    Whipped Shea Butter

Popped in for Shea butter as I've needed to ramp up the moisture with all the hand washing going on due to coronavirus. I've been frequenting this business since the Flatbush & Fulton days but kinda fell back once they stopped selling the Shea moisture hair product I was buying exclusively from them. However I do pop in from time to time when strolling Fulton St and must say this place is still solid! Still reliable and trustworthy. While the business may have evolved a bit the "soul" of the place is still strong and that is comforting.

Healing Circle Tuesday is a go! You have to go to Debarah for Reiki! Every Tuesday Nicholas has Healing Circles where you can come and release negative energy and take advantage of the massive array of spiritual guides in the store to help you explore your spirituality deeper. Their book collection and natural body/hair care collection is awesome. They also have a good collection of stones. I could use a bit more array of stones but I think I come when they are sold out of the stones I am looking for. I will definitely continue to go back to Nicholas.

I first stopped in Nicholas Brooklyn in search for some natural products and herbal oils. After searching up and down Fulton Avenue the name of the store looked quite familiar as they used to be in the heart of downtown Brooklyn. The location has moved here and it is still a good store with good products like oils, hair essentials, candles, afro-centric products, incense and much more. If you are in the area I recommend going in and see what they have especially if you are into all natural, organic and eco friendly products for you and your home.

Game Night at my second home in Brooklyn sponsored by Nay Marie of Taji Mag & Will Focus. Jenga was dope, but it all came crashing down. Now on to Uno! Next is Taboo. Got my incense and Now brand (aluminum free) deodorant. Come support black business.

Now what can i say about Nicholas Brooklyn?.....I love it!! The people in there are friendly and polite. I was invited by Monique for Open Mic. I was surprise of the crowd and the talent that was in there, poets, singers, rapper and comedy. I was also surprise of the things they sell, from Fashion, Aroma therapy product, Jewelry and more. They also host events, Fund Raisers as well as open Mic. Love it, Love it, Love it. Thank you Monique and you have found a forever fan.

Open Mic night with great people!

Got some beautiful bracelets and some soap and oils here. The woman behind the counter (sorry I forgot her name) was super nice and helpful.

The sales lady was attentive but not annoyingly following me around or anything. She let me do my own shopping until she noticed me looking for children sizes, then she asked if she could help me. Would recommend this store if you are looking for cute and unique items for children at a pretty fair price. I ended up with the cutest hat, that my daughter absolutely loved! You'll find tons of cutesy, well-designed things from several recognizable brands. It's the kind of place where you can pop in and easily find a charming gift or a special outfit for a little one. The quality of what we saw was alright, nothing extraordinary, but perfectly fine, and the prices felt similarly alright, matching the quality you get. It's a sweet, straightforward spot. If you're in the area and looking for something charming for a child, it's definitely worth a quick look inside.
