If you know me you know my #1 food is pizza! I have always and will always have space for pizza even after eating elsewhere. I've been wanting to come here for years! Ever since i saw the 2 feet large slice of pizza. I have tried many amazing pizzas from all over Florida. But this is one place I'm been waiting for like I mentioned. Well, I finally was able to make it! I ended up going with my husband and friend. We are from Orlando so that's why it took a bit of time to make it to Miami. Walking in the place seems a bit small. But to me I didn't care much because i was there for the good stuff. So we ordered the pizza flight instead of the 2 feet pizza slice. I thought it would be better. Having more variety for 3 people instead of just one large slice of one kind of pizza. We ended up picking the deep dish slice, the og pepperoni with ricotta cheese, chicken and waffles and the vegetarian slice. The three of us shared the pizza flight. Omg! I am so glad we made the trip! All of the slices were absolutely delicious! Phenomenal! And we ate every bit of it! We definitely were almost struggling to finish the last slice because we were pretty full but we finished it! This is now one of my favorite places! You have made it to Carolyn's top pizza list! Thank you for an excellent experience with one of the most fantabulous pizzas places there is! Until next time! See you guys again!
Another viral find. Wife heard about this place on instagram so when we went to miami her sights were set. Like many places in Miami for some reason the buildings are a bit run down the AC was not working well and the place looked a bit dirty and had boxes stacked all over. But we had a mission and the staff was so cool we stayed. We worked our way throug the options and order a pizza flight so we could taste a couple of things. There was 3 of us and we were satisfied. We had a pepperoni with hot honey, chicken and waffles pizza , margarita and deep dish. All were vey good. Chicken and waffles was strange but delicious. Love the Idea of having a sampler for a price and the slices are prety big. Worth checking it out, a bit on the pricey side, but hey it is Miami after all...
Pizza places on South Beach are a dime a dozen, but this one stands out. Inside feels fresh, new, and modern though the tables could use some cleaning after guests. Love their big slices. I had the hot honey pepperoni and it hit the spot. A good NY slice in Miami. Slight crunch, foldable, and greasy in the best way. We also had the soft serve margaritas, which tasted delicious but I don't think there was any alcohol. That was disappointing
Massive slices, loaded with flavor! I actually prefer this place to Joe's in South Beach (even though the original Joe's in Greenwich Village is amazing). Though the slices aren't cheap... Loaded Pepperoni: No lie, this indeed loaded with pepperoni. Like almost every bit of surface is covered with pepperoni and sometimes there is double pepperoni. And they all crisp up into a cup perfectly, so you get those crispy edges. This single slice could be an entire meal. Vodka Sauce: I love how they use regular mozzarella for a base layer and then put on the fresh mozzarella. That helps mitigate the issue where some fresh mozzarella pizzas feel deficient. The sauce is amazing too. Much more personality than the regular marinara. Cheese: Not as much personality as the Vodka slice, but still great. This baseline slice helped me appreciate who nice their sauce and crust are. Usually I'm not a crust fan, but something about theirs just takes great. It's got a bit of a mealy texture. Chef's Special (Vodka Sauce, Ham, Mushroom): Wasn't a huge fan. Felt drier than the other slices. The ham was super thin and got burnt a bit. The mushrooms were alright.
The normal pizza at this place is fine. Slightly above average but nothing spectacular. The pizza come out very quickly. The fried foods took absolutely forever to come out. We waited over 30 minutes for chicken tenders and we disappointed by some basic frozen food freezer section chicken tenders. The gluten free pizza though is a disaster. The dough is only slightly better than your average frozen pizza and the sauce is like water consistency. I had to get it remade because the first one everything slide off the pizza by simply setting the box down. I was told it was "heavy" which is why it was hard to hold. The second one was slightly better with less sauce but it was still impossible to eat. You can see in the one picture that literally everything fell off the pizza the second you picked it up. Also, I'm fortunately not severely allergic to gluten only very sensitive but if you truly are celiac then you should not eat here. There is endless amounts of cross contamination on the gluten free dough from the oven and how they cut and sauce, etc. The place is very small which isn't a bad thing for me and in fact I like that but just know that there isn't a ton of places to sit especially if you have a large party. But it's very chill.
Loved this place !! First time checking it out and the pepperoni pizza with the hot honey was too good. I just need more employees. Poor Luis. Be was all over the place doing the best he can. The ambiance was packed. And they need to do better with the organization because it cant all fall on two guys there.
My wife was super excited to eat here because she saw it on IG. So.. we finally made it here. Upon walking in, our 1st impression was not great. The restaurant looked at bit in disarray and the pizza that was out to choose from, looked very dried out. However, we still ordered so we could give the benefit of the doubt. My wife ordered a margherita spice and a ricotta slice. I ordered 2 pepperoni slices. My wife's pizza came out decent looking. However, my spices came out burnt. Do you know the guy really was passing it to me like I was supposed to eat it? I asked him if he left it in too long and he looked at me and told me it was just placed inside. I told him that those slices were burnt. He asked me if it wanted me slices, I agreed. Honestly, I would never give any customer burnt food to begin with. That is ridiculous. Nonetheless, I got my slices. There was not condiments on every table which was annoying and there were 3 tables so close together, that it made it feel like they didn't even want anyone sitting in them. Also, the tables and seating was filthy. There was hair and leftover crumbs from prior customers on the table. Oh.. they even let a man inside work his dog while he consumed food. That was nasty as I don't know what. I had my wife change our seating because of that. While we were there for at least 30 to 40 mins, ppl came in and out to use the bathroom without ordering. What is the point of putting a code on the door if ppl can just walk in and go anyway without purchasing. So back to the cleaning, no one wiped down anything for new customers as old customers finished and left. However, staff found time to talk amongst themselves and be on their phone. This place might be poppin' to some who don't know better.. but it was a real let down because of it not being cared for as a eatery. Just disgusting. As for the pizza, my wife said the ricotta slice lacked flavor. The pepperoni slices were okay had they been hot and not warm when given to me. The Margherita slice needed more. The pizza sauce needs more umph... the pepperoni helped to boost it up.
I do not understand the hype. This pictured was $50! Each slice was $10, which was crazy because it was the same size as a normal slice. I feel like social media posts made them seem like huge slices, but nope. The slices were burnt on the bottom and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. The atmosphere was terrible. Super dirty and had questionable characters coming in and out. I'm from New York and have found MUCH better pizzerias in Miami. I will not go again.

This is one of those places that has been super hyped up by social media and because of that my friend has been wanting to eat here for probably over a year. I have to admit that they offer unique takes on what otherwise would be a very ordinary food. The pizza flight they offer is a great idea as it gives you an opportunity to try a variety and that's what we ended up doing, sharing a pizza flight. We all had a different favorite. One of my friends favorites was the chicken and waffle slice, my other friend liked the pepperoni ricotta with the hot honey drizzled on top and mine was the pesto margherita. I have to say, the Chicago deep dish came in at a very close second for me. It was basically a lasagna rather than a pizza. Covered in sauce and cheese, I highly recommend it. Service was good, but this one guy in particular was super nice and was kinda all over the place serving food and taking orders. Made sure to tip him well. I hate that we didn't get his name, he really went above and beyond.

If you can finish it in five minutes, it's free and let me tell you, that is WAY harder than it looks. We gave it a shot, and yeah no single person is finishing that beast in five minutes. It's huge, cheesy, and seriously delicious. We also tried the pizza flight, which was such a fun way to sample different flavors. Everything came out quickly, and the service was super fast and friendly. The vibe is casual, perfect for a quick bite or hanging out with friends, and they even offer alcohol if you want to pair your pizza with a drink. Overall, great experience, great food, and definitely worth checking out, whether you're brave enough for the challenge or just there for some really good pizza.

I was excited to try Nick's Pizza due to the recent hype they've gotten from social media influencers visiting this location recently. I was staying in South Beach for the weekend so it was the perfect time to go. They are easy to find and are south of 5th Street (quiet, part) in South Beach, Miami Beach, Florida. As soon as I walked in, I was disappointed. No air conditioning in South Florida is not pleasant to say the least. It was so hot and uncomfortable. They don't have outdoor seating so your choices are to either sweat like a pig inside or take it to go. They also didn't have any ice for our drinks, which added to the disappointment. The pizza was good, but not worth the hype it's gotten recently. Yes, they have huge slices of pizza and the price isn't bad so there's that. Service was OK, pretty mediocre. Overall, I would not go back personally, but maybe things will improve in the near future.

Ok, so after schlepping out to the beach for the Antiques Show which proved to be a TAD disappointing there was NO WAY I wasn't gonna find Nick's Pizza on South Pointe. A short Miami Beach trolley ride ...later I arrived!! Cozy little place. Several tables line the walls up against elongated booth bench seating and a small table top with stools for a quick bite. Neon signs on the walls give it that sobe feel. My favorites "Size Maters" and "Big Pizza Energy"! They're not wrong lol I lucked out and got a slice off a fresh vegetarian pie. Shout out to Leo for hooking it up. It's a cheese slice with fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and drizzled with a basil pesto sauce that gives it a delicious kick. Ngl the last time I had a slice on the beach was "back in the day" when Pucci's ruled the beach and a slice was $2.50. God I'm OLD!! This one was a bit more but I gave it and got some garlic knots too ( fat Kids GOTTA have garlic knots!!) Leo explained all the toppings and the different ones available but the pesto and tomatoes were calling my name!! (GORDO!!! ) I sat at a booth while I waited for the knots to be finished and Leo brought up to the table. Just in time for Food Porn. If you know --you know lol So everything documented, I picked up the slice to see what all the hype was abo--WHOA! This slice is NOT your Abuelo's slice of pizza! This one's twice as heavy as the slices of my youth. This was the commitment I never knew I needed! The bread isn't that regular pizza no sir. It's artisanal bread and baked to the perfect crispy-ness. That's a word, right?! The flavor was great the sauce wasn't too salty; the pesto was flavorful and I began to wonder if my maunjaro afflicted stomach would let me FINISH what I started. Luckily every few bites a cherry tomato would burst in my greedy mouth encouraging me to PERSEVERE!! #firstworldFatKidproblems. Persevere did I as I alternated between pizza and the garlic knots that were DRIPPING in olive oil and garlic. Crisp outside but when you bit into them they had more of a soft "EAT ME FASTER!" texture on the inside. Shut up. Thats a real thing. I made it to the crust and couldn't eat anymore. Everything was SO delicious. I washed it down with some cold Coke. It's the fat kid way. I decided to write the review immediately while sitting at the table. Giving me a chance to finish the crust --cuz let's face it what fat kid DOESN'T love crust? Lol I was gonna take a pic of it but I kinda ate it all. You'll have to find out for yourself! Lmao I definitely recommend Nicks Pizza. It's the stuff of legends. And THIS fat kid will be back!! Totally worth the 2 buses and the trolly. There's a double pepperoni! WTH. If you're on South beach or mid or Jorth or Wynwood you're not too far to have the best pizza on the Beach --Nick's Pizza!! Tell em Gordo sent you!!! Lmao No don't. Was excited to try these different type of pizza but I was immediately overwhelmed with how load the music was, can barely hear the person trying to take my order. The service wasn't bad, they were able to explain everything to me and provide recommendations but definitely was something different. Parking in this area is horrible read more
Really great pizza...never seen a pie or slices this big! Definitely a trendy tik tok/viral place.. I appreciated how much pepperoni and honey they had on it was incredible, two slices filled me up(did eat at Joes stone crab just before) It was around $10 a slice, for some reason pricing was up for everything but the pizza which was strange. Glad I tried it and worth it for the huge unique slices they offer. read more
REAL VEGAN HERE: I was so surprised by all of the vegan options on the menu at this spot! We were nearby and found this place on Yelp but I had never heard of it before!!! Let me first say, we were drinking quite a bit before going here but that is really when I crave this type of food the most. I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sub and it hit the spot. Toasty and spicy and delicious. I was SO happy the man who took our order came out to the table to see if I wanted pickles because I DID NOT (but pickles are always with Nashville hot I think???)... I still would have eaten it but I just find their flavor so overpowering. My husband got 3 slices of not vegan pizza and loved them. They were HUGE! It's nice that they have some beer and seltzers to keep the party going. I think they are open until 3am so it's nice to know we now have a late night spot with more vegan stuff to try! The service was so fast and polite!!! They had a really efficient system. The line was moving so fast and all the guests seemed happy. Can't wait to try a vegan pie! read more

We chose this over some of the fancier spots and couldn't have felt more welcome. We got helped quickly and our food arrived in minutes. We had individual slices of cheese and meat lover's, and it's a delicious NY-style pizza with awesome texture and great flavor, especially the sausage. I wish I'd ordered an extra slice honestly--it's thin and crispy in the best way. And I can't say enough about the friendly, family atmosphere--two big families eating and laughing amid the cool neon lights and decorations. It's a great meal spot after a beach day. This is the best pizza in Miami in my opinion and I have tried them all. And I'm from NJ so my opinion matters. Granted I did go right when they opened so I got the first slice of a fresh pie. But it was delicious flavor. Perfectly thin with being crispy on the bottom. Staff was nice too. I'd highly recommend. read more

My family and I were in town for an afternoon Marlins game and needed lunch beforehand. I suggested Nick's Pizza because I'm a sucker for ricotta and the Pretty Fly For A White Pie slice is covered with dollops of it. I ordered a slice of that and a slice of chicken bacon ranch. We also got a slice of extra pepperoni, a slice of cheese, and an order of three garlic knots. I enjoyed the Pretty Fly For A White Pie slice, but it was a little dry without a white sauce on it, like garlic butter. The chicken bacon ranch had a good balance of ingredients. The cheese slice was pretty standard. My wife really liked her extra pepperoni slice. She also thought the garlic knots were awesome, but I was disturbed by the amount of garlic butter they were sitting in and thought I'd had better knots elsewhere. The specialty slices are pretty pricey. The menu says $8 each, but I thought the register rang them up at over $9 each. read more
Order two slices to go because I wanted to try this pizza place received a coupon in the mail, buy one get one, the slices are huge and that's amazing and thin, but they were overcooked and they were tasteless. There's no sauce because it was overcooked. So by the time I added my own spices and my own sauce, it was an edible slice. read more

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I feel like people need to know. If I could give zero stars I would. The service here was honestly some of the worst I've ever dealt with. The employee helping us was incredibly rude, dismissive, and seemed completely out of it, with bloodshot eyes and was very clearly high. It got worse when my friend was given a pizza that was clearly undercooked with raw uncooked toppings like ham and pineapple. When we tried to address it, instead of fixing the issue, he just laughed it off. No apology, no effort to make it right. He also made extremely rude comments regarding our age. We also paid extra for ranch and never received it. When we asked about it, same thing, attitude, no accountability, and zero customer service. On top of everything, the prices are way too high for the quality and experience you get. $10+ a slice and again and $2 if you want a drizzle of honey. Completely not worth it. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. read more

This pizza was DELICIOUS!!! We ordered the triple pepperoni, chicken and waffles pizza, and hot honey pepperoni and all of them were crispy thin. (we ordered them well done) The service was amazing and the place was super clean. I would 100/10 recommend this pizza spot. read more

.My visit to this establishment was prompted by numerous positive reviews; however, these appear to be misleading. My partner was charged $96 for six slices of pizza, all of which were burnt and excessively hard. I cannot recommend this establishment to others, nor do I advise expending resources here. After a night out on Sourh Beach, nothing hit the spot for lunch like Nick's Pizza. We found this awesome pizza joint while searching for just a slice instead of having to buy a whole pie. The slices were HUGE and satisfied my pizza craving! Would certainly come back next time I'm in Florida! read more
I've seen this place on IG all the time and luckily today I was close by and we decided to give it a shot. The lady who greeted us was very pleasant and polite. The prices are standard Miami Beach price's but when in Rome. We ordered a hot honey pizza and a plain cheese. The pizza was average (to be fair it wasn't fresh but nothing too special about it). However the garlic rolls were excellent and the frozen Margarita was also tasty. The ambiance was pleaser and welcoming. They did an excellent job with the marketing and presentation. Next time I'll go ahead and order a fresh pie to really experience the authentic taste. We'll definitely be back. read more

Took a day trip to Miami and Nick's was one of the first places I wanted to stop after seeing all the posts on IG about it. Let me tell you....it did not disappoint. First and foremost its the perfect place to beat the heat. It was nice and cold when walking in (and a lot of places in Miami are absolutely not.) Its not a big place, but there is a decent amount of seating. Not to mention the two gentlemen running the kitchen and register were incredibly kind and working super hard. I don't know why, but I assumed based on the IG posts I saw that you can get a slice of any of their pizzas, and I dont think that's the case. I really wanted to try their white pie but they didnt have that one out. They had 4 different ones to choose from when I went, but you can customize them a bit. We ended up getting one cheese slice and one pepperoni slice with the ricotta and hot honey customizations. The crust is absolute perfection. Minimal flop, nice and crispy without being burnt and the dough has fantastic flavor. The pepperoni are the "cupped" kind and those were also nice and crispy and with the little pools of hot honey in there, it's making me about to turn around and get another! We also got a 3 piece order of garlic knots which come drenched in garlic butter. Soft, pillowy and buttery...what more can you ask for? All in all, two cans of soda, 2 slices and 3 garlic knots came to about $32, which I think is incredibly reasonable. The slices are huge and the quality is A+. I hate Miami traffic and parking, but I will absolutely brave it again to come back to Nick's. read more

I like big slices and I cannot lie. Ok, Nick's Pizza is famous for their 2ft slices (that we only realized after ordering our pizza for takeout). We were beaching it up by Nikki's Beach and had a sudden hanger attack/pizza craving. Would our group of 5 great friends a) keep enjoying the beach and pretend we're not hungry, b) eat sand and drink salt water, c) argue about who's dog is cuter, d) get pizza at Nick's. We of course chose the better portion, except we almost didn't. Our hanger fogged our vision, we frantically ordered two huge large (I think that was the size) pizzas and $70 later, a walk to the pizzeria and a walk back, here we were. Devouring our pizza like seagulls with our sandy fingers and salty hands. Disclaimer: this is the prettiest white pizza I've ever seen. The pretty fly for a white pie is for sure a clever and catchy name and I won't forget her. Would the pizzas have been better eaten like a normal human being at the pizzeria? Yes. Did we need to order abusively and like maniacs and spend way too much on takeout pizza boxes? No. Do I regret not actually going in and eating our 2ft slices, yes and yes. Overall, delish pizza for the beach I would just not order two large pizzas because we had leftover for sure. Best experience will for sure be in house where you can also keep the pizza warm and not have to dodge the seagulls. read more

Sorry but another over hyped place as I tried the big pepperoni slice and it was greasy,salty and honestly tasted like frozen pizza. By the way the big slice is not cheap at $30 and that's without the sauces. read more
