WARNING! The employees will try to short you on your food and do not care. We ordered garlic bread with our pizza and only received two stale slices (full order is 4). When we called in the employee lied to us and told us the order was 2, and told us "now we know better for next time" I asked for a manager and got put on hold for 10 minutes. We decided to take all of our food back as we did not trust the employees. As we were getting our refund the owner told us that "We are good because we have been here since 1978". He then offered to let us have the food for free with the refund, to which I did not reply. He told us "It's hard to figure out what employee is doing what here because I have alot of employees" I also own a business in the area , I let him know that ultimately as the owner it is his responsibility to manage his employees because ultimately they are the ones who hold up his and his businesses reputation. Apparently he didn't appreciate the advice because he grabbed the food from the counter and put it in the back. Not that we cared anyways as we didn't plan on taking it with us. They focus on to go orders only. then one pizza was not cooked in the center and one was burnt. we sat for one hour never had a waitess check on us or refill drinks.... went up to ask where our food was (one hour there and our appetizer never even came) and the restaurant had less then ten families dining in yet we were told by staff the kitchen was backed up. Finally got our food and one pizza was not cooked in the center almost at all, literally still dough like in the middle and the other pizza was burnt - so we had to leave. It has always been mine and my families favorite.Tonight we came in excited for the Mexican pizza, sadly we were met with a pizza that is unrecognizable. It is not the pizza we know and love. It was dry flavorless with little to no veggies. No onions , the recipe completely changed. When asked what had changed our server said new cooks. I guess the cooks don't care about the food quality, management should have really taught the cooks the standards they have kept. Maybe they did I don't know.
