Went out for some pizza and subs and decided to have Italian food tonight. I ordered the Alfredo pasta with shrimp and a Caesar salad. There were six shrimp on my dish & the sauce was delicious, My aunt says they have a great buffalo chicken sandwich and the best french fries in town. I have to admit the french fries were fantastic!, but I didn't try her sandwich. My son ordered the ravioli, they were "sooo good" and very filling. My uncle enjoyed the shrimp scampi. It is very dark and cold inside. If you're coming during the summer when it's air conditioned, grab your sweater! Our waitress was fantastic, and the dipping sauce served with the warm rolls can be addicting, don't eat too much or you'll be taking your food home. Our waitress was at the table shortly after we were seated, and had our food and beverage orders moving quickly. I opted for a single order of medium wings and the presentation was very well done. First bite was that they were sauced decently and cooked perfectly. Not as much crisp as I'd like but a decent wing. The medium was buttery with a faint heat to it. The bleu cheese though was kind of average, not real chunky and had a "mayonnaise" kind of cut flavor and look. Have to review the local favorite! We stopped for an early dinner tonight and it was delicious! Jordan was our server. She was fantastic! She checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. Went to this restaurant for a 50th anniversary party where we ordered from the menu. I got the scallops per the recommendation of my sister-in-law which were delicious. There was bread and dipping oil to start followed by a choice of soup or salad...I had a Caesar salad...both were very good. I took home some of the scallops as there was quite a few. Thought I would give this place another try to see if there was improvement. hahaha I specifically told them I wanted a thick crust as I like to dip it in blu cheese dressing .Obviously they didn't listen because again it was pancake flat, over cooked, dried out like a left over no one picked up and NO sauce on it . This meal was angelic. Soul-touching, even thought-provoking. I flew over eight hours total, stuck in a metal tube, and I came to Pasquale's, and ordered the Sausage Pizza. I had actually shed a tear. This meal was MAGICAL. The way the food mingled and made with my taste buds, with the thirst-quenching satisfaction of the perfect texture and slice shape, this dish had me in a heavenly chokehold, I actually couldn't. The gents did not compromise the crisp to the wings or the crisp to the cupped pepperoni. The crust was Golden brown did I mention, I arrived early for my order? This shows those guys have boundaries and are stern to the quality of the food that leaves the restaurant. Bravo I will add that I know a good Pasquale's pizza when I have it. Their pizza has got to be amongst my most favorite pizzas in the area. We usually get the pepperoni and banana peppers pizza on a thin crust. I also appreciate the fact that they use cup & char pepperoni, which is the best time of pepperoni in the world. I have been eating at Pasquale's in Darby since I was probably 15 years old, it's always been really good food... Whether it be takeout or dine in everything was great right down to the service... I'm still going to Pasquale's but becoming more disappointed on each visit... The seafood chowder came out like wallpaper paste. The white clams and linguine came out like water soup their flavors their preparations their plating is all really just sad. I hope they find a cook or a kitchen manager as good as the dining room manager who cares about the place cares about the customers and the quality of food. Pasquale's offers wonderful service and what I'd consider to be a-okay Italian fare! My family has eaten in here and gotten takeout several times over the years. The service is always really good and the workers are very kind. The prices are pretty on par with other Italian restaurants in the area. Most recently, we got takeout to celebrate my grandpa's 90th birthday, as he had a hankering for chicken parm! They definitely came through with portion sizes. The pans of pasta and chicken parm were huge and had enough to feed a small army! I didn't try the chicken parm so I can't comment on that. I had a little of the baked penne, and it was good, but the sauce is on the sweeter side which I'm not a fan of. We also got a large cheese and pepperoni pizza and an order of garlic bread. The garlic bread was a lot smaller of a portion compared to everything else. I'll admit, the pizza was not my favorite. The dough was really thin, especially compared to the heaping amount of cheese on top. It was too cheesy for my liking, but the crust and pepperoni were pretty good! I think this is a solid spot to order food for parties and events, and they do have a wide selection on their menu if you're stopping in for a meal. They're very dependable and you can count on them to get your order right. Overall, I'd say it's worth trying their pasta at least once! read more

You can count on getting a good meal at a fair price, served by someone who knows what they're doing, in comfortable surroundings. Excellent menu and wine list. We always get linguine and clams. It might not be the very best I've ever had, but I know it will always be tasty. And more than enough for dinner the next day too! The little pluses? Seasoned dipping oil served with the fresh Italian rolls. A dinner salad that's more than an afterthought, topped with red onion, croutons, shredded mozzarella, grape tomatoes and ceci beans. I've been coming to this location and the East Aurora location for many years. Sometimes it's just nice to go somewhere where you know you'll get something good to eat without any unpleasant surprises. Consistency and familiarity can be a good thing. It came with two separate dipping sauces. One was red and one was brown. The brown one was a bit spicy. The garlic cheese bread was cheesy and awesome!!! Who doesn't like garlic bread?!?!?! Shortly after receiving our appetizers, the waiter brought warm rolls with butter and oil for the table. I didn't take rolls because I had enough cheesy garlic bread and because I ordered an open faced meatball sandwich. I was supposed to get soup, salad, or fries with my meatball dish. I just realized, as I was typing this review, that I never received my fries. It isn't a big deal. I love fries though so I took off one star. My parents both ordered stuffed shells. My mom had cream of mushroom soup for her side and she loved it. I think my dad had the same. My niece ordered linguine with clams. It had large and small clams in it. She liked it a lot. My sister ordered the fettuccine alfredo. She loved it. My sister's boyfriend had ravioli and a meatball. I've been here six times to dine in and grabbed takeout a couple times too. They have a separate takeout entrance, which is on the opposite side of the dine-in entrance. I usually get the sausage spinach bread appetizer for takeout. Decline in quality of Friday night Fish Fry. My past visits during the 2024 year for Friday fish fry have resulted in less flavorful sides and Fish. Tonight, my Broiled Fish was Not Cooked , it was barely warm and tasted like it was half frozen. The side Salads are not as good tasting as in past years and the wife's French Fries were cold and my Baked Potato was just warm and very hard.... When I walk into a restaurant and all I see is teenagers working the line I immediately am concerned. No adult in site monitoring quality control or what they are doing. Then as I am waiting to cash out for my take out I see these cooks shoving food in their mouth. Needless to say my meal wasn't that good. If I'm paying $70 for a take out meal for two people at least have it cooked by a professional instead of teenagers that are too distracted with eating their own dinner while trying to cook mine. read more

My wife and me have been eating here for many years. From the soup to the entree 10 out of 10 . Except for today. We had a slight issue with a portion of one of are dinners . I had told an associate maybe the Manager or Gm at the time about the problem. Wow I was so pleasantly shocked at how he truly was concerned about fixing the issue.
