Excellent food. The wait staff was more than busy so being seated took more than 10 minutes even though we were the only ones waiting to be seated and there were open tables. There were only 2 wait staff for more than 25 customers. Once we were seated we got a menu and drinks quite quickly and ordered our food. The food was very good and came quickly. Getting the bill was challenging. The line to pay was very long once we finally got our bill. This is a good place with good food and warm atmosphere. Our server was pleasant, helpful and efficient. We decided to grab lunch after church today and picked Nicolo's. The menu is a nice mix of freshly baked Pizza, Wings, chicken fingers and fries as well as large meal salads and Italian pasta favorites The kids meals were very economical coming in at under nine dollars each. Our kids ordered the chicken tender & fries, and the pepperoni pizza, both with a small beverage. They polished off every bite without any pushback! My husband ordered the gargantuan julienne salad, brimming with meats, cheeses, olives & peppers. Mine was the antipasto. Both were very crunchy and fresh with high quality ingredients. Our waitress was extremely friendly, flashing a big beautiful smile each time she approached us. She lent us some pens, so the children could draw on the back of their placemat menus. We felt extremely welcome. We like the fact that the food offered resembles actual meals that my mother would have prepared for us. I love the array of salads, freshly baked pizzas, sizable portions of chicken, Parmesan, Alfredo, dishes, and lasagna. The sides looked extremely appealing, everything from baked potatoes to onion rings to garlic knots. We truly enjoyed everything we ate, and we will definitely return here the next time we get a craving for a meal! The vibe here is like (let's be genuine, but not mean) roadside-family restaurant-wrapped in old paneling. Not to be confused with anything close to charming. I placed a to go order for a Julienne Salad Went straight home, I live 6 minutes away. I opened the to go box as soon as I got home and found the lettuce was brown and slimy, like it was left out on a counter or was extremely old, I did not touch the ham and cheeses as I figured was not worth food poisoning, I simply threw it out, $16.00 down the drain, I do not recommend this restaurant. read more

We just had dinner here. My wife had the Shrimp Broccoli Alfredo special and it was delicious and the so large she took half of it home. The broccoli cheddar soup was a little too salty for her. Our server; Mikaela , suggested comping it with a salad which she did do. My choice was beer battered cod and German potato salad. Also delicious with large portions. " Mik" advised us on the menu for future visits and did her part to make for an enjoyable evening. read more

There is nothing bad one would want to say about this place: friendly wait staff, great selection of good tasting food, generous portions, decent decor and a vigorous take out business. I really like this restaurant. I know my family and I can count on a good meal and timely, welcoming service with a smile. They know the regulars and sometimes even tell you what you had the last time you were there! Impressive. We had take out tonight. My husband ordered the Beef Vegetable Soup and Baked Ziti, and a side of Garlic Bread. I ordered the Fettucini Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli with a side salad. The side salad was a bit weak. Very good and filling. The broccoli was cooked perfectly. We also ordered two "garlic knots" the most yummy yeasty chewy exterior, soft interior rolls you will ever have. Delicious! Beware-- these wonderful bites of heaven are not available on Fridays. My husband's Baked Ziti had a rich and meaty sauce. The garlic bread was a little too garlicky for my hubby but I loved it. I did order an extra side of sauce which did not get packed in our bag unfortunately, but the dish had alot of sauce, so no harm. There are leftovers enough for another meal. The cost was about $50 including tip (a $5 take out tip) or $25 each. Seeing how there are two more meals still, it is more like $12.50 a meal! read more

My daughter's field hockey team was playing against Pioneer and we ordered a sheet pizza for the bus ride home. When I went to pick it up the pizza wasn't ready. Turns out there was a mixup with the order and it never got made. The owner stepped up and had 3 large pizzas made and ready within 20 minutes. He also gave us a huge discount for the inconvenience. The girls were thrilled and said the pizza was absolutely delicious! We will definitely order and/or eat there anytime we're in the area. Thanks for making the team happy! read more

My wife loves this place. She orders the veggie lasagna every time. The bread served is her favorite. I am okay with this store. The food I order arrives very mediocre and lacks the essential ingredient of flavor. Example: I ordered a meatball sub. They took the meatballs and cut them in half and only made a row of meatball halves on the sub. One row. What!? I wanted meatballs. Also little sauce and no flavor. I do not like her lasagna. We came here once and although there were tables available, we stood for more than 15 minutes at the "Please Wait to Be Seated" Sign. We left and so did the couple that came in after us. read more

This review is only for the Pizza.  Instead of going down the street to pizza hut, I decided to give Nicolo's a try.  Long story short, I wish I would have gone to the hut.  We got a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza.  The pepperoni was not good, it tasted like cheap grocery store pepperoni and had no flavor.  Worst part of the pizza though was the canned mushrooms.  The cheese was OK and the Sauce and dough were also pretty mediocre.  I was happy to try something new, but unfortunately I made a bad choice going to this spot. read more

It is a crime that they can charge what they do for something so bad. They charge 14.99 for a large pepperoni pizza and 2.50 for EACH additional topping. On top of that their toppings are not good either, ex canned mushrooms that looked like they were added after the pizza was cooked. The rest of the pizza was bad too, too much sauce and cheese. Best place to get pizza in the Arcade/Yorkshire/Delevan area. Perhaps a tad pricier than other places, but you can't beat the taste. When I lived out here, we would go to Nicolo's for special occasions or just for a better quality pizza. read more

If you order takeout, plan on waiting an extra half hour. Twice, we have ordered pizza and wings and have arrived at the assigned time. The pizza is done and sitting on the shelf. The employee told us that it will be a few minutes more for the wings. 25 minutes later, the wings are ready. The pizza is now cold. It's not much better if you dine in. You can eat your pizza while it is hot, but your wings will be served as dessert. Timing is not Nicole's strong suit. If you want hot pizza and wings served simultaneously, call John and Mary's. read more

Best pizza around! We love the power pizza and cheese steak pizza when we order a specialty. We also order one made with white sauce instead of red and have it topped with broccoli +/- chicken -- awesome! Mostly just order the pizza but do get other fried things from time to time and the Greek salad is great for a Italian restaurant. Everything I've ever had from here has been wonderful. Pizza is so good. Definitely the best pizza in town, although recently noticed they are getting a little skimpy on the toppings. The wings are huge, juicy, and full of flavor. The hours are a little funny, which is the only bad thing I have to say.
