After decades of being misled into believing Delta Dental was actually doing their jobs as dentists, come to find out they all lied to me saying I didn't need fillings, had no cavities and they never cleaned my teeth, yet charged insurance for worse than crappy dental procedures. I'm so happy and relieved Dr. Le removed 5 cavities, with degraded lead fillings from my childhood (I'm 66!) and skillfully cleaned them out, and filled each tooth with matching composites. She has state of the art equipment and is an excellent dentist. She's funny and nice and charges fair prices for the work completed. I am new-ish to Sonoma County and due the pandemic I haven't been able to find a dentist here. I was in a bit of a panic because I felt like I had a loose crown. I called Le Savko Dentistry and explained my situation, I spoke with Katie, she was so incredible and accommodating. They were able to get me in the next day! I was greeted outside by Tyler who is wonderful, he asked me some covid precaution questions and then gave me hand sanitizer, I really appreciate the level of health and safety precaution they follow here. Dr. Nicole Le was very warm and took her time to make me feel very comfortable, thoroughly going over my x-rays, and examining my oral health. After examining my crown it turned out to be a false alarm. Dr. Le made some recommendations and didn't try to sell me on anything. In fact, she was looking at ways to save me some money while still looking out for my health. You can tell that it the patients well being is truly their number 1 priority. I felt so happy with my experience with Dr Le so I scheduled a cleaning. Elyce was the hygienist who I was fortunate to get. She was so gentle and informative with every step, she gave me some wonderful tools and tips for home maintenance. It was such a great experience, I left there feeling like a million bucks. I grew up in a home where Crest toothpaste and floss were king. Oral hygiene was touted as a lofty goal to attain. So ... I brushed and flossed, brushed and flossed, brushed and flossed. Despite my best efforts, I still got cavities which would inevitably lead to a trip to the dentist. Aarghh! Despite my denta-phobia, I continued with my semi-annual check-ups and cleanings because deep down I knew it was good for me, and more importantly because I didn't want to end up like Uncle Fred with only one tooth in his mouth, or like Aunt Tossie, with her full set of upper and lower false teeth that she put in a glass on the coffee table which watching TV. I just felt that it was a social "norm" to dislike dental visits. That is, until I went to the dental offices of Dr. Nicole Le and her husband, Dr. John Savko. The minute I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by Candice. Any questions I had about procedures or billing or scheduling, she answered. The waiting area is exceptionally comfortable with choices of one-shot coffee brews, iced water, and a stock of "current" magazines with titles for everyone's taste. Even though my first impression of the office was good, I was still anxious about my visit with Dr. Le. When I was finally called into the procedure area, I was settled by another staff person who was friendly, sensitive and listened to my needs. When I finally met Dr. Le, she interviewed me for a full ten minutes or so to find out why I had chosen their office, what my concerns were, how she could diminish my dental anxiety, what my health history was and how could she keep me as a patient. Well, that was three years ago and I haven't even had one random thought about switching dentists! Dr. Nicole Le has been my dentist since she took over the dental office from my previous dentist close to 20 years ago. Over the years I have consistently been impressed with her attention to detail, her careful explanation of the procedures she is doing and her gentle touch in my mouth. When she numbs my gums, it is so quick and painless I don't even notice it is happening. But what really impresses me is the ongoing advancements that the office makes in the latest technology and equipment. They are on their second generation 3D imaging camera in the Santa Rosa office that takes a perfect 3D image of your teeth. It is so awesome to watch! The file is then transferred immediately to their lathe which manufactures a crown right at their office. The entire process is amazingly fast and accurate. Because of the accuracy, the time to do the final fit in your mouth is greatly decreased, making the entire process convenient and comfortable! When I was in last to get a new crown, she also had the latest mouth device that holds your mouth open while she performs the work, and even that was more comfortable and efficient than before. She must have played that game "Doctor" when she was young - you know, the game where you have to pick up the human organ with a pair of tweezers and not hit the side of the game, or it will buzz. She is such a whiz with hand tools. I recommended Dr. Le to my daughter and her family, and they have all enjoyed the office as well. I recommend this office without hesitation. Having a dentist who is constantly looking for ways to improve their practice is a sure sign of a caring and competent health provider. read more

Dr. Le was clear and compassionate in working with our 11 and 13 year olds. They both said "that was the easiest dentist visit ever!"

The staff here are wonderful. The office is nice and comfortable. I needed a crown and was happy to hear that they don't do temporaries, they make your crown for you during your appointment. Very high tech! Dr. Le is very good about communicating what's going on with your teeth and she doesn't over-treat which I am in favor of. I had the crown and a filling done today (my first crown). Very scary for me as I have major dental anxiety. (I don't hate dentists, I hate the work being done.) Though the procedure itself was fine with no pain and I felt very comfortable on my nitrous oxide, I am mortified because I panicked on them about 3 times during the treatment! However, Dr. Le handled my panic with class, she stayed very calm and reassuring the whole time, she didn't get mad at me for flipping out on her during the treatment. In fact, she was earnestly trying to help figure out how to make me more comfortable. Her excellent, comforting bedside manner and professionalism will keep me coming back to Dr. Le for treatments (maybe even on a regular schedule). read more

In the simplest of terms, I feel blessed to have this dentistry team as a resource. What a great group, as professionals and people of which I am not usually a big fan of. People that is. What's not to love? Our daughter Cora loves sipping her milk cup to soothe herself to bed after we'd brushed her teeth so not surprisingly she has her first cavity at only 3yrs old. Nicole is so good with her, Cora not only got her deep cavity on molar filled but enjoyed the entire experience. I recently became a new patient of Dr. Le's 1 month ago. At my first visit the friendly staff made me feel right at home. If you tend to get nervous at the dentist this is great place to go because the staff helps to make you feel very calm and comfortable. Dr. Le was great. She explained the procedures to me step by step which made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Le also thoroughly went through my medical history and patiently answered all of my questions. My next visit I will have 2 cavities filled. I would usually be very nervous for this procedure but Dr. Le offers several techniques to help calm the patients nerves. For the first time in my life I had a wonderful experience at the dentist! I had not been to a dentist in over three years, and as such was in need of great attention. From the start Dr. Le made me feel very comfortable. She has the latest equipment and prides herself on patient knowledge, care and comfort. Dr. Le was more interested in money than good dentistry. She recommended procedures for both me and my husband that upon second opinions were deemed unnecessary. She called me "friend" during my first appointment and thereafter, which I considered offensive (because we weren't friends!).
