I had called probably 2 months prior to our arrival at our home in Dunedin. They told me the tech would text me 30 mins prior to arrival and my window was 8am-11am. I received a text from Angel around 9am and he and the other tech were at our place in 25 minutes. So far so good. I showed/explained our unit and Angel began a pretty intense inspection of our ducts/system with pictures. He advised the condition and what he thought would be a good plan. He didn't pressure or try to upsell anything, just advice. I believe if we went with the standard straight forward duct cleaning he would have performed it in the same manner. We chose deep clean and sanitization as our vents did have construction debris (YUP) way down the line as well as other things we saw in the pictures that we felt should be done fully and sanitized as well. They were extremely efficient and you didn't know they were there other than the hum of their tools. Start to finish took maybe 90-120 minutes and he showed after pics of each vent/return. At the end he gave us advice on our filter, pointed out an air gap from the installation that I took care of as well as pointing out that our outdoor unit MAY have a fan issue. Called our a/c guy and it certainly did!!!! We will DEFINITELY use them for future cleanings.

Since they record all the calls, I told him to listen to the original call. A little while later he called me and asked me to do him a favor not to write the review. I declined. After about 10 minutes, they send me a text offering me $100.00 for the inconvenience. It felt more like they were offering me the money not to write the review. For some reason my original review with more detailed information was deleted. They did respond to the review stating that someone would be following up within 48 hours but that never happened either. They were very unprofessional and I would not recommend them.

He had ONE HandiWipe to clean it and had to go out to his little white truck for one more. He gave up cleaning it- said it was too much. Then he had no ladder, which he needed to get to the vent, no flashlight to see what he was doing in the attic- he borrowed both of mine. Sprayed disinfectant into the hvac system and increased the price to $250! He told us other services we should have, starting at $500. It was very confusing to understand his explanations. When the technician Jeff from Air Flo came, he explained that he found out that we had mold and bacteria in our AC unit, and needed UV Light installation, which cost $600. However, the technician was very clueless how to install it, even tried to call for help from someone when he broke 2 UV Lights and made scary loud pop and fire sparks from it. My father told him no more after seeing him struggle to figure it out. However he continued to try to tell my father that he has a differ model that he can install. And he knew what to do. The technician Jeff started to make 2 holes outside of the vent on top of the AC unit. My father immediately told him to stop, but he insisted that it is the way it should be installed. Very unprofessionally, he even asked us for duck tapes to tape the UV Light on the Vent. And leaving a long electric outlet line hanging on the AC unit. After he asked my father to tip him. Also very silly us, felt very bad for him that he had to work on a hot day, so my father tipped him $50. When I came home from picking up kids, I called Jeff and questioning why it was installed outside not like he told me, would be installed inside the AC unit. He said this one works just fine. My concerns are if it is safe the way he installed the Light, and if this UV light is the same price as the one he told me? They lived up to their great reviews, from the initial contact phone call all the way to the conclusion of the installation of my new unit. Derek, the estimate technician who arrived at my home on April 23rd, was knowledgeable and addressed my questions and offered options. He was at my home for over two hours! He offered me several options, without pressuring me, simply explaining the benefits of each option. His willingness to explore my request to remove current water outflow pipe that had been on the garage floor for decades, presenting a safety risk, and route it another way outside was taken seriously and creatively. He took me through the plan and I was so pleased. The technicians who arrived the next day to do the install, Gary, James and Kauntes, were excellent workers. Gary was in charge and went over the plan with me in detail. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues and get the job done! All three of them were courteous and, without being asked, applied shoe coverings every time they entered the house. They cleaned up after themselves. Gary kept me apprised of their progress. They began working at approximately 9:15 am and did not leave my house until 6:15 pm.
