is GARBAGE! And Ana makes it WORSE! you should be ASHAMED of yourself! For being the face of this place and representing it so unprofessional with you rudeness, disrespect and racism!!! You and your employees make people have the worst experience!! read more

First time here and appreciate that they took me in for a last minute Mani/Pedi appointment. BUT, seems they took everyone else, too. Decent job, but I just felt very rushed. She could have done a better job cleaning my feet and forgot I wanted a Mani. They were friendly, just not to happy when I reminded her since more patrons waiting. I've had the best experience since coming here. It's clean and well maintained. Ive never really had to wait when I walk it which it wonderful. I typically go to Leslie for a hard gel manicure and she's amazing. She's personable, super friendly and quick. She's definitely my go to. read more
